Absolutely love this coffee brewer! We had a keurig for years but always had issues. I brew 2 full pots of coffee, so i have cold brew for the week. And then we use the pods for our morning coffee. Works great, very happy with this purchase. Also anything ninja branded is very well made, nothing cheap about their hardware.

me and my roommates use this almost everyday and we’ve never had a problem. maintaining it’s cleanliness is easy. plus the manuals are a great help while setting it up.

Bought it last Christmas and until now it's still functions as good as new. Very easy to use the only thing I had issues with it is how short the power cord is so I had to put it in a place where it's easy access to the wall.

This is the second one I buy. But this was a present for my mom because we both love mine. It is very easy to use and all those settings are just amazing. I am obsessed with Ninja products and this wasn't the exception. I recommend 100% this coffee maker.

So far it’s been a great buy. I purchased this because I had a Kurig K cup machine that went out after 12yrs and a Cuisinart coffee pot but wanted just one machine that could do both and take up less space. This machine does it all and very slim design.

Really like the versatility of this pot. I have been using a keurig for years, but missed being able to be a full pot of coffee. With the ninja i can do both. It's really easy to switch back and forth. So far no complaints.

We are very happy with this coffee maker. We tried 4 from other makers and returned them all. We had an issue with a very small drip from the thermal carafe when pouring coffee, and after a call to Ninja they sent us a replacement carafe. Great customer service! While it was a bit pricier than others we looked at, we still find it an excellent value for the money.

This thing does it all! We especially love the k-cup adaptor and the water reservoir is awesome. This machine works beautifully but most importantly is so easy to use! I hope this machine lasts because it is sooo amazing.

We absolutely love this product!! It was purchased as a Christmas gift. Shane was very happy with it. He has purchased a couple other items for this product. He even has a monthly coffee subscription now.

This machine is awesome!! I had so many including 2 Nespresso machines the original line and Verturo. I love this one so much better. I can make iced coffee with ground coffee or capsules. Different size coffee strong or not. It’s really great!!
