There is only the two of us and we used our Keurig single cup more than anything. With winter upon us our company would drink more hot drinks than anything but our Mr Coffee quit working. So I went on a search for a new coffee maker and I found this 12-Cup Coffee maker. We own several Ninja kitchen products and love them a lot so why not their coffee maker. I really like the cone shape reusable filter and by the taste of it this makes better tasting coffee. The removable water reservoir makes it so easy and less messy to fill. If you want 1 cup of coffee this maker is the one for you. Most morning I make 4 cups but my Yeti cup will hold at least 3 cups so making 4 is great for me. There is a small batch button that makes 1-4 and this is what I use daily. As with most Ninja appliances there is a beep that alerts you when the coffee is done no matter if it is 1 cup or 12 cups. It will keep your coffee left in the pot hot for 1 - 4 hours depending on the time you set in the setting. I just left it on 2 hours. The lid may be difficult at first but once you get the hang of how the lid actually fits on the Carafe it is so nice. It kind of snaps on in groves and then locks on so there is no chance of it falling off. The coffee runs through the top and down a straw like device under the lid so it can distribute the coffee and flavor all over instead of going in one spot. One of the best parts of the Carafe is the spout. It is constructed so there is little to no chance of spilling while pouring coffee or dripping after pouring. I think it really works as described. The coffee is hot and with the warming plate on it will stay hot. If you make your coffee the night before and want it to start brewing the next morning at a certain time there is a delayed brew button for that. You just have to select that button and set the time. If you are like me, I forget when I last cleaned my coffee pot and the best part is after a couple hundred pots there is a clean button that will light up to remind you of this. The time is easy to set as well. This coffee maker has never let me down or disappointed me in anyway. If you are in search of a coffee maker this one is for you.

Coffe taste good. I just dont like that it makes too much noise when its brewing the coffee. It's easy to clean n water reservoir is great. I can see the numbers

While more than I wanted to spend, it was worth the cost. You can taste the difference in this coffee brewer. The technology/process makes the coffee tastes smooth and rich.

Does a perfect job making coffee and I like the coffee maker of not needing a coffee filter. Easy to prepare the night before with the timer accessory.

Makes good hot coffee. The only thing I don’t like is it spills when refilling water.

I purchased this Ninja coffee maker to replace our old Kenmore unit. We've been using this for about a month now and I can honestly say my family loves it. It's simple yet quality design is what I love the most. The water tank is detachable and fits perfectly under my fridge's water spout. They also give you a measuring spoon that attaches to the side of the unit so that you can quickly and easily measure out the amount of coffee grinds you need. Overall, this Ninja coffee maker is a solid unit, easy to use, and makes a delicious cup of coffee everytime. A+!

We have a Ninja Blender/ food processor & love it. We generally buy Cusinart coffee makers but they only seem to last 2 years at the most. We tried this Ninja and it is so well designed. Great construction quality. The carafe doesn't drip. The water reservoir is removable which beats filling it by pouring the water from the carafe. Much neasier to keep clean. Plus the coffee tastes great!

We have owned this coffee maker for 22 months and we absolutely love it! We love it so much that I decided to write a review for those of you who find yourself endlessly researching coffee makers! We haven’t had any issues with coffee grounds in our coffee, it’s easy to clean, coffee is consistently good regarding coffee/water ratio, and best of all, it’s still going strong! A top-notch coffee maker. Easy to use, easy to program, and makes very tasty coffee. Open and removable water reservoir is a big plus. I took a chance on this, replacing my old Cuisinart pot that had lasted forever. So far, it has proven to be a good decision.

After many years of service, our old coffee maker had stopped brewing. My wife and I needed a solution, and quick as I am a monster without my morning coffee. After a panicked search, we saw that the Ninja coffee maker had good reviews. We already own the blender and figured it would be nice to have a matching set of small kitchen appliances. I am so freaking happy we bought this! The Ninja 12-Cup Coffee Maker exceeded our initial expectations. While unboxing we learned more and more about the attention to detail Ninja has implemented into the brewing process. The water reservoir is detachable while makes filling with water in the mornings a smooth process. No spills from pouring water from your pot into the water reservoir. The coffee strainer is reusable which we love as we are conscious of our environmental impact. If you purchase reground coffee the scooper has a built-in mounting point so you don't have to sleepily fumble around the kitchen to find your precious scooper. The coffee maker itself feels weighted and the stainless steel makes it look elegant. That isn't the only elegant part of this machine. The coffee maker also has a delay brew feature. This has made my life easier as I no longer have to brave the dark cold house to make my morning coffee. I am not sure if my friends and family have taken our advice about this coffee maker, but we have certainly told all our friends about this new amazing part of our lives.

Finally upgraded from my old $20 coffee maker. Love this one, coffee seems to taste better! Easy to use, not too many buttons to confuse my "getting slower, old brain" !

Love this coffee maker - the removable tank for the water is very handy to fill with filtered water from my refrigerator. Using the filtered water reduces the frequency of having to clean the unit. I would recommend including the Geek Squad protection - we have used it a couple of times with this product as the product seems to fail within months of the warranty expiring.

Makes excellent coffee as a very easy to use clean cycle I run once a week keeps the coffee tasting great and brewing fast. It's also awesome to have the removable water filling tank instead of filling the crafe and pouring it into the coffee maker making a mess.
