This came with the preorder of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and I must say the coin looks really good! It has a pewter finish and it’s enclosed in a good quality plastic case. It’s definitley a nice in entire for those of us who preordered the game. If you’re able to get your hands on one, go for it. It will look nice with your Suoer Smash Bros. Memorabilia.

Great little bonus just for picking up a great game! Way better than a poster if you picked the game up elsewhere.

This claims to be a $50 value for a pre-order. Since it's made in China I suspect it would be worth less than half of that. As a collectible it's ok. It comes in its own plastic container.

I was trying to get into an exclusive restaurant with the wife, but unfortunately we were told there were no more tables. I reached for my keys and in doing so accidentally pulled this Smash Bros. collector coin out with them. Our host's eyebrows raised; without another word he guided us to the best table in the room, where he unceremoniously shooed the current guests away and seated us instead. "I'm a Marth man," he whispered to me as he signaled for the waiter to bring us flutes of champagne. As he left, he flashed me his own exclusive coin. It was then I knew I finally made it.

I'll be completely honest, I wasn't too sure about having to pay $60 for this coin. It didn't look that great in the picture, and I had some questions about the quality. But once I went in for this coin's midnight release and felt it in my hand: WOW. The weight, the shape, the texture, everything about this coin is perfect. I'm not sure if they still sell the coin on its own, but if you can find it, I'd recommend paying top dollar on the spot. It also came with some lame game but I threw that away.

Mother of Dragons? Nah. One ring to rule them all? Nah. Wand of wands? Nah. Raftles location? Pass. All seeing eye? Next. Marcellus' case? No thank you. The Holy Grail? Maybe next time. NOW... coin of coins? YAAASSSS. This is the relic you are going to want to show your great grandkids and tell them the story about how you absolutely destroyed your close buddy in a 1 on 1 match of SUPER SMASH BROTHERS ULLLTTTIIIMMMAAAATTTEEE. :) Very neat coin indeed!

I was given this quite unceremoniously when I bought my copy of smash. I expected some sort of ritual as I received this very special coin, but when there was not a single trumpeter to announce this great gift, I was forced to acknowledge that this is just a standard coin that thousands of others were handed as they checked out. Also, note, that toll booth operators do not appreciate it when you try to pay with this coin

By having this medallion, it inspired me to be a better smash bros player. Things I overlooked before like using wireless vs. wired controllers for zero latency or lag, which layout do I like better GCN or Pro controller? Or things like if Kirby is the Thanos of the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate universe? Who knows. This has enhanced and heightened my skills ten-fold. I hope that if anyone is reading this, or if anyone from Nintendo can see this, that we want more Metroid. Samus, Zero Suit, Metroid, Super Metroid, Kraid, Ridley, etc. etc. Thanks Super Smash Bros. Coin Medallion thing. You're, awesome.

Perfectly balanced coin that is larger than most coins - probably like half-dollar size. Excellent for flipping to determine binary choice disputes (e.g. where to go for dinner - Red Lobster or Applebee's?). The only issue is that both sides are the same so the flipper has 100% success criteria. You should get this coin.

When I bought my undeserved copy of: Super Smash Bros. Ultimate I received this coin along with it and I thought “hmm... neat.” So I now use it for practical reasons such as doing coin tosses to wager people’s choices. If it’s heads we settle our differences in smash... and if it’s tails their legs gets smashed. It’s all in good fun of course.

What does that meeeeean? It's a nice bonus to rub in the face of other collectors who chose to buy from other retailers at full price and still get less. But I don't see how that makes a coin an indicator of real fandom. Maybe if it were like the bby uncharted 4 gold coin modeled after the ingame treausre, it would make sense. This isn't even the first smash coin seeing as the Wii U got one too. Every other installment didn't receive the same treatment if I understand correctly. So the point is lost on me.

This is the first collectible coin I’ve received, and it was a bonus. So I wasn’t expecting much. But I was surprised at how nice it looks and feels. It has a good weight to it, and the color is pleasant. I love the way the smash logo looks in its simplicity. It would be perfect for flipping to determine players in a round of Smash Ultimate! I’m not sure how well the coin will hold up over time, or if it will suffer discoloration. But for now, I consider it to be a nice little collectible, and one that would look good with others of its kind.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is a 2018 crossover fighting game developed by Bandai Namco Studios and Sora Ltd. and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch. It is the fifth installment in the Super Smash Bros. series, succeeding Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U. The game follows the series' traditional style of gameplay: controlling one of various characters, players must use differing attacks to weaken their opponents and knock them out of an arena.

What a delight this coin is. It has the Smash logo on one side, and on the other side, the name of the game itself. I opened it and put it on top of my dresser, next to some other Nintendo coins I got from Best Buy. Only problem I have with it is, what do I do with it? I don't think I can spend it on anything. Maybe I'll put it in my fridge, to keep it cold. Or under my pillow, to give me good dreams. I'm not sure yet.

Looks better than a penny, yet not as shiny as the most recent silver dollar I picked off the street from some abandoned shoes. It also smells better too... like factory fresh zinc. Of course I would recommend this coin to a friend. It's worth more than every US coin that I can think of. Now to start hoarding each one I find...

This antique silver coin really makes you FEEL like Collector Coin. You can do everything with this coin you can do with any other non-tender coin. You can spin it, roll it, and even choke on it. It's twice the size of your average boring coin, so hurry and pre-order Smash Ultimate to get yours before the deadline comes in 2 weeks ago! 2/5 No installation instructions, so I ended up throwing it through my TV

This coin was a pre-order bonus for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. As for as pre-order bonuses go I do like things I can display as part of my game collection and often bonuses are cheap at best. While not a large display item, this thing is high quality solid item. It also is not the first coin offered for Nintendo Switch game pre-orders so it is becoming a series of coins that can be displayed together.

The coin comes in a small clear package with the Nintendo Switch logo, and Super Smash Bros as a title on the package The coin itself is sealed in a plastic case. I did not open the package, so I can’t describe the feel and texture of the coin. The coin appears to be made from metal. One side of the coin says “Super Smash Bros. Ultimate”, and the other side has the logo you see in the “O” in Bros.
