Customer Ratings & Reviews

We moved to a new house and I bought this coffee machine and it works perfectly, very reliably and easy to use!

Love the versatile this machine offers! Before this I had a keurig. Not sure what I was thining.

It’s slim and great coffee options! Iced, rich and specialty options. Froth your creamer as well!

Just another Holiday gift from Bestbuy at a great price shopping made easy i was in and out.

I rarely drank specialty coffees before getting this. I quickly learned how to mix my own. I'm hooked!!

This was a Christmas gift to my wife. She enjoys it everyday.

It is a very good coffee maker. makes coffee quickly and quietly

Loved the idea of this machine - being able to use both pods and grounds with larger cup options. We have had this machine over a month now and can only use the grounds option. We have tried multiple brands and styles of pods but every time it fills our cup with the grounds from the pod. It’s not just a couple grounds it’s basically the entire pod leaks through into the cup. I’m not sure if it’s the water going thru too fast that they just spill over or what but we have over 100 pods we haven’t been able to use because it would just be a waste. Honestly can’t believe we are the only ones with this problem as this machine has a lot of great reviews - which is why I bought it.

This machine has been a real life saver, not only do i save money from making my coffee at home but i can customize my drinks

I’m obsessed! I’m the only person who drinks coffee here and I love that I can make as big or small a cup as I want without wasting!

I could not have done better buy prepare the coffee very fast I love

Provides multiple brewing options in one appliance.

Excellent coffee machine, best one so far that I have used.

I absolutely love this coffee maker. It’s very easy to use and makes great coffee every time. I especially like that I can use both coffee grounds and K-Cup pods, which gives me more options. The iced coffee feature works really well, and the built-in milk frother is perfect for making lattes and cappuccinos at home. It doesn’t take up much counter space, and it looks great in my kitchen. I use it every day and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile and reliable coffee maker.

This has quickly become one of our favorite kitchen appliances. I love that we're not locked into one type of coffee—you can use K-Cups when you want something quick or regular grounds when you want more control over the coffee you're making. The iced coffee option is especially useful and actually makes coffee that holds up well over ice instead of tasting watered down. The built-in foldaway frother is another great touch and makes it easy to make lattes and specialty drinks at home without needing another appliance sitting on the counter. It's compact, easy to use and surprisingly versatile for a single-serve machine. The Stone color also looks really nice on the counter. If you like switching between regular coffee, iced coffee and specialty drinks, I definitely recommend it.

As a passionate coffee lover, I've recently experienced a revolution in my morning routine with the Ninja Specialty Single-Serve Coffee Maker. This sleek, black machine has completely transformed my at-home coffee experience. I am replaced my 2019 Keurig coffee maker. And It’s been a month since I began using this machine. Firstly, the versatility of this coffee maker is unparalleled. It's not just limited to K-Cup pods; it graciously accommodates both pods and ground coffee, allowing me to enjoy a wide variety of brews. Whether I'm in the mood for a quick espresso shot or a leisurely, flavorful cup, this machine has me covered. One standout feature is the built-in milk frother. It effortlessly creates creamy, frothy goodness that elevates my coffee to cafe-quality levels. Cappuccinos, lattes, or even a simple frothed milk for my regular brew, it's all possible with this fantastic addition. Another small feature, is the ability to adjust height of the base to your cup size to prevent spills, I appreciate the customization options it offers. The multiple brew sizes cater to my varying caffeine needs throughout the day, ensuring I can have just the right amount without any waste. Plus, the adjustable brew strength allows me to tailor the richness of each cup to suit my preferences perfectly. Cleanup is a breeze, thanks to the detachable water reservoir and drip tray. The machine's design seems intuitive, and maintaining it has been hassle-free. The sleek, modern design not only adds an aesthetic appeal to my kitchen but also speaks volumes about its quality and functionality. The machine feels robust and well-built, instilling confidence in its longevity. It also does not take up much space as my previous coffee machine. However, like any product, it's not without minor cons. The machine can be a tad noisy during the brewing process, but the resulting delicious cup of coffee makes it a negligible issue for me. Made a Latte for the first time, came out delicious, better than purchasing from Dunkin or Starbucks, as I can adjust the sugar level to my liking. In conclusion, the Ninja - Pods & Grounds Specialty Single-Serve Coffee Maker has become an indispensable part of my daily routine. Its versatility, ease of use, and ability to produce top-notch coffee beverages make it a worthy investment for any coffee aficionado. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking barista-quality coffee from the comfort of their home.

Cool machine, but not ultimately, it's not good. Leaves tons of grounds in the bottom of my cup every time I use a K-Cup. I have tried different brands of K-Cups, and the results are the same, a mouthful of grounds as you get to the bottom of the cup. I strongly recommend that you DO NOY BUY!

Love this unit. First off, I love the compact size. This replaced a much larger unit of a different brand. I now have so much more counter space. Right off the bat, I see a lot of thought went into designing this unit. It has everything you need and it is all laid out perfectly. It is well made and seems very durable. Set up was a breeze and I was brewing my first cup of coffee in just minutes. After priming the unit, you are all ready to go. I love the all the sizes of coffee it will make. So many options. I love the storage compartments for all the accessories. Nothing to put in kitchen drawers and search for. For me, I love the convenience of using a pod when I’m short on time, but also being able to use my favorite regular coffee grounds when I have more time. It takes about 20 seconds to switch the filters from pod to coffee ground filter. Love that! The pods fit perfectly and brew perfectly. The attached frother is an amazing bonus. It pops right out and is easy to use and is easy to take off to clean. Brewing time is fast and you can fit about any size cup or travel mug under the spout. I also love the large water storage container. Overall I love this thing and it is the perfect brewer. I could not be happier and it I hope it gives me years and years of reliable service. This is a home run! Ninja did it and this coffee maker my perfect counter unit!!!

I’ve been very impressed with this Ninja coffee maker. It gives me the flexibility to use either K-Cup pods or my own ground coffee, which saves money and lets me choose exactly what I want. The iced coffee setting brews a flavorful cup that doesn’t taste watered down, and the hot coffee is consistently rich and smooth. The built-in foldaway milk frother is a nice bonus for making lattes and cappuccinos at home, and it’s easy to clean after use. The machine has a small footprint, looks great on the counter, and is simple to operate. If you’re looking for a versatile single-serve coffee maker that makes excellent hot and iced coffee, I highly recommend this Ninja. It’s been a great purchase and well worth the price.

I realized I was spending over $50/month on gas station coffee, which is stupid. I'm not a fan of pod coffee, although this one does have that feature, but I purchased this one since it will make a single large cup of coffee for me that I can take for the drive to work and save the $2.65 cup of coffee from the quick stop. After two months, I'm in the black (no pun intended)! It works great. Coffee is as good as any and easy clean up. I haven't use the steam feature so I can't speak to that. Also, it doesn't take as much counter space as some of the alternatives. If you are looking to make single cups with real grounds, this is the unit for you.
