The recent new releases of amiibos are much higher in quality than the previous ones. The newest ones (including Ridley/Ice Climbers) come with a base that matches them. The amount of detail in the Ridley one is pretty cool too.

This is an essential for any Amiibo collector. While the more recent Amiibo are priced more than they were in the past, the quality and attention to detail are superb. Eager to see what this Amiibo can do in future Metroid titles.

These amiibo figures are getting more expensive, but they're getting much more detailed and high quality. Ridley is fantastic, with shiny eyes, intricately detailed sculpting and will make any Nintendo fan happy.

This is a cool Amiibo. The functionality of these things is limited but I collect them as little statues to scatter around my displays. If you are a fan of Metroid this one is great. The sculpt and detail are very good

Ridley finally makes his appearance as a playable character in Smash Ultimate. With this amiibo I can train my own FP (figure player) to fight against me or take on challenges. Plus it looks great in my collection.

This amiibo has one of the best sculpts of all the line. All the details that went into recreating Ridley look great, and it looks amazin next to the other Metroid-relates amiibos. Highly recommended for collectors!

One of the coolest looking Amiibos in my daughter's collection. The detail is really good, and apparently it works great with her Nintendo Switch. Highly recommended!

This is the most highly detailed Amiibo figure yet. I'm consistently impressed with the quality of Nintendo's molds, considering they're sold for such a low price. Definitely a must buy for Metroid fans.

Ridley finally got into Smash. And is one of the first newcomers of Ultimate to get an amiibo and it looks ultimate. great paint and detail. pointer and sharp. a must have for smash and metroid fans.

The figurine is astonishingly detailed and probably the most intricate figure Nintendo has produced so far, and it's a great-looking collectible for fans of Nintendo and the Smash Bros. and Metroid series.

After waiting for Ridley to join the battle for years, he's finally here, and even better, in amiibo form. One of the highest details and coolest looking amiibo to date, Ridley is a must own.

The Ridley amiibo looks amazing! The pose, the detail, the expression, is a work of art. I suggest being careful with this amiibo because it looks like it could be fragile.

This sculpt has a fantastic level of detail, and scales Ridley up larger than most other Smash figures by putting his footprint just outside the amiibo base circumference.

The new line of Amiibos are a bit more expensive than the first but I feel the quality and attention to detail have improved. Definitely worth the few extra bucks.

They did it. Those absolute madmen did it. Too big for Smash? No. Too big for Amiibo? I think not. This figure is aesthetically pleasing no matter which direction that you are given the privilege to view it. Ridley represents the apex form of beast and sentient creature, both brutal and beautiful at once. In Smash Bros, his final smash will leave you pulverized. But for his amiibo figure, the only thing that he'll pulverize is the lock you keep around your heart.

This new set of amiibo have been stepping up the quality. Ridley in particular is a marvel to look at. He has quite an intricate design that looks just amazing.

The quality of amiibo in our current day has progressed significantly since the line first started. There's so much detail that it's amazing given its price.
