Best coffee machine you could ever buy if tea and coffee is your thing

I love this coffee/tea maker. Bought this to replace my older ninja coffee.

Honestly, should've got this sooner. My Tim Hortons coffee gets brewed perfectly.

Great that it can do nboth coffee and tea and the program knows the different types of tea

Love the frother and how easy it is to switch from big servings to single. Puts Keurig to shame.

Our Keurig 2.0 died and so my husband brought his office keurig- the little guy home. I work from home so I had to have something my coffee. The brew and temperature of keurigs are awful. I searched and was considering a semi-automatic but was keep on spending $600. I saw this, love the flexibility of it- typical of all Ninja products. It doesn’t use k-cups, but I like good coffee and this allows us to use our own grinds (without having to buy reusable k-cups- which I have and the plastic warps). There’s also separate filters specifically for either coffee or loose leaf tea. It makes a good cup of with hot, iced, or over-ice coffee. Haven’t tried the tea setting. The frothed doesn’t steam but boy does it froth! And super easy to use and clean. Put your the frothed into your cup of milk/cream And press the button until it’s however frothy you want. And we heat our cream/milk for 30seconds in the microwave and it works great. You can select from regular mug, large mug, travel mug, half carafe, or full carafe. And there are additional settings for doing special coffees, richer brew, or special grounds (like espresso). My standard setting is half carafe- enough for my husbands travel mug and 1-2 cups for me (depends on which mug I use). If I want just one more cup, I can brew just a single cup- for my cup size. The water reservoir is on the side, fixed. But it’s super easy to access and we just have this water jug thing we use to fill it- works great.

Amazing coffee machine. Everything works great. However, on the cold brew it tends to come out fast so coffee spills over.

Recently we redid our kitchen so I wanted to downsize our large Single serve maker which never really worked correctly anyway. I got a space saver single cup maker (big name brand) which again never worked right. I called the company to replace and they said they would and it never arrived. I figured it was the universe telling me I shouldn’t be using a kcup maker as it’s bad for the environment. I started doing my research and wanted a maker that I could use loose coffee, make a cup or a pot or a half pot and if I could also make tea on the occasion I drink it, that would be great. This came Ninja came up in my research as the best for my needs and wow it has not disappointed. It’s perfect. I had two different tea coffee holders that the system instinctively knows which is which. You can make single glass iced drinks or hot cups of tea or coffee and not have to throw out those plastic cups. I recommend using a cone filter for coffee as if you use the permanent filter that comes with it, there is usually sludge on the bottom of the cup. Then you can compost the whole filter and used coffee. If you are a tea drinker you can choose what type of tea it is and the water is heated appropriately. The coffee/loose tea scooper that is provided hooks on to the side of the maker conveniently so it doesn’t get lost. It’s easy to fill with water. Everything is great about this machine. I am so glad I bought it! And Best Buy shipped it super quick for free.

Must have for any tea and/or coffee drinker. The days of spending $6 at Starbucks are over. It's beautiful, easy to use, and oh boy, that preset brew timer for those 4am mornings. Lovely. There is a stainless steel version if you are the kind of person brew coffee and leave it on the warmer. If you do that I wouldn't get this as the glass will burn your drink but otherwise. JUST DO IT!!!!

This is a excellent coffee maker. I haven't used all its features yet. It's great so far.
