Better deal getting this through Best Buy, especially if you have a store cord and get points on the purchase or redeem points to buy it. I use it to play Mario Kart, Tetris, and a few other games online.

Playing classic games like Mario Strikers on the emulator on the go is truly amazing. My experience playing Mario Kart World online has been great! Connections are stable and the game is a blast. Absolutely worth it to me for the emulation on the go alone.

The reason I bought the expansion pack to renew my Switch online subscription especially waiting for GameCube on Switch 2, can’t’ wait to try it out.

I’ve logged hundreds of hours in NSO use on my switch 2 The Nintendo Classics library alone makes it well worth the money- I beat The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker in the first 2 weeks of owning my Switch 2… about 40-50 hours of gameplay Even if I stopped using it after that (which I didn’t) my cost-per-hour would be less than 2 bucks! Now, having used the service for the last 9 months… from the included Switch 2 upgrades (Breath Of The Wild and TOTK) and the Happy Home Paradise Animal Crossing DLC.. my actual hourly cost is closer to 20 cents! It’s a great value when you consider how many hours of enjoyment you’re getting, and far cheaper than most other activities or nights out!

This is the best value for nostalgic gaming. You will be able to play NES, SNES, GBA, GBC, exclusively for this expansion pack, you can play N64 games. If you got the Nintendo Switch 2, you can play Nintendo GameCube games. The library gets updated monthly so you will have a ton of games every month for 12 months with this subscription. It's a must have for an individual with a single Nintendo Switch 1 or 2 consoles.

Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack offers great value for dedicated Switch players. Along with online play and cloud saves, it includes classic Nintendo 64, Game Boy Advance, and Sega Genesis games, plus select DLC like Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Animal Crossing: New Horizons. While it’s pricier than the basic plan, the added content makes it a worthwhile upgrade for fans of classic and long-term Nintendo titles.

Is a good value for what you get with it. Make the most of what the service offers. But it needs more of an overhaul to match what Xbox offers. For the price it's good.

$20 for online and $30 for all retro expansions is definitely work the price. With the expansions you get access to games available on NES, SNES, N64, and Genesis. Some games you can choose to by stand-alone but if you own the expansion pass you get access to all the games. Think of it as the same as Xbox gamepass. Definitely worth the price though if you love the nostalgia of playing retro classics.

It’s very nice to be able to dive into so many of the games that were apart of my life as a youth. Games all the way back to the NES, SNES Sega Genesis, N64 and so on. I loved FZero X and so many others. Roughly 50 bucks for unlimited access for a year, good deal. Plus you get cloud saves. Very happy with this.

Online Nintendo Switch service for the games and I love it also has oG games

I thought one year was too much, but looking at the classics games you get to play made it totally worth it. I am lost playing so much Metroid and Zelda.

The extra that you pay for the expansion pass is really only worth it is you own and actively play the games getting the free upgrades and if the games available in the virtual console are games you want to play. For me, it was Kirby and the Amazing Mirror, and the GBA Zelda games. It's a lot more than I would like to pay for it, but the games made it worth it FOR ME.

My old subscription expired and my cousin had been asking me to play PGA 2k21 online but my subscription had ran out. I searched best buy to see if they had subscription cards and not only did they you could buy from the site and they send you an email with instructions to add the expansion pack saving me a trip to the store. On top of that I used ZIP so instead of 49.99 it's 11 dollars every 2 weeks for a month. Really convenient, thanks again Best Buy!!!
