We got this thing because my best friend swears by theirs. They were 100% correct! There's so much room in here, you can prep something for the whole family at the same time. Super simple to use, too. Even the kids have been able to figure it out!

Ninja is a quality brand that I have purchased many times. ThisSmart convection oven and air fryer is my new favorite. The Air Fryer perfectly cooks tilapia fillets from frozen with ease. The temperture probe is my favorite function from previous Ninja Air Fryers and works just as well here. The Pre-Heat is super quick compared to their older Air Fryers and that is great for impatient cooks.

I’ve been really happy with this air fryer. The speed is a standout — it heats up fast and cooks evenly, so I’m not standing around waiting like I was with my old oven. That alone has made it my go-to for everyday cooking. What really sold me, though, is the accessory lineup. Having multiple trays, racks, and baskets means I can switch between functions easily instead of feeling boxed into just “air fry mode.” It makes the appliance feel a lot more like a full oven replacement. I do a lot of gluten-free baking, and this thing handles it beautifully — even heat distribution makes a real difference with GF recipes, which can be finicky. Cookies, baked goods, and other GF dishes have come out consistently well. Overall, a great pick if you bake often and want something quick and flexible on your counter.

This item has been a great addition to our family. It’s easy accessible from the kitchen countertop. It heats up really quick. The air fryer mode works amazing always cooking whatever I put in there to perfection and the overall design of it aesthetically goes well with my countertop decor.

Game changer. Best Buy made the purchase of this Air Fryer super easy, made it to the store and the line was kind of long but a quick in and out actually. As for the air fryer, I'm learning to use this more and more and have made toast, bagels, chicken, thick steaks, air fried frozen tenders, fish fillets and the food is just not as try, tender, and the use of the thermometer is exceptionally easy to use. This is one of those purchase that I'll continue to grow with and appreciate more and more!

Easy to use, enough room to cook different meals. I love it

First off. We loved this machine. Our first one was used for everything from cakes to pizza and all sorts of things in between. Just keep it cleaned out. Ours had an Error that was either the control board or the door latch. I had protection on it and returned to t to the store. There was an issue when a replacement was ordered and the time frame for delivery kept changing. I just happened to notice one a few days later on the shelf and was able to get it and cancel the one on order. I did get protection. As we loved this machine it was the best one we had.

This has turned out to be an excellent purchase. We have had it for a few weeks and cooked and air-fried a variety of things. So far it has worked well and we are optimistic that would continue. Our last toaster oven was an even pricier Breville--which worked great for two years and then just went haywire. That is the same experience many Breville owners appartently have had according to reviews. The Ninja has gotten good scores for extended reliability.

I replaced my Breville with this oven and it does not disappoint, I've used the bake, toast, air fry and everything was perfectly cooked. Looking forward to making a roast for the holidays.

I've never owned an air fryer before, so this multi-purpose unit replaced an old toaster oven that had lasted a very long time and finally given up. My first experiment was making oil-free "fries" and they came out perfect. I really like having a light I can turn on and see what's happening inside the oven without opening the door. I haven't tried using it as just a regular toaster yet, but the day is young. Kudos to Ninja for having packed the unit so well that it wasn't even so much as scratched during shipment.

Our Cuisinart failed us after several years of regular use and we were looking for options with digital temperature control rather than the knobs. We did our research and liked what we saw with the Ninja. Some reviews mentioned it being loud and it is louder than our previous model. However, I really like the guidance on where to place the pans as it is clear that we weren't putting the trays in the right location on our previous oven So far so good with this oven as instructions have us modifying or habits to use the broiler type tray rather than the wire mesh screen with drop tray. We have also made use of the temperature probe already to make some sirloin steaks. We have absolutely no complaints so far, as we really like this oven.

Excellent. oven is quite frankly fantastic , it’s crisp, it’s clean, it’s reliable and energy efficient. I saved myself a lot of money as I did not need to buy a traditional oven. If you live alone like myself or have a small household this is all you need

My wife does a whole lotta cookin' and this oven is great for those smaller, extra dishes. We're hoping to learn to use and try all of it's features. The controls were very easy to use. The low warming temps are a great plus. Comes with a nice array of racks and pans, roasting and dehydrading rack. We're loving it. We like the Ninja brand.

Easy to use I can cook a family + extras size meal with room to spare. It pre heats and is done before my range has had a chance to pre heat. My old one is still working fine in my sons kitchen and gets used all the time .

I love my new ninja air fryer! My previous air fryer was a draw type that did not have the ability to air fry from both sides so I had to turn my food over halfway through the Cook time. I also like that my new air fryer has a window in which I can see my food. One of my favorite parts is that I can also toast in my air fryer so I was able to get rid of my toaster oven. This saves a lot of space in my kitchen! I would recommend this

We upgraded from a smaller Ninja maker to this, and we are very pleased. It's very spacious and has a smart feature that lets you cook multiple dishes at the same time. It's a bit noisy, when it starts, it sounds like a plane engine, but we love how it works
