Great focused handheld experience. Classic content and great features for a Game and Watch. Beautiful screen and quite durable. Full of nostalgia and excellent pick up and play for short or long sessions. I enjoy it more than the Mario Game and Watch. Cool little piece of tech.

Brings back a lot of memories. Pure nostalgia. It has its drawbacks of course. Its small and not too great for big hands, and its pretty pricey. There are definitely better, and cheaper ways to go about playing old titles like these, but its Nintendo and i dont mind just giving them my mo ey half the time, lol. The gameplay is exactly what you'd expect and controls and everything. There are little secrets and easter eggs built in so thats cool. Especially if you forgot how hard these games can be and want a small leg up. Typing Zelda as the name for the 1st game isnt one of them this time around, but there is a similar "cheat." I'm sure most people under the age of 40 wont have a clue what im talking about there, haha. It's not really something young kids will probably like at all. I have two 11 year olds and a 9 year old and they didnt like it at all. Their loss. This really is more for older people that grew up playing these games and maybe even owned the orignal game and watch handhelds. The original games from those handhelds are on here as well. They dont hold up all that well, but thats what thebother games are for cause they absolutely still do. All in all, its pretty cool to own and the battery lasts decently well and charges with usb c thank god. Id possibly suggest going with something else for this price like a raspberry pi or something that will hold more if not all 8bit nes game and more. I would recommend it more if it were like 25 bucks top. My wife purchased mine for me so i dont have buyers remorse, which if i ourchased it i think i might.

I really enjoy these old games and the didn't skimp in the "watch" department either. Lots of little touches, re-hashes of some amazing old games, quality build. I would recommend for anyone that enjoys games.

Fun toy that brings back memories of playing Zelda on NES as a kid. Battery charge lasts a long time, so it works as a desk clock pretty well!

Nice piece of nostalgia. You get three games along with the clock. I know people will say that the price is too high even under $50 but for me, it is more of a collector's piece since I owned an original game and watch many, many years ago. It is portable and the battery life is decent. Mind you, this is fully licensed and great for a quick pick me up when you are not too busy. I wish it had an audio jack but then it would probably pick it thicker. I think this is a better than the Mario Bros version released the prior year.

Wanted a stylish gaming clock for my desk. This product not only provided that but also had three games to play as well. Definitely worth the money and would be a great collectors item.

While the screen is pretty small for these games, and the device is not ergonomically friendly, this is an excellent nostalgia trip that has a strong battery life and makes for a great gift.

Purchased this during Best Buy’s daily video game sale. Really great quality—nice way to play some old Zelda games as well as have a nice clock for my desk

Having grown up as a Nintendo fan, I would sneak over to my cousin's house across the street to play Zelda on the NES as a kid. The Game and Watch consoles were a little before my time, but I do remember seeing one year after they came out and for their time they were amazing mobile experiences. Never did I think as a kid that I would one day be able to carry around a Game and Watch with a full NES Zelda experience on it. While the concept today may seem uninteresting to the younger generation of gamers, this is a nice nod to the rich history of Nintendo and Zelda that makes a great collectible. As far as what is on offer you get the two Zelda NES titles as well as the Gameboy version of Link's Awakening (not the color GBC version available on the same cart). On top of that you get a cool clock screen saver that you can control Link at any time, as well as a Zelda version of the Game and Watch Vermin title. The quality is good with the gameplay is great. The buttons are mushy like they were back then, but the picture is great for such a small screen. The sound is good, though mono. And features like a rechargeable battery with USB-C cable included are nice features. All around for Zelda fans this is a must-have. For those lukewarm to the series or with other ways to play them (NES, Virtual Console, etc, etc) then this might be a pass as the asking price of $50.

I love this thing, can play some retro games and functions as a little cute desk clock.

I grew up with these Game and Watch devices and purchasing Zelda was nostalgic. It has been a lot of fun playing the original Zelda although the screen is pretty small. You can also play Zelda II, Zelda- Links awakening, and an old school game called Vermin. Overall, I am really enjoying my purchase and hope to get additional games in the future. Highly recommended!

Pretty neat little device. I mostly leave it plugged in as a clock for which it is readable from across the room about 15 feet away. The battery lasts a pretty long time too.

One of my favorite games of all time in a super portable package what is not to like. Screen could be a touch bigger but it is a good quality.

Great nostalic unit. Its a buy if you are a collector. My kid wanted this for sometime so I bought it at a good price when it was on sale. Bestbuy sucks to be honest but when its on sale is the only time to walk up in there. Other then that its amazon time or else where.
