Ninja nonstick pan doesn't work as advertise.

When the pan gets at a certain heat level, the induction doesn't work anymore that causes the stove to have an error and shutdown. Not only that problem but also this pan stick even used oil when I do the sunny side up. Plan to return this one soon...

Posted .We are terribly sorry to hear of this experience and would like to share some tips with you. If you are seeing that food is sticking during stovetop cooking it is likely that the pan is not hot enough. Our cookware requires the optimum temperature in order to have superior nonstick performance. If our cookware does not reach the proper cooking temperature then you could see some sticking but if the cookware is hot enough you will have great nonstick performance. Because our cookware has a thicker aluminum base than others this requires more time to preheat which will be a learning curve. While the cookware requires longer preheat times, the more you use the cookware you will see the pans have excellent heat retention and evenness when it comes to your food.
We recommend you preheat the pan 1 to 2 minutes longer than you previously did to ensure the pan is at the temperature needed to give you the best nonstick performance. Fair buy.

I had chatted with the store representative requesting to exchange with a 10+ inch because when I ordered, the larger diameter was sold out. But that option was not given to me. Not sure why. Wish I could get the next size or so.
