Nintendo's toys-to-life franchise known as Amiibo has become an important key point for them and for good reasons. Many games feature fun exciting ways to play and unlock content within Amiibo such have a special hide and seek game in Toad's Treasure Tracker or unlockable costumes in such games as Yoshi's Woolly World and Mario Kart 8. They also make a great collectible in itself due to Nintendo having a limited amount of merchandise for their franchises prior to Amiibo.

The Super Smash Bros series Luigi figure is very detailed for such a low cost toy. As is fitting with the series, his design and pose are both reflective of the Super Smash Bros games for 3DS and Wii U. Most specifically, he is doing his in-game, "taunt" in which he topples over. Luigi is a very strange fellow, and his pose for this figure is reflective of that. Using this figure is particularly great because it will always represent Luigi in any games that support a Luigi Amiibo. As Nintendo adds more games that support Luigi figures, it will become more valuable. It is not limited to just Super Smash Bros, and can unlock great content in several other Nintendo titles for 3DS and Wii U!

Luigi can be a little goofy. It comes through in the pose for this Amiibo. If you'd rather have him look normal, choose the Super Mario series version. As of now this Amiibo can unlock things in many games, as well as either train a CPU character in Smash or store board items and decorative bases in Mario Party 10. You'll need to choose between the latter two.

This Amiibo is well designed and can be used with Super Smash Brothers (for Wii U and the New 3DS) Mario Kart 8, Mario Party 10, and Hyrule Warriors. I highly recommend this and any other amiibo characters you like because of how many uses they have. They're also good if your a collector of action figures or Nintendo stuff in general.

Awesome figure to go along with his brother. The detail in these amiibos are great and the pose is just Luigi. The stand is a bit weird but after a while you don't mind it.

Luigi is and will be compatible with a ton of Nintendo games since he's one of their main characters, so this one is definitely one to have. Well-made, too.

Great Figure of Luigi. Pose could have been a little better but the design and functionality of this makes it an awesome collectible!

The quality on these figures is surprisingly high considering the price. They are great collectibles that come with the added feature of unlocking content in certain games. I really enjoy these and look forward to buying more in the future.

I'm not too happy about the pose that he has, it could of been better but other than that great to add to your collection.

Very well detailed figure compatible with my 3ds and wii u games

The first Luigi amiibo, and the best so far if you like the Smash Bros. theme. The clear plastic stand is one the least off-putting of all the amiibos that use them, especially considering the pose. Solid paint job overall, and his denim even has some decent texturing. Seams can be seen on his hat and nose, but only very close up. Very well done!

I've got this amiibo so this will be a general review of the figure quality and it's in game use. Quality: These are great looking figures. I was very happy with the quality of all the figures. They feel solid, probably won't break with an accidental drop. Really nice to look at. You could display these and never use them in a game and it would be a nice looking collection. In game use: First thing you need to understand is that you don't need to buy any amiibos for any games. There are several Games like Smas Bros Wii U, Hyrule Warrios, Mario Kart 8, etc.

It's rare to be able to get high quality official Nintendo merchandise in America, which is one of the biggest reasons for why amiibos are selling out like crazy. Luckily Luigi seems to be kept in stock so grab the green machine while you still can!

This Amiibo is very nicely done and Luigi is one of my favorite Nintendo characters. I picked this up for 7.99 and would recommend everyone get it. Buy the Gamers Unlocked card if you haven't already you get 20 percent off Amiibos with it!

We enjoy using this Mario Kart 8 to unlock one of the racing suits. I haven't used this yet for Mario Party 10 or Super Smash Bros. I hope more games are released that can make use of the amiibo figures to make better use of them.

This amiibo figure of Luigi is hilarious. The pose Luigi is in matches that of the in game trophy for super smash bros. Most of the Luigi amiibos have a small defect though that makes it look like Luigi has a black ring around his nose (plastic nose piece not glued close enough to his face?). This is hardly noticeable though and doesn't detract from the figure. A must buy for any Mario bros. fan.

The forgotten Mario Brother certainly leaves his mark on the amiibo world. That funky pose of his has grown on me, especially after seeing his SMB pose. This one gives him a goofy personalty, and not just green mario knockoff.
