Bought it for a present for my wife. She loves how fast it brews. Much better than her previous Hamilton Beach coffee maker.

This is a good coffee maker. Flexible brewing options. Only reason for only three stars is that Ninja makes their coffee makers too tall. Makes it difficult to open the top to add coffeee or kcups without pulling the coffee maker out from under the upper cabinets.

This is a great coffee maker. I really like being able to use pods or grounds and a cup or a carafe.

It’s a ninja nuff said. It works to much too. Nobody can stop the work in the kitchen.

This coffee maker lives up to its claims. It does everything it is supposed to do

I really like this coffee pot as it works the K-pods and regular grinds. Lots of options for different size brews for your needs for the day. Can feel a little clunky when shutting the top at times with the attachments but it’s never been a problem. If you work the pods and grinds like me it’s a great machine.

What a great addition to my kitchen!!! Love that it does k cups reg and ice coffee!!! Was a little pricey but worth it

Easy to set up. It works well for the K-Cups. We haven't tried brewing a pot. It's a little deeper than the Keurig and the lid wouldn't pull up when pushed back under the upper cabinet. However, overall it takes up less space on the counter. We haven't had it long and not tested everything and thus the "good" rating rather than "excellent".

Definitely better the other brands. Heats up and makes coffees way faster than the Keurig brand

So much better than the latest Keurig machine. Simple to use and no stupid sensor to error out.

I loved this coffee maker... I can use my regular coffee and the cup .. I love it.

I had the PRO version for four years. It still works but I would like a new one. This model is as good as the other one and I enjoy the hot coffee this makes. Good temperature and I can use either Kcups or grounded. When it goes on sale, it is a great purchase.
