This collar is the best I've had and it's rechargeable, which means the World to me! It will stay red, green, or blue or you can have it switch between many colors. It's super bright and I now can see my my little doggy trying to sneak away at night when I take her out! Hahaha, she's caught out now....it doesn't bother her to have it on either which is a plus! I'd recommend this light up collar 100%! It came sooner than expected too,, Thanks Best Buy!

It’s bright the color changing mode can shift colors continuously making it Stan out more. Cutting the rod to size is a little difficult (watch fingers). But will fit virtually any sized dog. My dog doesn’t mind it at all and can be worn with her normal collar.
