This cold press juicer is good I wish it would extract a little more from fruits and greens the leftover are still moist after it press it. But for an entree juicer it's good

It’s a good juicer. Not to loud but has some noise to it. The only issue I have tia that it takes awhile to clean compare to my other juicers but still is a good product

This is my first cold press juicer. It does a great job, especially with hard to juice items like parsley. It is fairly slow and doesn't seem to make a huge amount of juice, but it is easy to clean and I would recommend it.

I am happy with the juicer so far. It is better than any other centrifugal juicers. Only one problem is that sometime the extract is bit moist. It doesn’t extract all the juice.

I didn’t really need a juicer, and I didn’t think I would use a juicer if I had one. But now that I have the Ninja Cold Press Juicer Pro, I don’t know how I lived this long without it. I have an old citrus juicer, but I was ready to raise my game. I did some research on juicers and I learned that there are two main types: Centrifugal juicers are very quick at juicing your ingredients but with that comes a fair amount of noise. They often have two speeds for hard or soft fruit and vegetables, but certain ingredients such as leafy greens and soft fruits are not juiced as well in these types of juicers. Juice is more oxidized (foamy) and the juice goes bad/separates faster. A Masticating juicer is also known as a Cold Press juicers. They function by crushing and pressing juice out of ingredients through the use of a slow rotating augur (screw) and a screen. Due to their slow turning speed, Masticating juicers are able to operate more quietly and they can extract much higher yields of juice from the same weight of ingredients. These juicers typically have spinning blades that spin against a mesh filter, separating the juice from its body. The juicer will then separate the juice and the pulp into two containers. The juice quality is determined by the process. This is why masticating juicers get better reviews about the juice quality because of the grinding and chewing action they have on the ingredients. The two-step grinding and pressing process produces the highest quality, most nutrient dense juice that is longer-lasting. The Ninja Cold Press Juicer Pro is a masticating juicer. The juice it makes is simply amazing! While you get a perfectly blended product, you can still appreciate the subtle flavors of the individual fruit/vegetables that embody it. Product strengths: • Assembly – it is very intuitive to put the parts together. Everything clicks in place and fits perfectly like puzzle pieces. The Release button and turning the chute chamber clockwise removes it from the motor base. Super easy. • Quiet – for a kitchen appliance that grinds and presses, this is the quietest once I own. You can even run it while watching TV and not have to raise the volume to hear the show. • Reverse button – this helps to unblock the chute or to ensure ingredients get processed. A good thing to have! • Quick Start Guide – can’t bother to read the owner’s guide? The QSG is a summary of the most important information you need on 4 pages. • Tips & Tricks – there are several tags found on the filter and the unit itself informing the consumer about pulp control based on filter choice and how much juice will result from a pound of produce. There is a handy sheet with recommendations for filter choice based on the fruit/vegetable chosen. • Recipes – Ninja always has the best recipe booklets and this one was no exception. There were wellness shots, juice recipes (fruit, fruit & veggies) and pulp recipes. The "orange carrot ginger" recipes for the juice and spice bread are a favorite of mine. • Care & Maintenance – caring for this unit is so easy. The surfaces clean up nicely with no residue. All the parts that touch juice are dishwasher safe. The unit comes with a cleaning brush where both bristles and other end are used to clear out buildup and residue on the filter – I would pay $10 alone for that! If you want to juice just about anything, including leafy greens, and you want the best possible flavor and texture without worrying about clean up, then this is the product you want. Now that I have made fresh juice, I can never go back to buying it in a carton. And don’t limit yourself to juices alone. There are a lot of great recipes for cocktails, too. While masticating juicers are more expensive than centrifugal, you save a lot of money by making these juices at home rather than buying them. I know, because I looked at the prices of fresh-pressed juices and wellness shots in the grocery stores. So pricey! It is the same reason why I make my own coffee at home. It pays for itself in the long run. This might be the best gift ever…for others or yourself. If you put your health first, then you are worth it.

Possibly the best house warming gift for my wife! She has always wanted a nice juicer but all the juicers out there always look old or awkward, or they don’t last long. We also love ninja products and Best Buy had it for a great deal!

If you want to get into juicing without breaking the bank, the Ninja Cold Press Juicer is the the one you need. It doesn't have a ton of bells and whistles, but it does exactly what it needs to do-- squeeze every drop of juice from your fruits and vegetables. I had been using a centrifugal juicer and the cold-press juicer was a significant step up. It's much quieter, and it's super easy to clean. Most importantly though, it squeezes at least 50% more juice out of most fruits and vegetables and handles greens much better. It comes with three strainer sizes so you can choose the amount of pulp left in your juice. It's not quite as powerful as some of the more expensive juicers out there- you won't be making nut milks with this machine- but for most fruits and vegetables, this is perfect. At only half the size of my old juicer, it's definitely earned a spot in my kitchen.

    NOT a celery juicer.

I got this juicer to make celery juice. Something this juicer will not do at all. I can only juice couple of stalks before the strainer gets clogged and stops juicing. The chamber will then fill up and the juice begins to back up. The supplied strainer has a tiny area and it don’t take too much pulp to completely clog it. It needs a lot of cleaning up before you can get a decent sized glass of juice to enjoy. The juicer frustrated me so much that I would rather buy a $6 juice cup from a health shop then juice myself. Now this juicer sits in the cabinet and I had to purchase a $500 omega juicer to juice celery. As a celery juicer it deserves less than one star but I will give it benefit or doubt and assume it’s not meant to juice celery and will do fine with other veggies. The tiny strainer is a major design issue that has to be addressed. Construction and build quality is good I must say not that it matters when you can’t use it. All in all a major disappointment.
