Review: I've had my Ninja Creami since December 2024, and it has been a game-changer for my keto/diabetic lifestyle! Finding sugar-free alternatives to my favorite frozen treats has always been a struggle, but this machine has made it so much easier (and cheaper!). I primarily use recipes I've found within Creami Facebook groups, which have been an invaluable resource for adapting to my dietary needs. I've made everything from creamy keto ice cream to refreshing slushies and Italian ice – all without the sugar overload! The Creami is generally easy to use and clean. My biggest complaint is cleaning the inside of the lid. It doesn't come apart, so I have to use a small pipe cleaner to get into all the nooks and crannies. It's a bit of a pain, but worth it for the end result. The performance is fantastic. I love that I can customize everything to my preferences. However, be warned – it is LOUD! The biggest con is the 24-hour freeze time required. You definitely need to plan ahead. I try to keep a few pints prepared and frozen, so I always have something on hand. The huge pro is that I no longer have to buy overpriced keto ice cream at the store! Pros: Makes amazing keto-friendly ice cream, slushies, and more. Easy to use and customize. Saves money on store-bought sugar-free treats. Cons: Requires 24-hour freeze time. Lid can be difficult to clean thoroughly. It is LOUD! Overall: If you're on a keto or diabetic diet and miss having frozen desserts, the Ninja Creami is a must-have! Despite a few minor drawbacks, the ability to create delicious, sugar-free treats at home is well worth it. I highly recommend it!

We’ve owned this machine for about a week and already eaten way too much ice cream. The cookbook included has everything we like along with some new things to try. The consistency of the ice cream is quite surprising, it really makes creamy ice cream that is smooth and just plain delicious. We really liked blue bell coffee ice cream and the coffee ice cream recipe (I used espresso shots and substituted for the full fat ingredients) in the cookbook has it beat. I’ll never buy store bought ice cream again, especially considering $8.00 a quart. Setup and cleanup is very easy, pretty hard to mess up if you read the instructions. While in operation (2-5 mins depending on setting) is pretty loud, so not a chance of making a midnight snack, but overall not different than sound of a blender. Word of advice get more pints right away, we’ve got 4 batches waiting to be made today! Just make sure the pints are the new version with the pourable and drinkable lines on them.

Honestly, it works great. It is VERY loud. This does not bother me, but just something to mention. The blades are very sharp. To make the ice cream, you have to pretty much make it the day before (milk and whatever flavoring you want) and blend it the next day. You cannot make it all at once, so there is a process of freezing it first then blending to get ice cream. For me I mix: Milk, Jello flavoring (Cheesecake or Oreo are so good), Guar gum/Xanthum gum (my ice cream would never turn out thick, this makes it perfect), and a pinch of salt. This is just the base, you can add anything else. Overall it is so nice to make your own ice cream and if you have kids this is a great way you can even make your ice cream healthier or less expensive.

[Employee of bestbuy] I was never one to buy these sorts of gimmicks, but I was just interested this one time. The overall product itself is definitely a five star. For my lifestyle, and things of that sort, it’s not of great use to me. though I will say the ability to mix the frozen solution into a perfect scoopable or drinkable is insane. if you’re one to make food at home and are looking for a way to DIY your own ice cream this is it.

I love this machine. It is a little heavy and bulky but I'm still able to put it away in a low cabinet so it doesn't have to sit out on the counter. There's a learning curve to making the ice cream better but it's still good from the first effort. The texture doesn't turn out quite as nice as an old school ice cream churner but it's a way faster and easier process. Cheers!

This machine offers you the ability to make yummy, healthy frozen desserts at home--with a few caveats. First, you need to prepare the mixture at least a day or so before you're ready to mix/consume it. Second, it's extremely loud. And third, depending on what you're making, it may take a few mixes to get it to the right consistency (i.e., if it's powdery, you need to run it again and again). It makes a lot of ice cream, though.

I love, love, love this ice cream maker. Now i understand why they keep selling out. The 24 hour freeze time and the machine noise are the only things that made me think about the 5 stars but it's well deserved! Definitely recommend. The description says 10 in 1 but it's the creami

Honestly one of the best purchases Ive made in a long time, me and my other half always used to buy ice cream but now we just turn our protein shakes into our sweet treat!

The only thing I don’t like is that you have to plan ahead if you want healthier versions of ice cream when the sweet tooth hits. I don’t think they need to be in freezer for 24 hours either and the temp on my freezer was set to recommended levels but I’ve had to respin too many times. A blender or a regular ice cream maker could never compare to this beast!

Have been wanting to get one for a while. Read the reviews and wanted it even more. I’ve had used it about 6 times and made ice cream, icee, creamy one. I still have to try the other settings. I have been happy with all aspects of it. Need to change some flavoring but nothing to do with the machine. It’s loud but nothing more than other things like it. Would definitely recommend.

What a Great Product! Okay the one that was purchased at BestBuy was defective, they had a run of bad unit but an Email to Ninja and they shipped me a new one! Since then Ive been making great Ice Cream Weekly! I don't think I will ever buy store Ice Cream Again

I use this this everyday.Endless healthy treats,no preservatives. Sorbet,gelato,smoothie,soft serve,scoopable ice cream,slushi,milkshake,protein ice cream.You name it, I experiment with different ingedients and flavors.You wont wont regret buying a Ninja Creami!

The ninja creami is easy to use and fits perfectly on your counter top... has a small footprint. Makes delicious sorbet and the frozen yogurt is creamy and delicious. Experiment with different flavors. It's a blast.... worth the money.

This is a awesome machine. My daughter made everything from slushes, ice cream and milkshake. Also bought 4 extra containers well worth the money if you like knowing what’s in your ice cream.

Really easy to use, and makes delicious everything. I’ve heard people say it’s gross because the arm that extends down into the ice cream can’t be cleaned, but you clean it like a blender. You get the ice cream out, fill it with hot water and soap, and put it on a random cycle to get it clean

This is easily one of the best appliances I have ever bought. I will warn that it is loud but worth it. The other issue was likely user error in which the first mix in attempt resulted in only half the pint having the mix in. It was amazing but we had to mix by hand the rest of it. It does have a little recipe book that comes with it and has resulted in great ice cream! Worth the purchase!
