My Children love to collect the characters. They can customize each character to its own fighting style.

This amiibo is really well-made! I had happened to find it by sheer accident, and since I had still thought it was a store-exclusive, I snagged up the little frogger before it would elude me again. The body feels like a matte finish with the painted dots and parts feeling silky smooth. So far you can only use this cutie in Smash and Super Mario Maker, but here's hoping there's added functionality for Greninja! If you're a lover of Pokémon, Smash, or even of frogs in general, this amiibo should definitely be on your watch list.

Now! That being said, I really do love this figure- it's the most detailed Amiibo I've gotten my hands on so far (right along side Samus), and it's the closest I've gotten to having any "official" Xenoblade merchandise. The figure itself is well crafted for Amiibo, very solid, and it looks good just about anywhere you feel like displaying it. The only issue I had with the figure portion was that the Monado (his sword) was slightly bent upon arrival (not uncommon among these figures), but with a bit of patience I've been able to bend it into a proper shape. It's a non-issue and easily fixed, so I wouldn't even consider it a problem. For the NFC portion- right now its uses are fairly limited, given that so few games are compatible with Amiibo. First, we'll talk about Smash Bros. Within that particular game, these are quite fun- it's essentially an NPC you can bring with you into Smash matches. You can change the costume, level it up through fights, and feed it items to boost its base stats. It learns and adapts to fight beside (or against) you, and it does this very, very well. However, you cannot "play as" your amiibo or use it in non-smash modes, likely since it would greatly unbalance the single player experience. While disappointing, it's understandable as this is supposed to be a game based on skill, not "how many items do I have to eat until I'm unbeatable?" This figure will also be compatible with the upcoming title Xenoblade 3DS, allowing you to unlock 3D models and music from the game itself.

Great Amiibo! It works right out of the box and it looks cool. Sold out everywhere except for Bestbuy! Valued at a higher price in the grey market like eBay! Now my Greninja has different attacks!

The figure itself is of very high quality, lots of detail and made of a sturdy material. The people at the store were great with helping me find what I was looking for.

Highly collectible and so many uses. Many games support the Amiibo figures with each one having it's own unique action but it's also great collectible.

This Amiibo looks great on my shelf and since Greninja is my main character in Super Smash for Wii U he gave me a super powered character.

I've mostly been collecting amiibos so that I can unlock extra features in games (like Splatoon). So when I found out about one for Smash Bros., I figured it couldn't hurt to try it out. The detail on it was pretty good, better than some of the other amiibos I saw. I get really picky about color and line work though. In Smash Bros., it adapts to whoever they're fighting, so it's been fun to use against friends. I think it's fun, so I would recommend. It's up to whether you're into finding new things in Smash Bros. though.

This amiibo is really detailed and looks epic! Whether or not you use it for its actual purpose, it makes a great Pokemon figure!

Love this figure! Simple but beautiful design. Clear stand is a little annoying but doesn't hurt the aesthetics too much.

Recommended for any Pokemon fans, get the Greninja amiibo, which used to be exclusive at Toys R Us, now at Best Buy.

After Nintendo announced they would be restocking amiibo I got excited. Simple fact it seemed like these rare amiibo would never get restocked, When the restock was announced by Nintendo it didn't take much digging to get restock dates. Also some retails which I can not name have had some damaged boxes in the past which only matters if you are keeping the amiibo in boxes. I take my amiibo out of the box but if you like to keep them in box you should get them from BestBuy.

Great quality and functioned exactly as expected! I always wanted a trophy figurine from the Smash Bros. Universe!

My 8 and 13 year old boys love Pokemon and Super Smash Bros. on the WiiU and 3DS. They are happy with the overall quality of the figure and it's integration into Nintendo's universe of products. As a dad and life long videogame fan, I can't help but think these amiibos are a useless money pit, but the boys are addicted to them (thanks Nintendo) and of course await re-releases of rare amiibos. There are certainly worse ways to spend money ...

Figure looks great. Solid and with great detail. Works with also Mario maker and yoshis world.

The detail on these figures is great and the additional functionality for Wii U games is fun.

I am a huge fan of the Pokemon series and Greninja is one of my favorite Pokemon. I bought this Amiibo primarily for use In Super Smash Bros Wii U, and I enjoy using it in the game. I also bought it because I predict it will come in handy for future Pokemon games and it will be harder to get in the future.

It's a Greninja, it's well made. Used to be TRU exclusive, now Best Buy has it and it makes it much easier for me to shop nearby. I was very glad to see Best Buy catching up on other stores after all the Amiibo hype. Thanks for making my life a little bit easier!
