I love this coffee pot. I use this everyday from a single cup to a full pot. Havent made tea cause i dont drink it. Love not having to waste filters everyday. Clean up is easy, easy section choice.

Great improvement since I had the older model. The pot is ready to brew coffee in a few moments. Coffe is hot and stays this way for a bit with the warmer. I like the separate tea basket to brew tea.

Nothing else I've ever encountered comes with the options that this machine has. Both coffee and tea are awesome and blow away anything that Keurig and the pods have to offer. No issues and very happy with my purchase.

Own a Keurig, but sometimes just wanted to make a large batch when I have guest over. This was very useful at our last family gathering. Coffee and tea do not taste watered down.

This is my fourth coffee ninja and let me say it is by far superior. I love the cold brew feature. It's really easy to make some tea at the last minute. And it makes a great cup of regular coffee.

The best coffee/tea maker out there. Makes various sizes and perfect every time based on the multiple settings (Classic, Rich, etc.) that are available. Easy to clean and use.

This bad boy has 6 shower heads on it which evenly distributes the taste of the coffee grounds in the flavor! It has different features which come in handy! Im always using the over ice feature!

Ive tried all the ninja coffee makers and this one is by far better designed. The led screen is located on side and not right above the drip area, where steam eventually will damage it

Best coffee maker we’ve ever owned. And so easy to use! The magnetic scoop on the machine is fantastic as well as the frother on the side for special days. Love that you can make just one cup of coffee like a keurig but without all the filter cup nonsense. AND the pause drip/brew to pour cup while waiting for a full carafe. The coffee itself tastes amazing and after years with multiple Keurigs that broke, we can tell how poor quality it was compared to this machine. Absolutely love it!

I love the ninja hot and cold brew system! It makes my life extremely easy with loving both hot teas and coffee any time of the day. The reusable filters are very convenient I don't have nearly as much waste like I did with the pod coffee machines and I get to enjoy loose leaf teas with out the hassle of a French press. I have learned to make my tea stronger and have a longer steeping time I brew it on the rich setting. As far as coffee goes depending on how finely ground your coffee is it does leave a little grit at the bottom of the cup. Overall its makes a pretty great cup of coffee or tea and its pretty simple to operate I'm very satisfied with it!

I’ve made iced coffee, strong coffee, lattes, and teas and so far everything has come out great. My favorite is getting hibiscus leaves and brewing when I want a quick cup

Great coffee maker. Best I have ever owned. Still have not used ever aspect of the device, so I imagine it will only get better.

We love this machine! We have tried all of the functions and they work great! Even my kids can work the program and love using it for ice tea and specialty drinks! Trying carafe is nice a nice look. My complaints are that sometimes when you slide the carafe out, the filter slides out as well. It’s a little snug but I can deal with it. Also I don’t care for the carafe lid. Always having to turn it until it falls in correctly is sometimes a hassle. I can clean the carafe but my hand does not fit in and I have to use a spoon to switch the sponge around. All things I can deal with.

I owned the older version of this for years and it treated me well so I replaced it with the same (similar) model. Some things are nicer, like the heating pad under the carafe and now it brews tea as well. I don’t like the water tank placement. I have it on a counter top so you kind of have to look around it to see what level the water is, also the other shape was shorter so it fit in the fridge water spot easier. I still like it and think it makes great coffee with little waste because you can make so many sizes depending on how many guests you have. Also it looks like a very expensive appliance on the counter, very appealing.

I love this, best coffee maker I've ever had! Makes great coffee quickly and in a variety of quantities and styles and has a milk frother too! For everyone afraid of the reviews that say it leaks, you just have to put the water container in correctly and it won't leak. Push down on it firmly after placing it and you will feel it settle into the seal. If you do this, it won't leak. I learned that quickly!

From tea to coffee, this maker does it all. Easy to setup and is a major space saver as the tea and coffee.
