Well let me start by saying I love my Ninja and the cup with the vacuum seal works great when it works but wore out and started leaking at 7 months. Then my cup tab that locks the seal broke. Ninja replaced the rubber seal for free but I have not called on the single serve cup. Ninja custom service was super nice. I had the rubber seal in 2 days. I wish that would have been the only issue. They do sell parts for this machine, I just wished it didn’t have issues so quickly.

So far I have only used the food processor. I love it! I bought a new full size food processor last year and am not enamored with it. My son urged me to buy this product because he has one and loves it. So far I am sure I will use this quite a bit.

Finally broke down and bought this after years of wanting a better blender. I really wanted a vitamix but not willing to spend that kind of much money. The ninja fits my needs refectory and honestly I use it far more then I ever thought I would. Love this product and the fun attachments!

I just purchased this blender and have used it several times. I have been making my children smoothies as an alternative to sugary drinks since we're now stuck at home. The smoothies and milkshakes come out quickly and with great texture!! I still haven't tried the food processor. It's very easy to clean.

It is difficult to clean The Review ---------- This is a Truly a 3 in-one-device. I could replace my magic bullet, my faberware food processor and my blendtec blender. The 2 20 oz cups replaced my need for the magic bullet which i used to dice onions and puree tomatoes and make chutneys. I love the fact that i do not need to use my food processor and this Ninja will serve as a good food processor. I could cut my cabbages and carrots with ease and functions with the same performance of my faberware food processor. I have a blendtec blender for some reason when i shake the motor, i feel some part is loose as i could hear something inside as if a coin got stuck. Hence i had to send it for repairs. As a temporary replacement, i got this. One important thing to note is that the motor which this one comes with is 1400 Watts as compared to the regular ninja blender which is 1000 Watt. So it is 1.4 times more powerful. The Blender has 9 Auto-iQ modes all together for the 72 oz Jar, 20 oz jar and the food processing jar. I have to say that the smoothies made of ice, blueberry and strawberries came out fairly smooth. If not as smooth as the blendtec, i was very satisfied. I think the construction is also more sophisticated than the blentec and love the way the jar/pitcher locks in place with the blender motor. I also like the lid better than the blendtec. its looks like of very good quality. The touchscreen is waterproof and its a smooth surface and hence, cleaning is easier. Lets talk about the freshvac gadget that you get with it. It uses 4 AA batteries which comes with the blender. It is primarily used for smoothies when you want to avoid the frosting on the smoothie. I am not big into smoothies but i tried it and works as advertised. I cook a lot of Indian food, we need to make batter with rice and pulses for an Indian dish called "dosa" and the batter came out to be very smooth almost same as what my blendtec would do. given the fact that the motor is 1400 watts as compared to 1500 Watt blendtec motor. Noise wise, i think it matches the blentec, not too loud but again, its a blender, i think the noise is proportional to blending power so i do not expect it to be quiet. Overall, i am satisfied with the blender and i will recommend it.

I must say there is no comparison between this Ninja blender and other regular blender... same ingredients for smoothie and results are absolutely astonishing from this blender, very well blended. First I was reluctant to buy because of the price but it’s worth every penny.

I got this for my husband as we started our new workout and new drink! We use this daily for making smoothies and other drinks! The processer worked a little to well for when we made salsa, but if you like things finely chopped this is perfect! Haven’t used the fresh vac portion yet but looking forward to

I have been looking for a replacement blender for a while. This meet all the required features I have been looking for. A little on the loud side but can't expect much for this type of product when is comes to noise.

It was an upgrade from older Ninja, no issues as of yet, the Fresh Vac is worth the investment. I would recommend purchasing or adding another cup or replacement - This package only includes 1

I have been a ninja kitchen system user since 2011 and this is the biggest upgrade I have seen to the blender, food processor, and bullet style blender. The touch screen display makes it easy to use and there are so many attachments and ways to use the machine.

I have had many blenders or food processors but this is the best I have had, I am happy with my purchase and I recommend it 100% for anyone who wants to have a good product in their kitchen.

This blender was so good, I had to buy one for my grandma when her old one broke! The attachments it comes with along with the different blades make it easier when cooking and chopping!

Saw so many videos on this Ninja system and was so excited to get one myself. Works really great. The instructions give you a link for demo videos, SUPER helpful! My whole family loves to use it for all our kitchen needs. Makes great frozen coffee.

I've always had cheap bottom end blenders because they always did good enough and when they die after a few years I just grab another. So now's my chance to see what a higher end blender can do. The Ninja Smart Screen Kitchen System comes with a single serving cup (which I'm enjoying right now... we'll enjoyed), the humongous pitcher, a food processor and the Fresh Vac. When I unpacked I noticed suction cups on the bottom of the blender unit and thought, "what the heck are these for?" I cleaned everything up, cut up some strawberries, added some ice and heavy whipping cream (yeah, I don't do healthy smoothies), and sugar. Hit the power button on the touch screen and hit "Smoothie" setting. OH LORD! I though the thing was gonna take off from the counter. This blender vibrated the whole countertop and would have run off if it weren't for the suction cups. But with that power it pulverized the ice, fruit, and whatever might have been in that cup. 60 seconds to a nice cool smoothie. The smoothie setting pulses on its own to make sure the contents settle before spinning up again. The Ninja Smart Screen made the smoothest homemade smoothie I've ever had. No bits of ice, no chunks of fruit - just a nice thick, milkshake consistency. Second go I used the big blender with the array of blades. BE CAREFUL handling any of these blades. They're all extremely sharp! This time I whooped out the FreshVac. This time Orange Juice/Strawberry/Banana and Ice. I put the FreshVac and proceeded to remove the air from the blender - took maybe 30s - removed it and started my blend. You can definitely see the difference between a FreshVac smoothie and a normal blended smoothie. It looks "clean" and bright without the air bubbles. It may be a downside if you're sharing the smoothie since the air adds volume, but the upside is that without the air it's a more condensed flavor. It's not dramatically different, but there's a slight more compact flavor, and it's prettier, lol. I've only been able to use the FreshVac two times because there seems to be a drain issue. I used it last Friday and Saturday (only twice) and on Thursday the batteries were dead. I don't know if the included batteries are just low capacity or if there's an issue with drain on others' units. At 6 AA a time, this will become an expensive problem if you make a lot of smoothies. There is an option to use an external power adapter. You can grab one from Ninja or just get a generic one that will fit. I haven't gotten to use the food processor much but did use it to chop some garlic and ginger. No surprise it did well with those since it wasn't a big challenge. Hoping soon to give it a better go. We've still not used the blender to its full potential and haven't gone beyond making smoothies so far (which the Ninja Smart Screen blender does wonderfully) but given more time I'm sure I'll get to the other functions. I'm really getting to become a Ninja fanboi!

Bought this as a replacement and I love it. Very easy to use. It has a smoothie button that blends little by little and then straight for five seconds. The air vacuum is something I never knew I needed. Keeps the liquid from separating

This makes the best smoothies ever. You can make whatever thickness you like. I absolutely love this. It is also wonderful as a food processor it shreds and slices. I highly recommend this product.

I purchased the FreshVac kitchen system a couple of weeks and i am very pleased with my purchase. I have only used it twice, but I am in love already.
