I got one of these when I purchased the Wii U. I really like that this doubles as a remote and a controller, and adds the versatility of being able to use it with the steering wheel for Mario Kart. Definitely a useful addition to having just the standard remotes (which are fine too).

Not only is the Wii remote easy to use and necessary for fun gaming. It's light weight design comes in various colors & allows owners to create somewhat of a little collection of remotes. For those looking to get away from the basic black & white, try the colored ones. Same functions---more Festive!

I love these remotes. It's nice to have different options besides the traditional colors. I wish they would come out with an entire line of these, such as Yoshi, Toad, Bowser, DK, etc.. The only aggravating part is: NO MATCHING NUN-CHUCKS! We found that they match nicely with the white nun-chucks though.

Controller is as responsive as regular controller but easier to handle by kids because it's smaller. My daughter loves the fact that it's pink also.

The Nintendo Mario Wii remote is pretty cool! Just your regular old Wiimote with a Mario Paintjob and logo. Kids love it and so it makes me happy too.

I dont love or hate this controller but it does work a whole lot better than the original wii. Depending on the game, this is all you need. But youll probably want to consider getting a pro controller and make your friends who visit use this when you play mario kart or smash when its released

I bought this for my daughter and she loves the pink color and the princess peach! Works great as an additional controller and is loved by girls. Also not that my son refuses to use it due to the pink color so it helps to ensure that everyone gets a controller.

These were purchased to replace cheaply made controllers and it's nice to know that they are original controllers and are easy to sync and don't go through batteries as fast as others. I would recommend these to my fellow WII users if they need new controllers.

I am not a huge fan of motion sensing gaming and dislike using peripherals such as this. I believe typical controllers are easier to use.

This was purchased to add an additional control so 2 players can participate at the same time. It is great. It works just as well as the one control the system came with. The protective cover is nice. We were so happy with it that we ended up purchasing another one a week later.

One who doesn't love Mario, second it's was mostly my favorite color red. Third it's my own personal controller. Nobody but me can use it.

My girlfriend wanted this because we lose our only Wii controller. its a Nintendo brand controller so it does what its supposed to do.

You're better off just spending the extra to get the genuine Nintendo controllers. I have had these and the knock off controllers and get frustrated when the cheaper ones don't work. It's cheaper to buy the good ones once than the cheap ones multiple times.

Only bought it to play wii's game on the wii u cause I can't play wii's game without it. And it's an ok remote to me cause I don't like playing game with it as a controller.

Great controller, compatible with Wii U and Wii games, unlike the Wii U Pro controller, which is only compatible with some Wii U games.

color adds a nice change to the standard white or black remotes. its good to have more choices for everyone in the family

The controller is easy to use. The only draw back is that the price is a little high, but the usuability is outstanding.

This is one of two Wii remotes I got. My wife likes the classic white, and she was very happy with it. Got it to use with a Wii U, and it works well. It doesn't seem to vibrate as much as the one as I use for some reason, but that's not a big deal. Still very happy with it.

Had the other controllers and wanted to complete the Mario collection. Was having difficulty finding this in stores so I purchased it on the website and realized the ease of in store pickup after the website found the store where it was available
