So far so good. Works like a charm. Preheat is quick and cooking has been a breeze. Primarily have used it for toasting and air frying, but the function has been great. Everything has cooked evenly too.

Very convenient. My husband and I use it daily. I recommend this oven it has multiple uses.

Works as advertised, in fact the oven feature will cook things in just about half the time.

So far we love it. We purchased an extra crumb tray, so it's easy to keep clean. My husband usually doesn't do much cooking, but he's used this almost every day.

This is my 3rd ninja air fryer and first Double Stack XL. It is a great product! I would definitely recommend.

I had a different model for a couple years (the big oven version). This one is much better and useful. The most improved thing is the toaster. OMG best toast ever!

Well made and efficient. Practical with relative ease of options available. Replaces toaster and microwave.

Great functionality. The upper heating element broke after about 7 months, luckily within the warranty period. Ninja sent a complete replacement base unit (less trays, etc.) but I had to pay about $30 shipping. It's concerning that the element is not serviceable (at least you can't purchase one). Hoping that the new one doesn't have the same issue after the warranty runs out, it has the potential to be a costly fix (purchase new unit).

This oven is the best air-fryer that I've had, and I have had a few. The convection cooking is great, too. Its a winner

I love my Air fryer is awesome investment. It cuts my cooking time down and my food taste great.

Heats up quickly and cooks evenly. Doesn't get loud either. Thermometer works well and food comes out perfect.
