This game is Ninja Team's comeback to AAA development. I'm very happy with this purchase. Has a Dark Souls vibe, but doesn't feel like a clone. I'm still going through the game and it seems like a 50+ game!

...the game doesn't have the same level of atmosphere that the Soulsborne games have, and the enemy variety is lacking severely. Couple that with lame bosses that have wonky hitboxes and you're looking at 2047's most overrated title.

I didn't finish the game yet. But very impressed with the combat system and level design. Solid game!

I really like the element of ancient Japanese yoma(monsters)type of bosses and the game is extremely difficult for a noob like myself to complete.but if you are up for some challenges ,I would recommend the game

Nioh is exactly what you'd expect it to be, Samurai Dark Souls. Playing with others is easy, but requires one person to have already beaten the mission. Game runs well on the performance mode, too.

This game is awesome. I only play a few hours at a time, not a hardcore gamer. Thank goodness for difficult games, hate spending $60 for a game that takes 3-5 hours to complete. This is a keeper!

Well, a foreigner from the west knows save the east world is a little bit wired, but still the action system is good and nice for combo. If you are a hardcore gamer.

Yes, this game scratches the itch that Dark Souls left, but it's also wholly a unique and excellent experience in it's own right. Shame that it's not multiplatform, but still worth playing.

My only real gripe with this game is that for all the customization in what you can wear and wield, you cant change the appearance of the MC aside from his hair. And some alternate skins.

Great game from Team Ninja, the guys that gave us Ninja Gaiden. Mix in dark souls gameplay and you got a winner. Great load times and ranged weapons. It's a game of the year contender.

I didn't know this was ps 4 exclusive when it released. Sony just keep pulling the punches. this game is a dark soul game play style but it just feels better than a souls game.

Best game I've played outside of Witcher 3. I can't recommend it enough. The combat system may be the best I've ever used. Knowledge of swordfighting, etc. is helpful to me. Great Game!

I don't need to convince you w/ reasons to buy this game these because I'm sure you've already read everyone's reviews already. If you haven't picked up this game yet...GET IT NOW! :)

Similar to the Souls games but more action oriented/faster. Mission based design means it’s easier to play in bursts. A ton of content (>50 missions). Recommended!

I got this game because this is the only ninja fighting game out there for ps4. I have been waiting for Ninja Gaiden to come out for ps4, but this was the only one out there which is action/RPG. Nevertheless, this game is still nice to play.

An amazing game through and through. Multiplayer is great and the game is almost like a mix of ninja garden and souls with a loot system like Diablo.Don't regret my purchase at all.

This game is similar to Bloodborne and the Dark Souls series. Many items for looting and upgrading, large and difficult bosses, and I love the lore that takes place within Nioh.

If you like Bloodborne or Dark souls this is awesome. Granted it is a bit easy early on .....however it has a bit more replayability as you can select levels and twilight missions

One of the best "Souls" games that isn't developed by the actual team behind those games. If you have a PS4 Pro, you definitely can take advantage of some of the features it has.
