    Great functionality. The upper heating element broke after about 7 months, luckily within the warranty period. Ninja sent a complete replacement base unit (less trays, etc.) but I had to pay about $30 shipping. It's concerning that the element is not serviceable (at least you can't purchase one). Hoping that the new one doesn't have the same issue after the warranty runs out, it has the potential to be a costly fix (purchase new unit).

    Overall I like the oven. However, there are 2 things I would like to see changed: 1. The top oven is a little too "short". Could stand to have about an extra inch in height. 2. It would be nice if the bottom over could function with just normal radiant heat. Unfortunately, it can only be used with some type of convection cooking.
