Customer Ratings & Reviews

I’ve always been a Keurig user but it went out and I decided to try the Ninja. Absolutely love it! I love the features and versatility on the coffee selection of ground coffee or pods.

The size, design, and functionality of this coffee maker is fabulous!! I prefer hot coffee and my son enjoys iced coffee so this works for us and guests. I highly recommend it!! ✨️

This thing works as advertised! It operates great, it's sturdy, slender, simple, and provides great taste/mixture rates. I highly recommend it over the traditional K-cup Coffee makers.

I like Ninja brand, and this machine is complete (for me) great price and it has what i was looking, size of coffee and different style, i can use pods, for Christmas i can buy chocolate pods or wherever flavor that I like

Its amazing machine i will recommend over Kureig its good for coffee as well as kpods the frother makes a thick foam I love it

Excellent service from BesBuy. The item is in excellent condition, as is its packaging. This coffee maker is perfect for home use and very versatile. I'm a fan of Costa Rican coffee, and the ability to use pre-ground coffee is ideal for me. The option to use K-type capsules also opens up a wide range of flavors and coffee options. The frother is very easy to use and clean. I recommend this coffee maker to anyone.

Easy to use, coffee tastes great. Very happy with this product.

This is possibly the best coffee machine I've ever used, it warms up to make coffee immediately compared to every other machine I've experienced. When I travel everyone has keurigs, which I do enjoy, but the cost for the machines that make iced coffee which I've heard still isn't that great, is significant. I figured I would try this out and I am obsessed. I love the ability to use pods, grounds, and have hot or iced coffee as well as having the convenient frother attached.

This makes very good tasting coffee compared to my old keurig

I had to update my coffee machine. This machine is very useful and it doesn’t take to much space.I love how you can make a small or big portion of coffee and it comes with a spoon and a mixer.

Love this coffee maker! This coffee maker uses both grounds and pods and makes a great cup of coffee! It has a sleek design and goes perfect with my stainless steel appliances! Highly recommend!

I've had quite a few brands of coffee makers. This Ninja is my favorite! It holds plenty of water. Its slim. Doesn't take up so much room. It makes hot, ice coffee, 4-24 oz and a frother for lattes. Also it is very quiet compared to my previous choices.

I love this coffee maker. I can easily make my cuban coffee everyday. Just add a pod of La Llave espresso coffee while I froth my warm cup of milk. Add sugar to the coffee, mix it well and add it to the cup of milk! Heavenly!! In love, can’t live without it now. Just a note, the frother does not warm the milk but that’s easily solved with a microwave.

Easy to use and clean. Makes great tasting coffee!

Very user friendly. A space saver on a small kitchen counter top. The large water tank for brewing multipe cups is a time saver.

Makes excellent iced coffee. Easy to use and it takes up a small space. Highly recommended!

I love my Ninja Coffee Maker, while it's not the same that an expresso maker machine, it is a great substitute for a third of the price. I always impress my guest when I make cappuccinos or coffees with cream foam like a professional barista. Also the Ninja Customer Service is great!

Slim, easy to use coffee brewer with convenient built in accessories (frothier, basket for ground coffee). It brews a consistent, rich cup of coffee with little fuss. Great product, good price.

Use it every day and fits perfect for our small space! Love how the frother is attached and has easy cleaning!

Great coffee maker, versatile and compact, best option for small spaces and coffee lovers with Kpod and ground coffee choices.
