This amiibo is perfect for all of your nostalgia needs and now you can bop your way to the top in all the Super Mario Maker levels. Best buy handled this release perfectly and I think all the shortages and hype is over. Buy this and have fun!

Nintendo - amiibo Figure (Super Mario Bros. 30th Anniversary Series Classic Color Mario) is a must if you're purchasing a Super Mario Maker game. I purchased both for my daughter's birthday and it went over very well. I am the greatest Dad in the word for it. I highly recommend it for all video game lovers.

This is an incredible 30th anniversary figure for Mario! It looks very detailed, and it has a really great design. I especially love how the base is meant to look like a pipe. This is a great figure to celebrate Mario's 30th anniversary with, and any Mario fan or amiibo collector would definitely enjoy it.

This amiibo is probably my favorite out of all of them released so far. This thing is HEAVY. It's one of the best figures to put on your desk because who doesn't know who Mario is? If you put a Marth on your desk people will just think you are a nerd, but old school Mario? That's cool!

This 8 bit Mario is so cool, a must have for Nintendo fans. Glad to add him to my growing amiibo collection. He is very solid and sturdy. Bought him to go with Mario Maker. He makes everything in game Mario themed and you get to play as Giant Mario and crush everything. Yay!

Got the Modern Mario when I purchased a Wii U SMM bundle and figured I might as well pick up the Classic version as well. Haven't used it yet in Super Mario Maker, but I have to admit it looks pretty cool on my shelf (I'm not a amiibo or figurine collector either).

I was able to get this amiibo in-store on release day, which is really the only way you're able to get one of these things unless you want to pay 4 times the price on ebay or amazon. Used in conjunction with my Best Buy Gamer's Club to score an extra 20% off!

I grew up in the 80s and Super Mario 1 was my first game which I still love to this day. So even though I do not own a system that uses Amiibos, I had to have this statue. It is very cool looking, unique, and much larger than most Amiibos.

I can't say anything but good things about this amiibo. As soon as I got my hands on it i felt nostalgia flowing through me and that is what Amiibo are all about. Celebrating these characters that have become cherished around the world.

The Classic Mario amiibo looks absolutely great, it is well designed and has fun uses in Super Mario Maker. In the game it makes Mario giant in the Super Mario Bros. style levels. It is a lot of fun to smash through blocks.

This is the amiibo that started my unhealthy obsession. I love anything retro Nintendo and this doesn't disappoint. He's awesome looking and quite heavy. Best Buy also sells the pipe stands that this would look perfect on.

If I could rate this Classic Mario Amiibo 6 stars, I would. It looks great! I actually own the American classic color one, as well as a Japanese classic color and Japanese modern color. The 3D pixel effect is amazing!

The 30th anniversary Mario amiibo is pretty sweet. It's probably my favorite in terms of design. If you're getting Super Mario Maker and you're lucky enough to see one of these available, you might as well get it!

This 3D pixel Mario amiibo is pretty solid and made the the transition from 2D to 3D well. It looks good from every angle. It's worth picking up for your collection. Whenever Nintendo gets to restock, that is.

It is also on display (out of package)! When Mario eats this Huge mushroom he can break through bocks of all kinds including question blocks (but not ground blocks)! Also the enemies change; for example: cannons shoot out Luigi and red cannons shoot out Toads! Is there a Lakitu in your level? Well, its Luigi up there now, throwing stuff at you! Also, the screen turns grainy and has the illusion of being an Old School tube tv some of us grew up with! Love it! Want to get the Modern Color version too
