This is the best coffee maker. The frother makes cream and milk smooth like silk. Makes great tea as well. Keeps the coffee hot so no warming it in the microwave.

Excellent coffee maker. Makes coffee by the cup, thermos, 1/2 pot or whole pot. Will froth milk and cold brew.

I love it at first because I can make my ice coffee very fast and easily. However, after about a month of use, the carafe got broken while I am filling the ice from my ice maker. See the pictures. It is very fragile that they didn't disclose in the product. I had to contact them, they asked me to buy another one because there is no warranty for it. I refused to buy them finally they sent me one for free. I am not so happy about it. With the price I paid, they should have a heavy-duty carafe. Overall, the coffee comes out decent.

Coffee comes out piping hot, different type of size options for single brews is nice. The frother was easy to use and really made a difference. Menu can be a bit tricky but I suppose it's something I'll just get used to with time.

I have been a Keurig user for years, however being quarantined at home made me realize how expensive and wasteful it was. Found the Ninja system on YouTube and thought I would give it a try. Not only are the full carafes of coffee in the great, but the specialty and cold brew features work much better than I thought they would. This is worth every penny!

LOVE this machine! it makes a great drip pot of coffee. Hot and very flavorful. And let's talk about the cold brew!!!! I make this weekly. One pot makes a cold brew for four days. The perfect summer afternoon beverage. I am so glad I bought one.

Was happy to get this upgraded machine when my old ninja went out. I love all the features and the fact I can make tea and cold brew now.

From tea to coffee, this maker does it all. Easy to setup and is a major space saver as the tea and coffee functionality takes the place of the electric kettle and other things I’ve used.

This machine was great until it started flooding the counter. Now it can’t be on the counter without a towel underneath to keep the floor contained. Naturally this occurred after I recycled the box last week.

I’ve had this machine for seven months and I really love all the features. However, there is a major design flaw that some other reviewers have also noted. Mold will eventually form in the spring mechanism at the bottom of the water reservoir. I remove the reservoir daily (within an hour after brewing coffee) and dry it completely, even activating the spring to remove the water that collects in the small chamber yet mold has still formed. It’s frustrating to pay almost $200 for a coffee maker, take great care of it and have to throw it out after less than eight months. I’m done with Ninja.

After a year of use we started having horrible leaking issues. My wife noticed that water was all around the bottom of the unit and underneath. We pulled the tank off and found that there was water all around the nozzle that connects to the tank. We have had to empty the tank after each pot is brewed so that it does not leak anymore. I contacted Ninja and they are saying the tank needs to be replaced for 24.95 plus tax and shipping. This thing is 6 days out of warranty...

For the price, it will be very difficult to find a machine that has as many features while producing a great cup of coffee each and every time. The Ninja is versatile, too, as it gives you the ability to make a variety of teas (it comes with a different lifetime filter so you won't have to worry about any coffee flavors) and the Ninja gives you the ability to select what type of tea you're brewing (green, black, etc etc) and it brew it at pre-programmed temperatures. Overall, it's an amazing machine that will let you do more than make just regular drip coffee.

Plastic junk that makes good coffee. Lasted one month beyond the warranty before breaking. It leaks everywhere now. The tea and coffee inserts also have a rubber gasket in them that usually pops out during cleaning. If you damage or lose this tiny gasket, the solution is to buy a whole new insert.
