His Uncle to the rescue. I found this had just been released shortly after Black Friday at $299. It had Fortnite (his favorite game) & 2000 V Bucks. He was stunned on Christmas to not only get a wanted console, but one at all. Thanks Bestbuy !

Included are V-Bucks for skins, a special edition color, and a game. Can't beat the value for the price compared to the regular model.

Great for the family

Being Nintendo, it has the more family oriented games like Mariokart and Mario party. The take along feature is cool for on the road entertainment. If you have big hands, you may want to purchase a Pro controller. The little joy cons that come with it are tiny. Overall very happy. We had several hours of family fun on Christmas Day racing each other in Mariokart (sold separately).

Ready For The Big (TV) Screen

I’ve only had a lite that I’ve been using for the past year playing mainly AC & Pokemon but now I can play on my tv screen which has been the goal all along. Originally wanted the AC edition but couldn’t be picky when I saw the last box for this in the display case since I always wanted an original Switch but at least some limited edition of it. Quality is clear, sound is great & cute design on the dock & back of the Switch itself. Glad I didn’t let this one go to any scalpers, I’m gonna enjoy this for myself & friends (ready for MK8)!

Nintendo Switch with some nice Fortnite extras

The option to have it docked on the TV or the ability to use it as a handheld device is pretty awesome. So far the games have been great and we like the Nintendo Online which gives us access to some NES and Super NES games. The only downside is the controllers, they are just so small. So we did end up buying some wireless GameCube Switch controllers which has worked great for our family. So if you're looking to play local multiplayer, be prepared to spend a little more for extra controllers.

It wasn’t easy to get my hands on one but Best Buy came through for me! He’s going to be one happy boy on Christmas morning.

Says it's easy as a phone he can walk and play with it and he loves the games. No wires no hook up can remove the controllers n use as touch or use the controller handles to play Xbox perfect for his little hands and the 10 year old hasn't put it down even for his regular Xbox which he loves
