Super cool and work as intended, pretty and collectible Perfect for splatoon fans

The detail put into this amiibo is simply beautiful. There is a lot of detail and not a thing is missing from the inkling's design. From the inkpack to the Splattershot she's holding, all of it looks amazing. The functionality is one of the biggest amiibo bonuses to date. It unlocks 27 new challenges for you to partake in, and has 5 boss battle challenges as well. Beating those bosses unlocks 5 different items in-game. 3 outfit pieces, 1 minigame, and a brand new weapon for you to use in multiplayer. All-in-all, I am very satisfied with this amiibo and it's a purchase that you won't regret.

A high-quality and durable figurine. The colors pop, and it seems resistant to chips and dings, which is good, because my two-year-old niece enjoys tossing it around. The added functionality with the Splatoon Wii U game is also good, unlocking additional challenges in the existing single-player mode. Overall I wouldn't feel compelled to purchase the figurine just for the digital content since the content is pretty sparse, but since my niece gets to play with the toy as well, it's well worth the buy.

I didn't realize how hard these were to find. I did manage to get an inkling girl. It is a great addition to the game. First amiibo we have purchased. Wouldn't mind getting more to go with our other wifi games.

This amiibo works for both Splatoon 1 & 2. You get the school uniform, which is one of the nicest looking gear in the game. It's a very cute collectible too.

For those not in the know, Amiibo are little figures that act as both collectibles, as well as extra content for certain games (sort of like the toys associated with Skylanders, Disney Infinity, and Lego Dimensions). They're popular among nostalgic adults like myself as well as the kids. In the case of this little gal, both she and her male counterpart unlock extra single-player missions in the Wii U game "Splatoon", as well as allowing players to unlock new clothing for their squid-kid avatars. They're not required at all to beat the single-player game, nor do they prevent players from participating in the online battles. They're purely optional. That being said, these are some well-made figures. They're bright, colorful, cute; just a real quality figure overall. I even like the nice touch of her ammo tank being made of clear plastic with orange "ink" inside; it's so much better than making the whole thing some solid color. So yeah, if you're a collector of Amiibos or have a friend/loved one who is, they'll enjoy this, especially if they own Splatoon to get the most out of it. Or if you just feel your life is missing some little friendly faces of the cephalopod nature.

This was hard to find for quite awhile, but worth the wait. my daughter has gotten a lot of mileage out of this one as it improves on whats already a really good game with its perks. outside of that, its a cool little set piece!

The splatoon not only look better but they have a lot more functionality than super smash bros, they have far more details too

Nintendo's toys-to-life franchise known as Amiibo has become an important key point for them and for good reasons. Many games feature fun exciting ways to play and unlock content within Amiibo such have a special hide and seek game in Toad's Treasure Tracker or unlockable costumes in such games as Yoshi's Woolly World and Mario Kart 8. They also make a great collectible in itself due to Nintendo having a limited amount of merchandise for their franchises prior to Amiibo.

This amiibo is very great in detail. It has vibrant colors and is very useful in game.

We purchased this Amiibo at the same time as we purchased the game. My son didn't even take it out of the box for the first couple days since you wanted to try the game and see how it was without the character. After adding the character he was impressed with the additional moves that he got from it. These Amiibos are Nice additions to supportive games, but I am a little disappointed that they're not universal between all games.

Good quality and works well with Splatoon Game. And it's a really fun game.

The quality of these Amiibo are great they are a lot more sturdy and look a lot better to the quality of the pain seems better as well it doesn't look like it's just stuck there looks like the plastic is the actual color leaving the tanks see through which is pretty awesome and you can see some pink inside that makes a really cool looking

I purchased this as a gift for my son and he loves it. He likes the figurine in such that he can hold and play this digital character as well as display it. It's great that they can bring toys to life now through games.

If you are craving more Splatoon, the Amiibos do a great job providing additional gameplay, outfits, and new weapons to use in online multiplayer. Plus you get an Amiibo to stand and show off on your shelf. A must have for Nintendo fans.

I got this for my daughter who loves Splatoon on the Wii U. In addition to being a cool figurine, it adds extra bonus content to the game. I got it on sale for around half-price, which sweetened the deal even more.

Very popular and great for the kids to play with. I love the creativity they exhibit while playing the game. Our kids from 9-14 love them. Product made of quality materials as well. Priced right!
