Customer Ratings & Reviews

I love this controller way more than than the original switch controller. It’s softer feeling in the hands and the joysticks are so smooth.

This controller's a huge step up to the Switch 1 controller. The design on the new one makes it look sleek, modern, and it feels good to hold when playing games on the new console. Though a bit pricey, I highly recommend it for those who really want, and need an upgrade.

This controller is pure quality, the ergonomy, softness and grip are just on point. I would recomend to any gamer who wants to play with more confort.

This controller feels better than the first pro controller. I loved the remapped buttons on the back and the fact that it USB-C charge. The only thing that I don’t like is that it’s not plug-in play for PC need to download a program to use it. Unlike the first controller where it’s plug-in play.

Solid controller, feels good in the hands, works very well with switch 2. Deducting 1 star for sky high price of this. Should be $60 max. $85 is nuts unless you have rewards points or gift certs.

I was between buying this or just using my old switch pro controllers. But oh, the feel is satin and the joysticks are ultra smooth! So glad I bought these.

The material feels much better, satisfying premium buttons, and the life changing smooth joysticks, but I have my doubts about the current price.

Wow I love the joysticks they feel so smooth. The controller does not feel clunky or stiff! I like that they moved away from the typical mechanical way of making the joysticks.

Honestly one of the best controllers ive ever used, a little pricey for sure but a necessity for the switch 2. Perfect hand feel, great build quality and all the features you'd want on a modern controller.

Just like the console itself, the controller takes all the things that were great about the first iteration, and improves them! Better feel in the hands, solid feel, the joysticks feel amazing compared to the original, and the input response is QUICK.

Awesome controller! The Switch Pro Controller has always been one of my favorites, only behind the Xbox Wireless Controller. Ergonomic, stylish, subtle, and easy to clean.

The Pro 2 controller has made my new Switch experience that much more enjoyable. A very similar feel to the original Pro controller, fans of the first version should enjoy the new version. I have used it for 3 months now and have had zero problems with it.

This is hands down the best manufacturer built controller out there. HIGHLY recommend for any Switch 2 owner

This may be the best controller I’ve ever put my hands on. Extremely comfortable and ergonomic. Makes the switch 1 pro controller feel bad and I even like it better than my Nacon, DualSense or Xbox controllers. Just feels so good

It’s very expensive!! But it does the work. It’s better than using the tiny controllers from the console. I wished it came with the switch included. It works well and makes it easier to grasp.

Best controller I've ever held in my hands. Once you use this you'll never go back to another controller again. Best Buy has it at a great price as well.

Great controller. You will love it. Just buy it. I said buy it.

quite possibly one of the best controllers ever made. smooth matt finish feels amazing and the buttons as well

Very nice controller, the sticks are very smooth and the buttons have a nice feel. The only point of complaint would be the d-pad. Other than that this is the best controller I have used.

Purchased for the CEC HDMI power control in addition to the advanced joy sticks. Feels great in the hand. Also, the customer service was wonderful. Received a price match discount because I'm a plus member. Thanks Creed!
