    Very nice pan. Sturdy and well built. Cover is also solid. I use it primarily for making homemade italian meringue. It works great. Definitely can recommend this. Price was right as well on sale.

    We bought this pan to replace one which was loosing it's non-stick coating. This pan distributes heat evenly and cleans up in a jiffy!!!
