Great Looking Amiibo's to go with your kids collection. They add additional in game functionality.

After my son watched hours upon hours of youtube toy channels he noticed these in the store and would not let them go. He's enjoyed the amiibos every time he sits down to play splatoon or for just regular play time with his action figures.

These Amiibo look amazing, and they actually add a good value to the game. You get 15 bonus challenge missions per Amiibo that unlock unique weapons and armor as well as one mini game per Amiibo. That's 45 extra missions! Totally worth it. :)

Splatoon for the Nintendo Wii U is an awesome game for young and old alike, and the 3 pack of Amiibo featuring Inkling Boy, Inkling Girl, and Inkling Squid make the experience feel complete. This is the perfect pack for collectors!

These are decent amiibo (amiibos? not sure what the plural is), for the collector they are a must-have. There is a pretty obvious seam running down the middle of the girl and boy figures- it makes them look a little cheaper than they are. The real benefit of these particular amiibo is that they open up bonus challenges within Splatoon. Completing these challenges gives you special equipment.

I collect Amiibos, and when this 3-pack was announced, I was really excited. It makes Splatoon even more fun with more unlockables and what not. Best Buy shipped it really well too, with no bent cardboard or huge scratches.

The quality of build on these figures is on par with Skylanders. Awesome characters and an added bonus of unlocking a lot of content in the game!! Great purchase!

It's nice that Nintendo has re-released more of this pack, as it's the only way to get the Squid Amiibo in the US besides importing as far as I know. It's really well done and the paint job, especially the ink inside the tanks is well done. Just make sure that the fit of the Squid Girl's hair in the middle is flush. I saw a few units where it was crooked or off. While it's annoying that this is basically Nintendo limiting the "learning" course for rollers and chargers behind plastic toys, it is fun and adds enough for it to be worth it. While you CAN learn in game, most likely you're being destroyed without learning much if your starting now. Plus the items you can earn (mini-games and gear) make it worth it in my opinion.

Using these amiibo figures in the Splatoon game unlocks additional single player challenges. These add not only additional game play to the game but the added ability to unlock some unique in game content.

Detail on the amiibo are excellent. Unfortunately, the only way to purchase the squid amiibo is with this set. The Splatoon amiibo unlock additional challenges and ultimately reward the player with gear.

Splatoon is a very fun game and the amiibo add a nice touch with additional single player missions. The rewards from them include gear and extra mini games to play while you cue for the next battle!

The amiibos are nice and in a 3 pack it's hard to pass up. Completing amiibo challenges for the in-game gear can be tedious (and boy is it tedious having to play the boring single player levels again) but the reward of gear is worth it. :\ Sad that it's only in this 3 pack that you get the Squid since the 3-pack sold out so quickly

These figurines are well detailed and you can get them for a discounted price. They are also the most useful amiibo is you will ever get. These should be in everyone's Nintendo collection.

Was excited about the three pack, but when I saw it in person I was even happier. The sculpts and paint are very nicley done and the packaging is great. Works with the Splatoon Wii U game.

Unlocks new content and gear! Most of these were sold within minutes with limited availability. Target only had 4 of these when I was there to get their exclusive Jigglypuff amiibo.

If you're a fan of one of Nintendo's unique and most recent games these Amiibo are worth the purchase, especially if you are interested in getting exclusive gear for your inkling.

Splatoon has proved to be a rousing success for fans of competitive multiplayer shooters as well as Nintendo themselves (not having been known for these kinds of games before). It's great news then, that Nintendo has taken extra care to ensure that the game's accompanying Amiibo figures have lots of fun and interesting add-ons to bring to the table for those lucky enough to secure them. Included are 3 colorful Inklings: a blue/green boy, a red/pink girl, and green squid. The squid is only with this three pack, which is somewhat of a bummer given Amiibo's disproportionate supply versus demand, but then most of the non-Mario related figures have this problem as well. Each figure adds new in-game costumes, and extra challenges so these toys are a kind of "DLC" that add, but aren't necessary for full enjoyment of the actual game. On their own, they are fairly well done, depending on much you like the art/character design of Splatoon and they are nice addition to your Amiibo collection even if you don't have the game yet, which I would encourage people to do so if they haven't already.

The detail of the amiibo are stunning. I am very glad I picked this up with the game as it adds challenge levels of the single player campaign which are actually quite fun!

I ordered these sight-unseen just to unlock the additional game content, but I'm really impressed by the design and detail! I'm no amiibro, but these are still really cool.
