My husband and I drink at least a pot a day. We go through coffee makers very quickly. This coffee maker is the best we have purchased. The carafe does not leak or spill when you pour. The design is sleek. I love the reservoir for the water. It's easy to fill and lift. The timer works great! And my husband loves the 4 cup option if he wants to make coffee at night. Ninja made the perfect coffee maker for my husband and I!

If you need to place this under a cabinet DON’T!! It will ruin your cabinets. Gives off way too much steam.

I am really happy with this purchase. The coffee maker looks nice on our coffee bar. It is easy to setup and use and the coffee tastes great, much better than the individual Keurig k-cups, although we still use that brewer when we just want a single cup of coffee later in the day. You can tell that Ninja put a good deal of thought into the design. The water reservoir is removable and it is shaped so that there are indentations for where you would grip it, so I feel it would be good for those with little grip strength. We grind the beans fresh every night when preparing the pot to auto-start the next morning. It does beep when brewing is finished, but it's not obnoxious. I would recommend!

All in all a very nice coffee maker. There are 2 reasons why i enjoy this maker. Sturdy and design. The maker is sturdy. At a glance it seems a little compact but after looking closer it is actually a pretty thought out design. One thing that annoys be with coffee makers is that the actual peculating device (pump) inside is somewhat cheaply made, I didn't think that was the case with this maker, it actually seems to be a quality build. Secondly, the design. I think having a completely clear water reservoir is a cool touch. I have never seen this before. It usually has that transparent "guess" line. This reservoir leave no guess to the actual amount of water that is in the storage. I think this feature plays into why i am gaining more and more trust for this brand. All is very thought out about this sturdy futuristic coffee maker.

We went through a few coffee makers before we came upon this one. Love the look, ease of use and features, but especially the consistancy of a good cup of coffee! The removeable water container is easy to handle. The small batch setting makes a great couple cups of joe. And the self storing measuring spoon on the side is fantastic. I love this coffee maker, no complaints.

Purchased this to replace Cuisinart that had seen better days. Has a reusable filter which works fine. Not much grounds getting through. Brews great. Easy to use and program. Really like the carafe. No spills when pouring. Water tank is clear and easy to read when filling. I have no complaints! Works great and would definitely buy again.

Well-designed, simple to use, decent price. Coffee comes out almost as good as an individual pour-over. Only drawback is no control over the time the warming plate stays on.

I am really happy with this coffee maker. It is easy to use, the coffee tastes great, and I no longer spill when pouring into my mug. It is to see how much water has been added and it is easy to fill the detachable reservoir. The coffee tastes great. It has multiple settings and once you find what you like it is easy to make a perfect pot each time. It comes with a built in scoop but the scoop is on the small side so I use a digital scale to measure out a full pot of coffee. The smaller pots I sometimes make using their 1-4 cups setting also come out great. Easy to use the front panel for selecting how you are brewing. Since I make a large pot I use the stay warm feature to keep it hot longer. I had read that it emits a lot of steam at the end of the brewing cycle. It does seem to emit more than other coffee makers, but it is not at all a problem for me because it is on a counter in the open. Not sure if it would cause a problem for folks in some situations, so just making that observation.

Finally upgraded from my old $20 coffee maker. Love this one, coffee seems to taste better! Easy to use, not too many buttons to confuse my "getting slower, old brain" !

Pros- >Water reservoir is removeable, which makes it easy to fill up and a bit easier to clean by the sink. > The glass carafe is a nice weight. > Easy to make a small batch of coffee or many cups. > Easy to clean with removable top filter (also good for cleaning). > Takes up a small amount of space in comparison to other large coffee makers. Con- > The only thing that MAY cause an issue for some people is when you raise the top lid to put coffee in, some people may not be able to put it underneath some kitchen cabinets depending on your set up. That is literally the only issue you might have.

Absolute LOVE this coffee pot. This particular design is amazing. Removable water reservoir to fill, to leaking from the lid when you poor a cup of coffee.

There is only the two of us and we used our Keurig single cup more than anything. With winter upon us our company would drink more hot drinks than anything but our Mr Coffee quit working. So I went on a search for a new coffee maker and I found this 12-Cup Coffee maker. We own several Ninja kitchen products and love them a lot so why not their coffee maker. I really like the cone shape reusable filter and by the taste of it this makes better tasting coffee. The removable water reservoir makes it so easy and less messy to fill. If you want 1 cup of coffee this maker is the one for you. Most morning I make 4 cups but my Yeti cup will hold at least 3 cups so making 4 is great for me. There is a small batch button that makes 1-4 and this is what I use daily. As with most Ninja appliances there is a beep that alerts you when the coffee is done no matter if it is 1 cup or 12 cups. It will keep your coffee left in the pot hot for 1 - 4 hours depending on the time you set in the setting. I just left it on 2 hours. The lid may be difficult at first but once you get the hang of how the lid actually fits on the Carafe it is so nice. It kind of snaps on in groves and then locks on so there is no chance of it falling off. The coffee runs through the top and down a straw like device under the lid so it can distribute the coffee and flavor all over instead of going in one spot. One of the best parts of the Carafe is the spout. It is constructed so there is little to no chance of spilling while pouring coffee or dripping after pouring. I think it really works as described. The coffee is hot and with the warming plate on it will stay hot. If you make your coffee the night before and want it to start brewing the next morning at a certain time there is a delayed brew button for that. You just have to select that button and set the time. If you are like me, I forget when I last cleaned my coffee pot and the best part is after a couple hundred pots there is a clean button that will light up to remind you of this. The time is easy to set as well. This coffee maker has never let me down or disappointed me in anyway. If you are in search of a coffee maker this one is for you.

It is a decent coffee machine for big brews for small office or heavy drinker of brewed coffee. It is bulky size plus, does not have “over the ice” for hot summer days which comes in very handy. If you expect dark, rich and concentrated flavor from the “pods”, this machine is not suitable for you. This could be viewed as a little upscale version of Mr. Coffee. In the attachment comparison with same ninja brand but model "Ninja® Coffee Brewer with Auto-iQ (CF021)" Rated based on the availability of basic functionality for coffee brewing at msrp price point.

Coffe taste good. I just dont like that it makes too much noise when its brewing the coffee. It's easy to clean n water reservoir is great. I can see the numbers

My coffee pot went out on me. I purchased this as a replacement and have loved it. It is easy to clean and makes great coffee.

Does a perfect job making coffee and I like the coffee maker of not needing a coffee filter. Easy to prepare the night before with the timer accessory.

I purchased this Ninja coffee maker to replace our old Kenmore unit. We've been using this for about a month now and I can honestly say my family loves it. It's simple yet quality design is what I love the most. The water tank is detachable and fits perfectly under my fridge's water spout. They also give you a measuring spoon that attaches to the side of the unit so that you can quickly and easily measure out the amount of coffee grinds you need. Overall, this Ninja coffee maker is a solid unit, easy to use, and makes a delicious cup of coffee everytime. A+!

We have a Ninja Blender/ food processor & love it. We generally buy Cusinart coffee makers but they only seem to last 2 years at the most. We tried this Ninja and it is so well designed. Great construction quality. The carafe doesn't drip. The water reservoir is removable which beats filling it by pouring the water from the carafe. Much neasier to keep clean. Plus the coffee tastes great!

Makes delicious coffee each time. Love filling the reservoir and seating it on the coffee maker rather than filling a carafe and pouring in to a chamber. Coffee is really hot. The pouring spout is awesome! No drips or leaks. The stainless steel and black color replaces an older red coffee maker we had for several years. We are enjoying the updated color and design. Sorry we waited so long to try the Ninja coffee maker! It's a great product.

We have owned this coffee maker for 22 months and we absolutely love it! We love it so much that I decided to write a review for those of you who find yourself endlessly researching coffee makers! We haven’t had any issues with coffee grounds in our coffee, it’s easy to clean, coffee is consistently good regarding coffee/water ratio, and best of all, it’s still going strong!
