Great if you want 1 cup or an entire carafe of coffee. Things I like: -The reusable mesh filter is easy to clean. -The water storage on the side is very convenient -The build quality and the stainless steel match my SS GE Cafe appliances -The anti skid bottom keeps unit in place -The clock illumination is easy to read -Keep warm function is nice when you are doing other things and want to come back to a warm cup -The smart scoop is cool too and it attaches to the coffee maker so you won’t loose it -I got it to replace my wife’s tired old coffee maker -Delay function is nice touch Could of done better: -More stainless steel around the coffee maker instead of black plastic. -Included the cups shown on the box The wife loves it. House always smells good in the morning when it is brewing. Would have liked a second permanent filter. The included carafe looks a little generic. Would of been nice if the carafe had a silicone lined bottom so it could place it on the wood table without leaving any marks. I like that it doesn’t have touch screen buttons and that it has actual buttons.

Makes great coffee and offers a number of options as to the size and ease of brewing. I have not yet tried the cold brew options but like having that option for the Summer. The large water container with automatic measurement of water to be used based on your size and brew settings is also a great convenience.

Simple set up, versatile, and good looking. We have been Keurig people for the past few years, to the disgust of many reading this I’m sure, but this has provided better quality coffee even when using it for smaller portions.

Outstanding features along with great looks. Excellent coffee flavor and quickly made. Versatile settings for choice of cup and full carafe.

By far the best coffee maker weve had. Full pot or just a cup this brewer works flawlessly. We love how the filter is set up. The carafe looks like it would be a wide pour and spill but it doesnt. It has a "bloom" function that allows the grou ds to breathe gor a few moments before fully soaking. This is vital to a great tasting cup of coffee. Plus it just looks great on the kitchen counter.

Reservoir makes for easy and convenient water filling from refrigerator filtered water. Reusable coffee filter basket is good, rich setting recommended for full flavor. Drip stop pauses cycle and also prevents drips when pulling the carafe off the warning tray. Cold brew is tasty and a nice option for summer.

Excellent product. It’s easy to use and clean but the best part is the quality of brew it produces. Nice job, Ninja.

This is an excellent coffee maker. Very easy to clean. Lot of options so you can do one cup (without the carafe) or a full pot! The large water tank is helpful and I only have to fill it once or twice a week. Havent tried the cold brew option yet but im sure it works as well.

I got tired of my Keurig and decided to grind my own beans. This is an excellent coffee maker and it looks cool too.

This really is the best coffee maker I have ever owned. I mean, it tastes great! I was very pleasantly surprised when I brewed my first cup. I like the way it is designed. The way to put in water, being able to choose exactly how much I want to make at a time, and the "stop drip" lever when I can't wait for the coffee to finish brewing to fill up my cup. But it is really fast, too, compared to other coffee makers I have owned, And the one thing that I really like is being able to make just a cup of coffee without using one of those pods. Just a little ground coffee and there you go! It is definitely a more green solution than using pods that are thrown away after one use. I haven't used the iced coffee features yet, something to look forward to on a hot day.

Great coffee maker. Got this to replace a Keurig. Its great not using K-Cups anymore. Easy to use. Iced and cold brew functions work well.

Very fast brew times, and the filter-filling ergonomics are much improved. This machine is as simple as the single function Ninja coffee maker. The pot looks small in the picture, but it is a full 12-cupper. This is much simpler than the picture would suggest to those wary of multi-function machines. Improvements - swing out filter holder, large tap on metal filter screen for dumping grounds, number of scoops shown on the scoop, tight sealing lid, longer pot handle, slower pour spout. This is the 3rd Ninja coffee maker I have owned in many years and definitely the best. The improvements are many and I am very pleased. This pairs well with the Hamilton-Beach coffee grinder for an upgraded morning experience

The coffee maker works extremely well. Nice styling. The drip stop is a nice feature. All and all very happy with the product.

Options for a large amount of coffee or single serving. Cold brew is great for hot days and iced coffees, timer delay function helps start the day off right time every morning. Easy to use, easy to clean.
