The Ninja Neverstick Foodi Premium Pans are solid, well thought out, check all the boxes, and they just work great! Design These pans and the lid are very solid. The pans have weight to them but it all feels quality. The lid fits well, not tight but as it should. The fact that the items are designed to stack well is great! They do stack well and easily. I like having a secondary handle on the opposite side of primary handle. Features They can go in an oven at up to 500 degrees - lid 400 degrees. They work on induction stove tops. Since they are non-stick, cleaning them has been easy too. The handles on the pans are well designed and sealed so water can't get in them. The handle on the lid will let water in and there are small holes to let water out but dirt will build up in there over time. It seems like most if not all lids have this issue and it's a minor one to me. I'm impressed by the pan handles though so that's good. The lid and pans are dishwasher safe, though included information does state that hand washing is always best. The pans are metal utensil safe, though included information says not to use a metal knife or fork with it. Cooking Experience The pans do seem to heat very well and very evenly. I made a grilled cheese sandwich and the toasting was very even, believe it or not more even than I'm used to. I also had a pan full of fresh vegetables that I sautéed and the heat seemed very even across the pan surface, even though the pan was quite a bit larger than the burner. So far nothing has stuck to the pans. There is a note in the included information to preheat the pan before using it to make sure things don't stick. I do hear a sound of the metal and or glass expanding a bit as I cook with them. It's not bad but just surprised me at first. Maybe over time they'll do that less. Summary Even though there are some listed limitations as you read all the info, like don't use a metal knife with it, these are still by far the best pans I've used. They're well designed and made and I love the fact that they're stackable!

I really like these pans. They are extremely well built. They are sturdy and a great weight. The base is solid and a nice even thickness. The main handles are a good length, sturdily attached, and have some substance to them. The addition of secondary handles is a nice add, it makes oven removal much easier. As someone who oven burns through “cheaper” non-stick pans somewhat regularly, I am pretty excited to see how the non-stick (they call it Neverstick) surfaces hold up. So far, it has been great, and I am impressed. I really know nothing about their technology here, but it definitely has a different “look” than your standard non-stick. I think utensil damage of any kind will be rare, but I will still mostly use silicone. Time will tell about all of this. I also really like the size of these pans. The fry pan is just big enough to maybe do a little bit extra, but not prohibitively large. The sauté pan is the same, but I really appreciate the width and depth of the pan. It gives you options. As for the look? I think they look great. Simple. Plain. Clean. More or less, what I am looking for and what I prefer. Most should like their look. Lastly, but quite importantly to me, they stack/nest very well. My space is rather small, and it is a real struggle in my kitchen. Being able to stack them and stow them away, safely, is big factor for me. I will be able to clear out a pan or two extra and save some space with these and since they are of a better quality than much of my cookware, hopefully keep them around for some time. Ultimately, these pans work for me. I really like them. I have been able to do just about everything I need with them, and they have done it well. They work, well, on just about any surface, are versatile, clean up great (I hand wash, which is recommended despite being dishwasher safe), look good, store well, and come with a robust 10 year warranty. Given that assurance, and my experience so far, I think these are a great value. I can’t really find a reason to not recommend these to anyone looking for pans.

This set of three saucepans comes in 1½, 2½ and 3½ quart size and glass lids for each. The pans nest nicely inside each other and the lids are stackable also. This works out great for me as I have limited cabinet space. A lot of thought went into protecting the inside of these pans. With the handles on both sides it stacks easily and doesn’t hit the bottom of the pans. The two handles are also great when trying to empty out water because they can get heavy trying to do that one handed. The non stick surface of these pans is wonderful. I purposely tried to burn cheese and it just wiped right out of the pan. So when Ninja says never stick they really, never stick! These pans are dishwasher safe and can even go into the oven. The pans are good for up to 500 degrees, but the lids are only good for up to 400 degrees. This is not a problem for me as I never broil anything and only cook food as high as 400 degrees anyway. I liked them so much, that I went out and bought the frying pan set, the 5 quart sauté pan and the 8 quart stock pot. These have made all other pans in my house redundant.

Very pleased with cooking results, pans are on the heavy side but they hold heat well and cook even, probably due to the heavy thick bottom. Will buy more Ninja pans in the future.

I have used many different types of pans, all with their benefits and downsides. I have ceramic non-stick pans, cast iron, carbon steel, and stainless steel pans that I primarily use. The carbon steel and cast iron require more work to take care of them but they also last forever with proper care. Ceramic pans have been good initially, but you cannot use them with high heat or metal utensils and they begin to lose their non-stick properties over time. These pans seem to address the issues that plague other ceramic pans while still being really low-maintenance. I don't think these will completely replace my cast iron and carbon steel pans due to their durability and different cooking applications, but I will certainly be using these pans a lot. The low-maintenance factor on these pans is definitely a big benefit over cast iron and carbon steel. You can clean these with soap and they are really easy to clean. These pans are really nice because you can not only use high heat, but you can also put them in the oven, use metal utensils, and even wash them in the dishwasher (if desired). They are not that heavy but are also sturdy and seem to be durable. Only time will tell as far as how these compare to ceramic pans when it comes to longevity. I have high hopes that these will last a very long time, but I doubt they will last forever like cast iron and carbon steel. The non-stick properties of these pans are excellent. With all of my usage, they did an excellent job preventing sticking. I still like to cook with oil or butter so I did not test the non-stick capabilities without using oil or butter. With oil or butter they worked really well with no sticking at all. These do seem to take a little more time to heat up like cast iron, but once they do, they seem to heat consistently and evenly and do a really good job at cooking. I was also really glad that both of these pans came with a glass lid that is interchangeable with both pans. I have not yet tried using them in the oven but also really look forward to being able to use these in the oven - that is a really great feature of these pans. As far as cleanup goes, these pans are so easy to clean up. Every time I cleaned these, everything came off really easy. I think these have been the easiest pans to clean that I have used so far. I haven't had to do any scrubbing which has been really nice. Overall, I am really happy with these pans and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. If the non-stick properties on these hold up longer than other ceramic pans I have used, these will definitely be the best low-maintenance non-stick pans I have used to date. I can't comment on this yet but will definitely be looking to see how these hold up over time.

No need for nonstick pans AND cast iron skillets!

PROS: * Actually non-stick cooking * Pans AND lid are oven safe * Easy to clean * Dishwasher safe * Nice stacking for storage * Lid works with both pans * Very solid, premium construction CONS: * Preheating takes longer == BUILD QUALITY == When I first touched the pans, I honestly thought they were some weird cast iron hybrid. The texture on the pans is quite unique, outside of cast iron. This texture is advertised as why you can use metal utensils without worrying about damaging the nonstick feature. While you can use metal utensils, just be warned that you shouldn't use anything abrasive while cleaning (more on that later). Just like with cast iron, you can move from stove-top to oven cooking. The pans are rated for up to 500 degrees, while the lid is rated up to 400 degrees for oven cooking. The handles have a somewhat normal shape/design, so you should be able to use/buy any handle covers designed for iron skillets. == COOKING == There's only one difference between the Ninja pans and any other nonstick pans you've previously owned: preheat times. Due to the materials Ninja uses, it takes a little longer to get the pans to the desired temp. It's not a massive difference, but you'll notice that you're waiting a few moments longer than usual. The wait is worth it though! It doesn't matter what I'm cooking, sauce or no sauce, nothing will stick! I know it shouldn't be a surprise, but coming from someone with aging pans, this great! The added bonus is that you don't really need to get a normal nonstick pan AND a cast iron skillet, these pans can go from stove-top to oven (as long as you keep the temp under 500 degrees). == CLEAN UP == Ninja advertises that the pans and lid are dishwasher safe, but the included care guide will strongly recommend that you hand-wash instead. For me, I'd rather hand-wash anyways since my dishwasher isn't very big. Thankfully, whatever material Ninja uses does such a great job for nonstick cooking, it makes cleaning SUPER easy. Just make sure you're not using anything abrasive when cleaning (like steel wool or the abrasive side of your scrub sponge). When they're dry, the pans stack very easily, helping to take up less storage space. The exterior coating is very tough, so there's no need to worry about chipping/damage when stacking. == BOTTOM LINE == Is it weird to be excited about new pans? My old nonstick pans were really showing their age, so I'm hopeful that these new pans will live up to Ninja's 10-year warranty. If you're looking at getting new nonstick pans, and even thinking about getting a cast iron skillet as well, I would recommend checking out the NeverStick set from Ninja.

Ok, I spent a while with this set because I really wanted to put it to the test. I can report back that it works beautifully and the non-stick coating seems to be integrated into the pan so hopefully durability sticks around for a long while. Items tested: Eggs, gravy, grilled cheese, steak, chicken fried steak, stir-fry, chicken strips, and pancakes - Everything worked well and I never had to scrape off the pan in order to flip or toss whatever I was cooking. The main thing that the instructions advise is to make SURE you get the pan hot before you start using it and that's definitely a major tip. Because of the density (and thus evenness of heating) of this pan, it takes a little longer to warm up than a normal thin pan. Still the extra minute of heating probably just helps you create better food (Maillard reaction). With my old pans I generally just threw the food in there and let the contents come to temp, but with these pans I forced myself to pre-heat as advised and from that perspective the non-stick worked perfectly. I can't verify whether you can start with a cold pan and have the non-stick work as well as I stuck with the directions, but it'd be an interesting experiment. Bonus is that these are dishwasher safe. With most of my non-stick cookware I generally will never wash them in the dishwasher as that's a recipe for the non-stick surface to start flaking off. The Ninja surface seems pretty heavily layered on though so I'm definitely going to continue giving it a shot in the dishwasher to see how they hold up. Overall very satisfied with these pans!

    No more sticky pans!

I have been using quality stainless steel cookware for many years. Stainless cooks very well and transfer heat wonderfully, but keeping things from sticking is next to impossible. I have always wanted to get back into the non-stick world, but the problem has always been the cheap non-stick coatings never held up and would flake off easily. These Anti-Scratch NeverStick pans were the answer to durable non-stick pans. To put them to the test, I first cooked an omelet and was able to remove the omelet, by simply tilting the pan and sliding it onto my plate; no tools required! Even with some cheese that had oozed out and had browned and was on the verge of burning. The next day, I tried a couple of over easy eggs. Admittedly, I had the heat a little too high and they stuck to the pan a little bit since the bottoms had burned. The next time, I sprayed just a small amount of non-aerosol oil (coconut) into the pan first and the eggs cooked perfectly and slid right out of the pan. Both pans cook evenly, but they do not get as hot as my stainless pans do, but that's not necessarily the selling point with this product. They get plenty hot enough for the majority of the cooking I do. It's hard to comment on the longevity or how long the coating will last being that I've only had these for a couple of weeks, but they seem to be overwhelmingly more durable than any non-stick cookware I've used in the past. Overall, I would highly recommend these to anybody who wants the ease of non-stick with increased durability.

    Amazing Cookware Set!

After using these for almost a week I'm sold, these are amazing. They are fairly lightweight but feel solid and well constructed. They have terrific non-stick properties compared to other pans I have used, and they are able to be used at heats above Medium. These are also able to be used in the oven and run through the dishwasher if you desire. I'm interested to see how they hold up over time, but so far, this is the only cookware I've ever had in my life (non-stick, cast iron, stainless, etc) that I actually enjoy using daily. I always felt like I was compromising something in every piece of cookware I had, but with these, I haven't found any compromises yet. If you're cooking a lot at the same time and need 2 lids, you might have an issue as the set only comes with the 1. That's probably the only knock I can think of against these and it's not really a knock. You can get more lids online if you really need them, or a lid off a set you're replacing these with might work. The nesting system is a great space saver too and well designed. Overall, I would recommend these to anyone. They're high quality and we'll find out about the non-stick durability over time, but so far I have been very impressed.

    Durable nonstick pans that work

BLUF: pans are heavy duty, and nonstick works really well Full review: The pans come with a fairly detailed instruction pamphlet on maintenance and proper use of the pans. Normally I just chuck any instructions like that, but after messing up a few pans I wanted to do it right. So glad I did. The pans have little metal arms that are designed to let them nest in one another, which work really well. Slight downside is the arms can scrape the top of whatever pan/pot is on bottom if you decide to just rotate the top pan. But the nesting works well, the arms keep the pots from scraping the inside walls, so it extends the life. Nonstick actually works just like advertised, which, to me, was shocking. I’ve used the pans for sticky sauces, eggs, sautées, etc, and everything just slides right off. I literally haven’t had to scrub anything yet.

The Ninja Foodi NeverStick cookware features aluminum construction with riveted stainless steel handles. Overall, the pans have a professional feel with solid construction and good weight. Additional standout features include the nesting system that protects the cooking surfaces when stored, the ability to go from stovetop to oven, the ability to use metal utensils, and being dishwasher safe. Tested on a gas stove, the pans heated very evenly; notably slower than I’m used to, but evenly nonetheless. When pre-heated sufficiently, the NeverStick surface performs very well, with foods such as fried eggs and pancakes lifting right off. That said, due to the pre-heating requirement for the NeverStick surface to function properly, items that you would normally start in a cold pan, like omelets for example, require butter or grease to release (no cooking spray). Cleanup has been a breeze. A few additional points to note: - The lid will pop and ting when being used. Likely due to a difference in expansion rates between the tempered glass and stainless steel ring. Just an observation that doesn’t affect performance. - The small nesting hook on the fry pan can and will scratch the rim of the saute pan when stacked. Take care to not rotate the pans against one another when they are nested. - Ninja’s warranty is, at best, confusing. The box states the NeverStick surface comes with a “Lifetime” warranty. Then, in the fine print, it states the "Lifetime" warranty is ‘based on 5 years of use’. Then Ninja’s website says the NeverStick surface has a flat 10 year warranty. So, which is it: ‘Lifetime’, 5-year, or 10-year?

This cookware is awesome! They are well made, look great and, work even better. They are heavy duty and feel like great quality. They stack, which is nice for our limited storage space. They are easy to clean, non-stick and haven't scratched. After a few uses they literally look brand new on the cooking surface yet. This set arrived packaged nicely and in perfect condition. I absolutely love this beautiful sauce and large frying pan set. I have used it many times to cook a variety of things and each dish has been a cinch and to clean. I have cooked bacon, chicken, eggs in the frying pan and homemade spaghetti and fettuccine sauce. If you follow the instructions, I can see this lasting a very long time. Each dish was so easy to clean and nothing was left stuck on the pan or sauce pan. I have owned many pots and pans in the past and this set is a 5-star rating. I love how you can use a variety of temperatures and it is still so easy to clean. The care instructions are pretty simple and easy. Follow that, and you will have a long lasting set. Believe me when I say, it is easy to clean. You will never have to (nor should you ever) have to use an abrasive cleaner. A simple sponge with soap and water will do!

I enjoy cooking but I am no expert. One thing I do know is using cheap pans can make things ALOT worst. I decided that I will burn things on my own and don’t need my pans to help me so threw away the cheap stuff and started using these Ninja high quality ones. Love both of them and also love that they come with the one cover that fits both perfectly. The feel is great once you heat it up, very even cooking and they feel sturdy and well made. I highly recommend them and the steaks, salmon and veggies I’ve been making have never tasted better!

This 3-piece set consists of a 12-inch sauté pan, a 12-inch skillet and a glass lid that fits both of them. Ninja uses a high heat nonstick manufacturing process that prevents the coating from sticking, chipping or flaking. Ninja has also designed a unique nesting system that allows the pans to be stacked without rubbing the nonstick coating. I really like that the nesting system saves room in the cabinet and helps protect the pans. The pans have metal handles and are oven safe to 500 degrees allowing me to go from cooktop to oven like I do with cast iron. The lid is oven safe to 400 degrees. I found both pans heat evenly even on the smallest burner on my gas cooktop. The lid seals well on both pans and helps keep liquid from evaporating and splashing. The nonstick coating works really well. Nothing either of us made in the pans has stuck at all. My wife made a couple of fried eggs the first day and the eggs slid over the surface so easily that she had a difficult time getting the spatula under them when they were done. I made my BBQ beans in the sauté pan. Between reducing/thickening the sauce and leaving them on simmer to keep hot usually a dense crust develops that requires a lot of scrubbing to remove. The little bit of sauce crust that did develop easily wiped off. We are both loving the new pans and looking forward to adding to the set.
