Customers are impressed with the Coffee 12-Cup Coffee Brewer's coffee quality and ease of use. Many appreciate the removable water reservoir and overall design. However, some find the coffee maker a bit overpriced, and a few have noted its bulky size and that some coffee grounds get through the filter.

It seemed like we were in a commercial.
From the very first cup, it was awesome. Smooth, great taste, and a wonderful way to wake up.

Love it! Took the place of our Cuisinart which lasted nine years. This thing works fantastic. Can’t complain keeps everything nice and warm and warms up at a push of a button.

This coffee maker is perfect for tight spaces with different functions like scheduling and the best part is that water tank can easily be removed and cleaned up.

This is a great coffee maker. It makes an excellent cup of coffee (noticably better than my previous coffee pot). I also love that it comes with a scoop for scooping the right amount of coffee and love the delay brew feature and the different levels of brew strength. Highly recommend!

We went through a few coffee makers before we came upon this one. Love the look, ease of use and features, but especially the consistancy of a good cup of coffee! The removeable water container is easy to handle. The small batch setting makes a great couple cups of joe. And the self storing measuring spoon on the side is fantastic. I love this coffee maker, no complaints.

My husband and I drink at least a pot a day. We go through coffee makers very quickly. This coffee maker is the best we have purchased. The carafe does not leak or spill when you pour. The design is sleek. I love the reservoir for the water. It's easy to fill and lift. The timer works great! And my husband loves the 4 cup option if he wants to make coffee at night. Ninja made the perfect coffee maker for my husband and I!

I am really happy with this coffee maker. It is easy to use, the coffee tastes great, and I no longer spill when pouring into my mug.
It is to see how much water has been added and it is easy to fill the detachable reservoir.
The coffee tastes great. It has multiple settings and once you find what you like it is easy to make a perfect pot each time. It comes with a built in scoop but the scoop is on the small side so I use a digital scale to measure out a full pot of coffee. The smaller pots I sometimes make using their 1-4 cups setting also come out great.
Easy to use the front panel for selecting how you are brewing.
Since I make a large pot I use the stay warm feature to keep it hot longer.
I had read that it emits a lot of steam at the end of the brewing cycle. It does seem to emit more than other coffee makers, but it is not at all a problem for me because it is on a counter in the open. Not sure if it would cause a problem for folks in some situations, so just making that observation.

Overall, this is the best coffee maker I have ever owned. Admittedly, I have always gone for the $20 Mr. Coffee makers in the past...I used to put up with all manner of leaking, buttons malfunctioning, lukewarm coffee temperatures, and, worst of all, the wretched plastic taste. I would always end up going back to the French press for the taste. I wanted something programmable and easy without sacrificing flavor. This coffee maker absolutely meets that need. I wake up to near pour-over flavor coffee every morning now. Here are my highlights:
-Flavor: The most important factor for me. It tastes excellent and is customizable. I especially appreciate that not only can you select small batch, but you can combine this setting with "classic" or "rich." I typically only make coffee for myself, so this is amazing. Not many reviews seem to mention this, but the "shower head" spout is one of its best features. The water evenly drips through all parts of the grounds and is more comparable to the pour over method. More expensive coffee makers feature this, but not many in this price range. Nice! (I was a little worried that all the plastic inside (stainless steel only on the exterior) would give it a bad taste, but I am picking up no weird plastic taste.)
Ease of Use: Very easy. The water basin detaches for easy filling, the parts are easy to clean, the buttons feel high quality, programming and setting the time works as intended. The coffee scooper attached to the side is pretty gimmicky to me, but can be convenient I'll admit.
Build Quality/Design: Good, but not perfect. It looks nice, albeit a bit aggressive appearing. It might be too large for some crowded counter spaces as it seems to be moderately bigger than other 12 cup brewers. The stainless steel looks great, but most of the inside is sadly pure plastic. Luckily, it hasn't given off any weird flavors or smells.
The biggest con: The steam. It is not a deal-breaker, but this coffee maker sure does steam a lot while brewing. And I mean a lot. It can be an issue if you are placing it right under a cabinet space, but it hasn't posed any problems for me.
