I waited to purchase this WiiU remote, but I shouldn't have. Bright colors make it a must have. Works flawlessly. Adds so much more to the collection of WiiU remotes.

Well My son enjoyed his new remote for the WII. The advantage this remote is that when I buy the Wii U system this remote will also be compatible for the new system!

Bought it for the color and that's about it. Has the same features as the black one I have with the motion plus built in. Works great and great color as well.

Nothing really that special about it, either you like Wii's controllers or not. I do like them. I do also like that they are in different colors now, the blue is as shown in the photos if you have your brightness normally set. Easy to pair and use, works with older model accessories (I use nunchuks from the original Wii, as well as an older game pad that plugs in like the nunchuks and they all work great). They get decent reach from the sensor bar (10-15 ft). I'd like to see it cheaper, but who can't say that about anything. I'll buy more I'm sure, since Wii U's can play up to 8.

I feel like Luigi is a really under appreciated guy in the Mario Universe, but he is my favorite by far. So, having the opportunity to have a Luigi styled controller is a huge win for those fans in green and blue. Let me just say, if you love Luigi then don't pass up this controller because it will be the only one you use once you purchase it. The controller is fully functional, aesthetically appealing, and comes properly packaged. I have had no issues with this purchase. When paired with the other versions in the set, these are always a fun conversation piece when friend visit.

This controller has been awesome. As a longtime Wii owner, I didn't think I would need to update my controllers when I purchased the Wii U for Christmas. But it quickly became apparent that the outdated Wii controllers with motion plus attachment case was not optimal for use on our new console. I considered getting a matching set of black motion plus controllers, but I couldn't help myself when I saw the character controllers. They are totally worth it. Not only do they work great, they are also super cute. My one complaint? The kids argue over which character controller they get to play with.

Fun bright color & design. Kids love using it & get a lot of compliments from their friends. Also, being bright red helps from being misplaced. Fun!

We own the first generation Wii, but only had three remotes. I searched around online looking to buy a classic Wii remote, and they're ridiculously expensive! Thankfully, Best Buy had the Wii Remote Plus which, while designed for the Wii U, is backwards compatible with the first generation Wii. Now our whole family can play four-player games and nobody has to sit out. It works flawlessly with the classic Wii, so easily worth five stars.

I wanted a WiiU remote that wasn't the usual black or white. This one was perfect. Love the red color and Mario designs on it. Works perfect too.

I love the theme wii remotes but specially this red one it looks amazing and i like that it brings the red silicone guard specially for the kids

Works with Wii and WiiU has built in motion plus. Easily pairs to the consoles. Get it with a charging system and you will always be ready for play.

Bought this one and the Mario remote because I didn't want to have the plain black ones. So far both are great and the colors look awesome.

It's an officially licensed Nintendo remote. Comes with silicone protective cover and nylon wrist strap. Sync and play. Couldn't be easier.

Good quality. I like that it come with the sleeve! Works well for its intended use. Plus i like the black over the normal white one too

I'm happy with this as I bought this as my second controller to match up with the one I already had. It's the original black remote and looks and pairs up perfectly with my other. It works as expected and has the motion plus built in. It came with the rubber cover, which is nice. I did have to look up online for the full details about operating this unit. Not a big deal. I also like that this particular one (unlike my 1st controller) has an accessible reset button in the back so you don't have to pull back the rubber cover to access it.

I like how it's Luigi themed and has the motionplus, and it feels great playing with it and 2 batteries are included

I wasn't sure about the pink controller at first. Mainly because, well, it's pink. We also got a black one and my wife thought it would be a good idea to have different colors so we could tell them apart. The kids fight over using the pink one so I guess that shows what I know. Nice sturdy controller. Great for using with the dance games. We had the earlier versions without the extra motion sensor where you had to clip it on. They worked fine, however having the sensor build it is way better. Battery life seems ok.

We have the Mario, Luigi and Peach Wii U Plus remotes and love the set. We also got the Yoshi pro controller to go with them. :)))

Overall very great quality of product! Works well with not only games but for web surfing as well! No lagging or glitches.

Remote works well. Different color than others we have, nice to distinguish between them. My daughter loves the color.
