Very nice scooter. I haven't had any issues with it. It's very fun to ride with your teens. I would recommend this to anyone. It's a great scooter for the price you pay compared to other scooters around that price.

A little heavy for some people, but an excellent purchase.

It had all that I was looking for, but the blue tooth did not work. We returned and bought a segway. Support had us return the item on my daughter’s birthday.

Been using this for 3 weeks now. It works well for what it does. Charge time is 5 hours from 0 to full.

Second scooter replaced and never got it to work with the app. Spent hours trying to figure it out. It can be paired manually and it does work but without the app it's missing all essentials features such as cruise control speed limits etc. some people online say it's the scooter and some blame the app which is poorly rated.

I did a lot of research and I am glad I did. It paid off with a super quality scooter.

Scooter was nice. But, the application was terrible

The scooter itself is excellent! Perfect for my 6 mile round trip commute. Unfortunately it had a defective bluetooth connection and would not work with the NIU app to customize the scooter’s settings. I tried to troubleshoot with NIU, but they could not fix it. Luckily Best Buy provided a full refund, thanks!
