The kitchen system (aka blender) is terrific. We love the versatility of the blender options, picked up a few more single-serve blender cups. We've only used the food processor one of two times. We use this every single day. And it is perfect, two years on. The one negative, predictable as it may be, is that it's really loud. But it's a blender!

It offers excellent value for a multi-functional kitchen appliance. However, it does have a few downsides; its loud operation, bulky design and not so ease to clean. Despite these drawbacks, it remains a solid choice for those seeking an all-in-one kitchen system.

It seems to have plenty of power for ice and all vegetables and fruits. Does really well with frozen fruit. It is to keep clean. A tad bit larger than what I wanted but works really well.

The motor power in this blender is second to none. Careful super sharp blades. The speed settings and programming makes it super convenient. Only con but not really is the noise but what that's what u expect from a powerful blender.

Love my Ninja processing system. This makes half a dozen Ninja appliances in my kitchen, and every one has been top quality, long lasting, easy to use and clean. Ninja just doesn't go wrong. Favorite things to make in my blender are ice cream shakes, smoothies, and cocktails. I've used the batter blender multiple times for breads and cakes. Really glad I grabbed this set when I had the chance.

Great performance with easy handling. No issue so far in last 3 months… Area of improvement could be further reducing noise level which would be bonus point.

We have had it for a few weeks now and it's perfect for our use. We generally make morning smoothies. We had a ninja prior to this as well. The old smoothie cups fit this model. Also, the food chopper is excellent. We've used it for pico de gallo. It is loud though.

So far so good. I love this product. It does everything I would hope it would do. I’ve now become addicted to smoothies.Chops frozen bananas, and ice cubes with no problem, very powerful. Yes it is a little loud on high, but that doesn’t bother me. Pretty good quality so far the individual cups do not leak. I’m glad I bought this all in one unit.
