Customer Ratings & Reviews

We have owned this coffee maker for 22 months and we absolutely love it! We love it so much that I decided to write a review for those of you who find yourself endlessly researching coffee makers! We haven’t had any issues with coffee grounds in our coffee, it’s easy to clean, coffee is consistently good regarding coffee/water ratio, and best of all, it’s still going strong! Highly recommend this one! Cheers ☕️

Excellent! The Best Buy salesman recommended it and it's been working great. V happy.

As long as you read the manual this very great and simple!!!

This one is good. Have permanent filter. Easy to use.

My parents have this exact same one and I bought the new one and they prefer the nice new one.

I love my Ninja coffee maker; it's easy to use and easy to add water.

Makes great coffee. Quiet! Hot when poured. Well made. Easy to use.

Makes excellent coffee as a very easy to use clean cycle I run once a week keeps the coffee tasting great and brewing fast. It's also awesome to have the removable water filling tank instead of filling the crafe and pouring it into the coffee maker making a mess.

Suitable for daily use, fast, and features a self-cleaning function. I LoVe it!

I've recently purchased this to replace an old Cuisinart coffee maker. So far it seems to make a consistent good cup of coffee -- my typical use is around 6-7 cups, and usually set it up in the evening to automatically start the brew the next morning. I do like the removable water fill container/reseveroir -- similar to some of the Keurig machines; it no longer need to find a separate jug to fill the reservoir. Also, this built-in measuring spoon is a nice touch, very handy. The unit seems quite solidly built. With several weeks of use, here are some quirks-- 1. Depending on how you fill the reservoir, it may be off by 1/2 a cup. When you take the reservoir out to fill and place it back in the maker, you'll notice that the water level will drop 1/2 cup as it dispenses inside the maker ; so if you fill the reservoir while it is on the machine, you might end up putting more water in that what is indicated by the lines on the container. 2. Strangely the glass carafe doesn't clean as easily as my other coffee maker -- needs extra scrubbing to get the stains out. Not sure why. 3. The carafe top doesn't snap on like most makers -- in order to close the top, you need to offset it, push down and rotate it (think bayonet mounts). My wife and mother-in-law can not get this closed correctly half of the time. 4. More of a note, the coffee basket is accessed via a flip top. So if you've got this maker on the counter under some cabinets, you may need to always pull this unit out to put in the filter & coffee as it needs at least another 7" of height to flip it open. 5. The smallish power button is a bit stiff, you'll need one hand to hold the maker in place while pushing the button.

Ease of operation and extremely smooth brew quality. Well designed for brewing efficiency and taste extraction.

this coffee maker is legit! I really dig the way I can take the water tank to the sink to fill it versus having to pour water into it while it's on the counter because no matter what, water will get everywhere! Has simple to use buttons and like other Ninja products it is well made.

Have had several coffee maker brands in my life, this is by far the most favorite. The design is a well thought out product that is very easy to use, and way less mess and easy clean up then any other brands we have had.. Love it and so happy when our coffee is ready.. Makes a smooth tasting rich coffee!! Love it!!!

I love this coffee maker very easy to use very fast

Makes good coffee but is slow at making it. I hate pouring water in the back of a machine it always makes a mess so to have a separate water reservoir is awesome. It’s super easy to set up and set a timer for morning and an option for a smaller batch and - measuring spoon included and can program how long it stays warm up to 4 hours.

Works Great! Setting up is easy and had no issues since getting it for Christmas.

Love this coffee maker - the removable tank for the water is very handy to fill with filtered water from my refrigerator. Using the filtered water reduces the frequency of having to clean the unit. I would recommend including the Geek Squad protection - we have used it a couple of times with this product as the product seems to fail within months of the warranty expiring.

I am really happy with this purchase. The coffee maker looks nice on our coffee bar. It is easy to setup and use and the coffee tastes great, much better than the individual Keurig k-cups, although we still use that brewer when we just want a single cup of coffee later in the day. You can tell that Ninja put a good deal of thought into the design. The water reservoir is removable and it is shaped so that there are indentations for where you would grip it, so I feel it would be good for those with little grip strength. We grind the beans fresh every night when preparing the pot to auto-start the next morning. It does beep when brewing is finished, but it's not obnoxious. I would recommend!

Makes good hot coffee. The only thing I don’t like is it spills when refilling water.

This is a very good coffeemaker. I've had this Ninja coffee maker about a month after my OXO 9 fell apart after years of use The OXO produced a very good cup of coffee but I wanted a change. I read great things about this Ninja but also read concerns about quality control. So far, so very good. The coffee quality is great. I love the easy pour, dripless carafe - it feels balanced in your hands when it pours. The ability to transport the water tank to a dispenser is convenient. The Ninja is easy to operate, and looks good in the kitchen. It's not the cheapest coffeemaker, not the most expensive, but is a very good value for the money. And no quality issues to speak of.
