If you love any of the Legend of Zelda games, then you'll love this refreshing new take on princess zelda herself. This new amiibo gives you specific in game advantages by using the Amiibo rune in game. All you have to do is activate the rune, tap zelda, and a chest will drop along with some common and some not so common cooking materials such as endura shrooms or endura carrots. The chests will generally contain a decent shield to protect you on your adventures, but sometimes youll get lucky and aqcuire a precious gem or star fragment. None the less, if you dont have breath of the wild, she is still a magnificent addition to your collection.

In case you're not aware, Amiibos are figures that contain a chip in the base that, when scanned into certain Nintendo games, provide bonuses and occasionally unlock features. They're never crucial for completion, but they are nice to have, and a cheaper alternative to more expensive figures on the market. For this particular incarnation of the titular princess, Zelda's bonuses in the newest game in the series, Breath of the Wild, are shields and the occasional rupee (in-game currency). As said before, they're not needed for completion, but a free shield on occasion is nice. The figure itself is pretty well-made, capturing the attractive design of the character and a color scheme that's easy on the eyes. My only real gripe is that it's not the most dynamic pose, but she still looks fine. If you're a fan of the series and/or of the princess herself, I'd say to pick this up. Even if you don't own the newest game, she's a nice addition to anyone's collection.

The Breath of the Wild series Amiibos are among the most practical to buy of all Amiibos on the market. They look awesome and the in-game rewards they give you are very useful are just super awesome aesthetically.

Nintendo has been bring some well crafted amiibos in 2017. This Zelda is one of them. Works great with the new Zelda game along with many others either by providing additional skins or other loot chests.

This amiibo is an interesting depiction of the Princess Zelda. Unlike most amiibos of princesses, Zelda is shown here not in a prim and proper dress, but ready to go and research the ancient technology to fight against Ganon. The amiibo is extremely well done.

Great character design has led to a nice amiibo of the BotW Zelda character. Good sculpt and color with decent detail. Use in game with BotW for in game extras!

Nintendo has always come through when it comes to quality with their Amiibos and this piece is no different. Functionality will always be different, depending on the game but the item itself is of excellent build and quality, with almost no defects.

I've always been a fan of amiibo, if for nothing else but having a cheap and fairly decent figure of beloved Nintendo characters. When Breath of the Wild was announced, I had high hopes we'd get one of Zelda as well, and I was not let down. This also gives you items in the game itself when scanned, which is very helpful with getting through the game. My only complaint is that BOTW amiibo are priced at $15.99 each rather than the standard $12.99, despite the fact that they don't do more than others. Definitely a cash in on Nintendo's part.

This Zelda Amiibo has a great design, if you are a collector of such figures it is very recommended, plus unlocking different equipment and perks on Zelda breath of the wild from is NFC technology is great for getting extra stuff on the game.

Nintendo has really improved the design on their amiibo. The detail and quality on this one is much higher than amiibo from the SSB line.

While it came seem a little like cheating to use an Amiibo with Zelda, it is a very fun addition. The Hylian Shield that sometimes comes from this Zelda Amiibo is great. She is also a great character design and well done.
