I've been testing the new Ninja PB051 Single-Serve Specialty Coffee Maker for about a week. I tested it using pods, coffee grounds, and the milk frother. Overall, I love it. The best feature of this machine is that it can brew regular coffee grounds in a single serving. This means that the only reason I would have to buy the pods is to avoid cleaning out the grounds filter. The grounds filter is also extremely easy to clean. Whether I use pods or the grounds filter, the Ninja always performs phenomenally. The coffee it produces consistently tastes great and comes out of the machine hotter and faster than any other single-serve coffee machine I've ever tested. If I had to choose which tasted better, I would say it was the grounds filter. The milk frother also performed well. It did a great job of heating up the milk and making it creamy. Other things I loved about the Ninja are: The water reservoir is nice and large, which reduces the amount of times I have to fill it. There is a hidden storage drawer for the filter that is not in use. The controls are extremely simple. With that said, I highly recommend the Ninja PB051 Single-Serve Specialty Coffee Maker. You won't be disappointed.

I LOVE, LOVE this wonderful Ninja coffee maker!!! Best appliance I have in my kitchen. I have always had keurig’s, until the last one I bought that never worked right. Then I saw this great Ninja and decided to try it. Boy, was I delighted! Brews FAST, HOT with no mess to clean up AND to top it off ~ has an attached whipper that makes wonderful whipped topping for Lattes. To say I am sold on my Ninja, is THE understatement of the year!!! I’m hooked ~ Gimme That Thing!!! Sipping a Latte now. ☕️

As someone who has owned this Ninja coffee maker for over a year, I can confidently say it's been a great investment. The ability to use both pods and grounds gives me the flexibility to choose my favorite beans or opt for the convenience of K-Cups. The milk frother is a fantastic feature, creating smooth and creamy foam for my favorite coffee drinks. The machine itself is easy to clean and maintain, and the design is sleek and modern. If you're in the market for a single-serve coffee maker, I highly recommend giving this Ninja a try.

I'll start by saying, I absolutely love this brewer! I've had an all in one for about 3 yrs that I've been looking to replace lately. It had the frother and multiple options for brew strength or iced. But the footprint was fairly large, wide specifically. This Ninja brewer contains all options I prior had, while also adding in a permanent filter for grounds or Kcups, whichever one you aren't using stores beautifully in the side. It's also so slim, albeit a little long in depth, but this design works perfect for what I want. I rarely used my prior frother, maybe a few times a month, but it was something I still wanted and didn't want an extra piece of hardware to hide aware somewhere. This model has it flip out and just pushing the button on top it works great. This Ninja brewer has an adjustable mug deck, so as to accommodate all varying sizes of cups/travel mugs. It also has a good variation on brew size, for Kcups, 6, 8, 10, 12oz. For grounds, it does all the way up to 24oz in a single brew. It also includes a measuring spoon for your grounds that is built into the side of the machine as well. Water capacity is fantastic and easy to refill by either removing the top or the container as a whole. All this while also being easily cleanable with dishwasher safe parts, which is soooo important if you want consistently good tasting coffee. I enjoy my coffee strong, and this didn't disappoint with its "Rich" setting. You also have the ability to brew stronger 4oz shots for use in lattes/cappuccinos, as well as a specific "iced" coffee option. My only gripe is the lid to open and close does feel a bit rough to open at times, like I might pull to hard and flip it over, or push down to hard and cracks something. The puncture needles are only plastic, compared to some models being actual metal, so we'll see how it holds up from after a hundred Kcups. Hoping the motion improves, I suppose that might be the one area my prior Cafe brewer wins out, as it's mechanism used opposing leverage points to ease the closing. Overall though, this is a fantastic brewer with all the options, and you can tell Ninja put great thought into it's design/function, which I absolutely love.

I purchased this machine because i was setting up a tea and hot chocolate bar and it fit perfectly. I love that it has the slender body shape, more than the usual cup sizes, an adjustable platform for your cup to sit on so when the water dispenses it goes in the cup and not all over the counter and finally very impressed with the froth handle. What a great addition to the machine.

Really like this coffee maker. It's narrow so it doesn't take up a lot of space on the counter top. The temperature is nice and hot and you can use a traveler mug if you remove the liquid catcher. I like you can use grounds or k cups. The flavor is good and most of the machine is dishwasher safe. It's also really fast! So this was a good buy.

This single use coffee maker by Ninja is a winner. The coffee maker is a multi use unit. You can make coffee through pods. Make coffee from grounds and make specialty coffee. We are mainly a pod family and the Keurig pods worked flawlessly in the Ninja as well as an off brand pod that we buy. The coffee is nice and hot. To be honest I find this Ninja coffee maker makes coffee hotter than the Keurig machine which is a plus. Don't want to use pods? Go ahead and use the grounds option. That too works great. Simply use the brew basket and your favorite grounds. There are multiple cup size options. The coffee itself can be brewed as classic, rich, over ice or as a specialty option. Then there is a frother that is attached to the body of the coffee maker and swings away allowing you to fit the coffee maker in tight spaces. There is everything here for the coffee lover. Another genius feature is keeping all the parts onboard. The brew baskets are stored on the body as well as the measuring spoon. The large water reservoir means less frequent trips to the sink to fill it up. We are enjoying trying the specialty options because as I said we are primary pod users. Ninja makes great products. This is another one. I highly recommend.

Exactly what we wanted. Great versatility: single cup or more, grounds, pods, multiple sizes and strengths, easy to clean. Small footprint. Well thought out on-board storage for the scoop and accessories you don’t need at the moment; keeps them handy, but neatly tucked away until you want them.

This is a great machine for the price. I love the size of it because it fits nicely on my countertop without taking up much space. The height fits nicely underneath the cupboard above and I’m able to lift the lid to insert the coffee pod without moving it from under the cupboard. The water reservoir is a good size and easy to fill also without having to move the machine. I love that it has the option to use your own coffee without using a pod and that function works very well. The milk froth or is easy to use and does a decent job. Overall, I have no complaints after owning this machine for about 4 months. We own several other ninja products and are happy with all of them.

This is the best dang coffee maker I've ever bought. I feel bougie with my grinder, my frother, all the gagets aplenty. Got me feeling like Ariel with all her gadgets. Now I'm making the best dang coffee. If I want ground coffee, I can have it! If I want pods, got those, too! Best thing is no more Starbucks.

After having this product for about a week, I have to say I really like it! While I enjoy coffee from time to time, I appreciate the versatility of this machine. Not only can it make coffee, but it's great for tea and hot cocoa as well. Additionally, it has come in handy whenever I've needed hot water for other things such as cup noodles or instant rice. It's able to use k-cups or ground coffee easily with parts that are included. It's relatively easy to swap between the K-cup insert and the ground coffee insert with no unnecessary hassle. It is single serve which is perfect for me. Cleaning it is pretty straightforward as well. The water reservoir is removable and the system has a self-clean function which seems to mean that it runs hot water through all the inner parts and flushes it all out. No crusty coffee! haha. It also comes with a frother attachment that can be tucked away when not in use and easily removed for cleaning. You can pick different options for the drink size as well! There are 6 oz, 8 oz, 10 oz, 12 oz, 14 oz, 18 oz, and 24 oz options. There's also a setting for iced drinks which is perfect with summer just around the corner. Overall, this appliance packs a punch and is very versatile!

This is simply the best single cup or pod brewing system I’ve ever experienced. The taste is similar to that of a brewed pot if coffee which I enjoy and prefer. I really love that you can use a K-Cup or grounds and both make a well rounded and perfect cup of coffee. The design is sleek an slim. The functionality is simplistic and the buttons are placed perfectly in my opinion. There are many options for cup size a coffee richness as well as an option for iced coffee. The milk frothing option is a sweet bonus. I love this machine and would highly recommended it.

It takes up very little space on the counter. It does so many different things, and it is very easy to use and clean. As a tip, use a disposable filter with the ground coffee. It makes cleaning the reusable pod so easy. The coffee is very hot and it's easy to control the strength. It also makes a great cappuccino or mocha. Love the built in frother. The price is very good for the value, especially if you watch for a sale. I should have ditched the better know brand years ago. The Ninja makes much better coffee.

This Ninja PB051 Single-Serve Specialty Coffee Maker is my new favorite morning go to for a steaming hot cup of coffee, tea, cocoa, or an iced coffee or tea. It took all of a few seconds to make me a cup of hot coffee. I used my favorite flavored coffee pod, and in no time had a great cup of coffee. The coffee pot has some fantastic features. One of the great things I like, is that I can use grounded coffee or the pods. Another great feature is that the tray to sit your cup is adjustable to whatever size you are using. It’s also very easy to clean and descale. It has a clean cycle on it. On the menu, you can choose different settings to brew the size of your choice, starting at 6 ounces and going up to 12 ounces. You can also choose the different brews, like classic, rich, over ice, or a specialty 4 ounce. There is a frothier built onto the side of the coffee maker that moves for when it is not in use. The bottom of it detaches so you can clean it easily. The water tank is in the back and holds up to 24 ounces of fresh tap water. This coffee maker is really great and I know I will get a lot of use out of it.

I bought this because I don’t need a 10 cup pot of coffee and prefer to make a cup at a time. Little did I know that this machine would make a cup so close to an espresso that I’ve fooled myself a couple of times already. No creama but the flavor and richness is very good. I use the ground selection and just tried the pod choice and was surprised by the cup it brewed. So far no problems. Easy and pretty simple to use. I’m hoping it will continue to perform flawlessly as it has so far. And I got it on sale to make the purchase even more exciting.

Purchased this on July 13th. Brand new and loving it! Make sure you do have enough counter space as with the water tank in the back it makes it longer. Love how compact and small it is. Packs a big punch! Love the milk frother! I’ll be back to update. ♥️
