Customers are impressed with the Coffee 12-Cup Coffee Brewer's coffee quality and ease of use. Many appreciate the removable water reservoir and overall design. However, some find the coffee maker a bit overpriced, and a few have noted its bulky size and that some coffee grounds get through the filter.

This coffee maker is great. Easy to use and makes the hottest coffee (almost too hot) in just a few minutes. We really like the removable holding tank.

This is the best coffee maker I’ve ever owned! It makes delicious coffee! My favorite part about this coffee maker is the removable and washable water container! It comes with its own measuring spoon that clips to the side if the coffee maker. I love all the settings. I like there is a setting for making 1-4 cups of coffee, in addition to the regular setting! It has a setting for making rich tasting coffee, or normal setting. The programmed timer works well to set the coffee to be made at your set time. It has a stay warm function that will keep your coffee warm for up to 2 hours. This is a great coffee maker and is well made. Happy with it!

Have had this two months and like it immensely. Especially like the removable water tank that I can fill from the tap. Programming requires reading the manual carefully. The SMALL BATCH light comes on by default, but I just press it before pressing the DELAY BREW button (for morning coffee on the timer) and after blinking a few times the timer is activated, the SMALL BATCH light goes out and I have coffee in the morning. I haven't tried the CLASSIC or RICH buttons. Makes great coffee and easy to clean and use.

Great coffee maker. It`s Easy to use and to clean and works better than the Mr coffee`s I had in the past. It`s a very quiet and efficient coffee maker. It`s certainly better than the Mr coffee unit that stopped working properly after only 6 months that the Ninja replaced. Just wish I knew about it sooner. As far as the carafe it`s as well made as any Mr coffee I`ve ever had. I wash it separately and don`t just throw it in with a bunch of dirty dishes to keep it from getting damaged. An easy way to protect my investment. It makes very good coffee.

The removable water reservoir is the reason why we purchased this coffee maker. When you have arthritis in your hands it is very difficult to pour the water in using the carafe. With the Ninja coffee maker, you just fill and place the container on its stand. The 2 coffee settings are great too, especially the Rich setting which brews a little slower so the coffee tastes richer and not bitter. We are very happy with our purchase.

We really liked this coffee maker. Brews quickly and easy to use. Only drawback is that it is not programmable to turn in and the water tank began to leak within the first year.

I purchased this coffee maker to replace a 20-year-old Mr. Coffee unit (RIP, old friend), so I did my due diligence in researching for a new unit that could potentially serve me well for another 20 years. I settled upon this make and model, thanks to the rave reviews from previous purchasers, and, so far, I have been extremely pleased with my purchase. Once set up, I found that the maker is attractive in appearance, with black plastic and stainless steel trim, and a clear plastic reservoir. It's well-constructed and obviously built to last for years. I am particularly fond of the removable water reservoir, which is easily filled at the kitchen sink and then neatly mounted on the maker. (With my previous maker, I often managed to make a wet mess pouring the water from the decanter into the reservoir.) The brewing cycle is slightly slow, but the slower drip inevitably results in a superior brew. This unit comes with a permanent gold-plated filter that is effective for allowing the natural oils of the coffee to enhance the taste. However, unless you don't mind a significant amount of powered sediment in your cup, I would recommend you grind your own beans to a medium or course grind for best results. Otherwise, if you purchase your coffee from the store already ground, you might prefer using #4 cone paper filters to minimize sediment. This maker is programmable to automatically delay brewing time, plus there are additional settings for optimizing small batches and to enhance richness. The warmer plate will keep your coffee warm for 2 hours, at the default setting, but this time can be shortened or lengthened, if desired. A great product!

Makes great tasting coffee from 1cup at a time to 12 cups. There is a setting for 4cups or less. The dripless feature works well when removing the carafe for pouring. Love the delayed brew feature-nothing like waking up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee. There are also 2 strengths of brew, classic and rich. Also like that it pulls all the water from the reservoir rather than leaving excess water in the holding tank like my previous Ninja did. You just need to put the exact amount of water in the reservoir for the amount of coffee you are brewing.

Switching over from Keurig pods to a drip coffee maker to save money and do my part to not add plastic to the environment. This machine works as described; easy to use, makes great coffee. I like the capability to make either a partial or full carafe of coffee. The amazing thing to me is how good the coffee tastes after being on the warmer for an hour or so. Still holding on to my Kurieg for a quick cup on the go but this machine has become my go-to for leisure times and weekends.

I've used a KitchenAid model for years, even bought a second one as a backup. Well, the backup failed (LED panel faded out). I looked at other makes, but decided you get what you pay for and I liked the reviews on this model. It was offered at the same price as Amazon, so I decided to take a leap! I've been using it for well over a month now and it's been great! It does beep when it's done brewing, but it's really not that loud. In fact it's quiter than the KA model. Highly recommend.

This is the second Ninja product we've purchased in the last year, and we have not been disappointed. Love the built in filter - no more buying filters. It brews quickly and quietly, keeps it warm for two hours before shutting itself off (you can redo the warming button if you want it for longer). I like that the water holder can be removed and easily washed. If you can't wait for it to finish, you can pour a cup without it dripping coffee all over. I love the preset so that it automatically starts in the morning - so you don't have to try and make the coffee when you haven't had the coffee.
