One word…….. sucks … i regret buying it , im going back to blendjet

This blender is perfect for most everyday needs, and is a great travel buddy! From making my daily smoothie, to blending up perfect pesto and salad dressings, the Ninja Blast couldn't make my life any easier. No cords necessary; just throw in all the ingredients, push the button, and off it goes. My first use was a coffee smoothie from a recipe that the manual had. Cold coffee, frozen banana, ice, almond milk, agave, and a little chocolate. It was perfect for a hot day buzz, and I've had one almost every day since. Very little mess and easy to clean, and I don't have to move a bunch of other appliances in the cabinet to get the huge regular blender out. My family and I have a camper van that we take out frequently, so this will be perfect for blending up smoothies and whipping up dressings while on the road, and can recharge via USB-C. The blender vessel also has a drink spout so you can drink right out of the blender. It's light so it works, but it feels a little awkward having to lift the whole base up to drink (the vessel doesn't have a bottom of its own). It's convenient, but probably a feature I won't utilize very often. All in all, the Ninja Blast makes life pretty convenient for me. No more lugging out a huge blender just to make a little smoothie or salad dressing, or having to pre-make dressings while heading out on the road. Highly recommend.

I really like this portable blender. It is very convenient and easy to use, especially for making smoothies and protein shakes. The size is perfect to carry anywhere and the battery lasts a long time. It blends fruits well and is easy to clean. I recommend it for anyone who wants a quick and healthy drink on the go

The Ninja Blast is a portable and compact blender, and it comes with blender, USB-C cable, and manual in the box. It is cordless and hand-held design. The 18-0z vessel is perfect for smoothies, shakes and frozen drinks. The blender is rechargeable via USB-C and very convenient to carry for travel and outdoor trips. The blades are very sharp and blend the ice and fruits to get perfect smoothies. The container is dishwasher safe, and it is advisable not to touch the blades during cleaning as the blades are very sharp. There are two functions which are Smoothie and Ice crush and there is only one speed setting. I have tried smoothies and shakes with this blender and came out very well. It is not convenient to use the container to drink smoothies or shakes as it is not easy to hold, and it is better to use the regular cups with lids after making the smoothies using this blender. Battery life is good and support up to 13 cycles of blends and it takes up to 2 hours to recharge. It is portable and compact blender and does the job very well to make excellent smoothies and shakes.

This blender is very well made with an overall solid feel to it. I haven’t had any issues blending ice, fruit and protein powder. My one complaint is the base is essentially the “bottom” of the cup, so it’s attached to the cup at all times when in use. It can be a little heavy because of this, and I felt like this could have been remedied by turning the cup upside down and then screwing on the lid. The battery life seems to be very good, I’ve been using this daily for a week and haven’t had to charge my device yet. I also really like that the blender automatically turns off in 30 seconds, so I can push the button and not worry about having to turn it off. I was worried the device my leak since the cup is open on the top and bottom, with the blending base and top screwed on, but I haven’t had any leaks at all. The blender is also really easy to clean because of those open ended design, since the cup has no actual bottom. The handle is also a really nice width and feels very comfortable to hold. Overall, really happy with this blender.

Love it! Does all that i need while travelling. Smaller capacity than my regular home blender but just enough for a meal. The speed and strenght are decent for a smaller blender. Would recommend! Easy to wash and great design with low noise.

## Design The Ninja Blast is Ninja's version of the BlendJet, allowing you to blend up your protein shake while you're traveling or otherwise on-the-go. The motor is in the base, and you simple screw on the "blending vessel" and attach the lid. The lid has a one-touch button that flips open the spring-loaded drinking spout, so you can easily sip directly from the blender. I like that the Ninja Blast has a 2-step process to start the blending process to avoid accidental starts: you must first press the Power button, wait a few seconds, then press the Start/Stop button. The motor and blade assembly have some weight to them, and since they need to left attached to the bottom in order to transport your protein shake, it does make this "cup" heavier than your typical travel tumbler. ## Performance Ninja recommends filling the Ninja Blast in a specific order: 1. First, add liquid/water to the "Min Liquid" line. 2. Fresh fruit 3. Leafy greens 4. Dry or sticky ingredients, like protein powder and/or peanut butter 5. Finally, add ice and other frozen ingredients on the top Once it is loaded up, turn the unit on, wait for the purple LEDs to stop blinking, and press the Start/Stop button. I made my typical protein shake consisting of water, a scoop of whey protein powder, some frozen berries, and about 4 cubes of ice. The Ninja Blast handle this concoction with ease. It blends a lot quieter than my AC-powered blender, but still makes enough noise that you wouldn't want to use it around someone who is sleeping. The blend cycle automatically runs for 30 seconds and shuts off, which may seem like a long time, but it did indeed seem to take about 20 seconds for the ice to be completely crushed up. I do wish the power would automatically turn off immediately afterward, because it seems very unlikely that you would need to run it again immediately after one cycle. The unit was easy to clean afterward: I just rinsed it, filled it a little over the "Min Liquid" line with water, added a small drop of Dawn dish soap, attached the lid and let it make a soap smoothie. This effectively cleaned the blades and sides of the "vessel", but didn't quite reach the lid thoroughly. Once it was done, I poured it out, rinsed the soap out, cleaned the lid a little more, and let everything dry. Easy-peasy! ## Battery Life One charge is good for about 15 blend cycles, according to Ninja. The unit is easily recharged with a water-resistant USB-C port on the back, so no need to carry a proprietary charger with you when you travel. However, an AC adapter (the part that plugs into a wall outlet) is not included, but you can use an existing phone or tablet charger with the USB-C cable included with the blender. ## Summary Overall, the Ninja Blast is a great blender when you just need to make one serving. The fact that it is battery-powered and rechargeable makes it great for taking with you to the gym or on vacation, so you can make protein shakes regardless of where you are.

Perfect for smoothies. I wanted something smaller than my blender for smoothies to keep on the counter. Motor is more than powerful enough. Only downside is having to recharge. Would like the same thing but wired.

The Ninja Blast Portable Blender is so easy to use. I was using it after charging it for just 2 hours. It is only 3 pieces plus the charging cable. It is a breeze to clean and so easy to use. The first time I used it I just filled it with some water and frozen fruit and hit a button - it it literally that easy to make a smoothie. Now you can do more that that - but it really can be that easy. It literally has lines on the side to tell you how much liquid you should add, how much fresh fruits, you can add leafy greens, dry or sticky ingredients like protein powders, nut butters and seeds and the frozen ingredients or ice. You just blend it for 30 seconds and you can either drink it right from the cup or pour yourself another cup. When it’s time to clean it - just add some warm water and a drop of dish soap and blend. It cleans itself. There are a few recipes that come with it or you can find a ton online. It literally it so easy to use and take with you. It’s easy to have at work or home and take a breakfast shake with you to work.

Compact Product with strong power. Very easy to use and helpful for travel. It would have been better if we can take the container out as a whole which can be used for drinking purposes without the whole system. But its a light product which helps. Pricing is slightly high.

I love the portability of the blender. It needs charger quite frequently - probably after 3 uses. There have been several times where the food jams up the blades but after shaking it, it works. Be mindful of how you stack the items to avoid that. Otherwise, its a great product and I recommend it for ease of use and portability.

I LOVE shakes (banana & dark chocolate or cookies & cream) and always wanted to own a simple to use and easy to clean blender, so I can make them at home. I thought Ninja Blast Portable Blender was perfect for that task. Yes, it makes shakes quickly and cleaning is easy but this product fell short of my expectations. As other reviewer mentioned, the end result (shake or smoothie) is definitely not 18 oz because the maximum capacity for all of the ingredients is about 16 oz. If you were to top off the blending vessel to its gill after you finish blending, then it could technically be about 18 oz but I think that's misleading. Another issue I had was the absence of a vessel cap (for convenience) and a blade cover (for safety). These items were printed in the 'Parts' section of the manual but with asterisks stating that '...accessories vary by model'. This manual was supposed to cover 'BC100 and BC150 series', so I searched to find the other models that came with a vessel cap or a blade cover but couldn't find one. If something is not available in the US market, Ninja shouldn't have mentioned these parts in their manual for US consumers. The last two things I wanted to point out are more of cautionary tales. The blade is really SHARP (they aren't kidding), so please be careful when handling it. I didn't even realize I had a very faint nick on my finder (no bleeding - that means it's super sharp). I also think the two buttons - start/stop and blend - are easy to mix up, so please be careful if you are drinking out of the vessel. I pour my shake in a glass, instead of drinking straight out of the blender, so it's much safer. It's not comforting to see the sharp blade staring at you, as it could also accidentally start rotating. There are many of these portable blenders in the market right now and I don't think Ninja Blast is the best product at this price point.

I bought this blender to replace my old Magic Bullet. This blender is very powerful and so much more quiet than my old. It’s very portable and easy to carry. I liked that on my old blender you could separate the cup from the blades and still be able to drink but not a huge deal. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase!

I wasnt sure how this would work since it’s a lot smaller then a kitchen blender… but that’s actually what makes it better. Its obvious that this isnt the blender for those that need to blend in large capacities, but honestly I dont and almost never need to. This blender is the perfect size for what I actually need it for. It is surprisingly powerful and blends my smoothies without any chunks. The cleanup is probably the part that I enjoy the most; blend with a little soap and water, rinse out with a sink jet sprayer and your done. This guy is super practical for what most people probably do with their blender and it just makes so much sense for those that fit the target audience. It is definitely not for everyone, but for those that it is for; don’t pass on this!
