I really like this Ninja. Pro- plenty of options and sizes to choose from that everyone can make their favorite when they want. Con- it is loud when the brewing starts. So any light sleepers could wake up from the coffee starting.

I'll start right off with the best feature... No more preheating! No more gurgling, just turn it on and go. I feel like that's the component that has killed all of my previous K-Cup brewers, and we've killed quite a few. This has the typical Ninja styling with stainless trim and good build quality. The 12 cup option is nice too working from home and gives us the chance to brew some specialty coffees that aren't available in a cup. Overall I have high hopes for longevity with this one and so far it looks promising!

Great coffee maker, especially since we like coffee hot and cold. This maker also makes coffee using kcups, so if we want to have a different flavor. It comes with easy to use instructions. Its also easy to clean. We owned a different ninja maker from 6 years ago and would still be using it if we didnt break to pot it self.

This was a great purchase, the delay mode is very helpful and it makes good quality coffee quite quickly. The over ice feature is also great, i’ve used it for refresher k-cups and iced coffee. I recommend ordering a reusable filter because this machine doesn’t come with one.

I love this coffee maker and I use it all day long every day. The small footprint is a bonus making it easier to place on the countertop. I started out just brewing regular ground coffee into my 12oz mug so I'm not using the decanter. For me a 12oz cup of coffee takes 4 minutes. Then I started using the k-cup adapter which only takes 90 seconds to complete for a 8oz cup. The design makes it super simple to switch between the cups and ground coffee plus it has an attachment holder on the back for you to store it on. I also like how once you set the brew size it follows that size no matter how much water is in the tank. Now I can just fill up the tank and brew multiple cups of coffee before refilling it again. Would I recommend this unit? Yes I would.

The Ninja-DuelBrew (hot and cold) is the perfect solution for our busy family of five. Whether brewing 8oz. or 55oz. , we don't have to wait long. The machine brews quickly and accommodates pods or grounds. For Iced coffee, the machine offers a stronger brew, for pouring over ice. The Coffee tastes great and the machine is easy to use and clean.

Love it! This is one of the best coffee makers I’ve ever had! I love that I can make a cup of coffee with KCups, or I can make a pot of coffee. I can make various ounces of coffee in my pot. Even the reservoir has notches in the plastic that serve as a handle. It lifts up easily and you can take it and fill it up and easily place it back in its place. I love the feature that allows me to make a cup of iced coffee. You fill up your cup with ice and the amount of coffee that comes out takes into account that you have ice in the cup. I love that there is a little tray I can pull down from the maker for my single cup of coffee. This allows you to reduce splash out of the coffee as it is going into the cup. This is a great coffee maker. I love Ninja products.

Purchased this to replace my poorly performing k-duo machine. This is much better overall and the digital display didn’t quit working after a few months like k-duo did.

We bought this coffee makerto save space. It replaces a regular coffee maker AND a Keurig single cup makes. So it saves us counter space. Now, it does do a good job. But switching it from a full pot maker to a single cup make is a bit more involved than what we had hoped. Still. It works well and makes great coffee.

I love the options for cup/pot sizes, and the coffee is rich and delicious. This unit replaced a pretty old and much simpler Ninja. I wasn't expecting this to be as complicated to learn as it was. It's pretty noisy for the first minute or so of getting going, which was a little startling at first. My only real negative is how long the cleaning cycle takes.

Love my Ninja Coffee maker. I can brew single cups multiple sizes. It also works well with half a pot to a full pot of coffee. I'm not an iced coffee person, but what I've made for friends has turned out well. No complaints here. Also a lot of components are dishwasher safe, so cleaning is easy.

The Ninja DuelBrew coffee maker is easy to use, clean & makes a great cup of coffee hot cold & Kcup. The convenience of single cup to full pot in one machine is perfect. Saves space on our counter is an added perk..

Ninja coffee makers are the best! This is our second ninja dual brew. Our first one still works like a charm, we just wanted an upgrade. These coffee makers are THE BEST!

Love this coffee machine so much. It cleans easily, looks sleek and is easy to use. Will never go to another brand.

It’s more trouble than it’s worth when switching from using k-pods to full pot. I can also see that it will be a challenge to maintain long-term when there’s a clog. I’m only using it exclusively for k-cups and we kept our other traditional pot brewer. It works fairly well for brewing using the k-cups although it continues to drip just a little after the brew is complete.
