Got this for GF for her Bday. Good item. Crushes ice well. Intuitive to use. Not too many buttons. Seems durable but haven't used extensively. Does take a lot of space to store but that's what you get when want a strong blender like this with lots of capacity. Makes smoothies no problem. Fairly easy to clean which is nice. Haven't had to replace any parts yet. Only owned blender for 3 months.

Great blender with many speed options, intuitive to use and works great! Huge improvement over my old, $50 blender, this thing crushes ice and makes smooth soups or smoothies easily.

The Ninja blends up the food pretty well. However, I cannot click the bottom buttons when the top buttons are in use. The blades for the smoothie cups are not as sharp as I would expect them to be.

Definitely loud one but gets the job done amd very easy to easy and clean. Lid is a little weird but still nice and Seals nicely.

I love this blender. I had to replace my old one because it was broken and this one was a great choice. The auto IQ functions are a great add-on and it has the power I needed to make my smoothies. I use fresh vegetables, frozen fruits, and oats. It chops it all up finely. I know that it does the job.

Works great! People complain it is loud, it is a blender it is as loud as it needs to be. I use the cup blender almost daily to make smoothies. It does an awesome job! Simple to use and set up.
