Customer Ratings & Reviews

I purchased the NIU KQi 100p after reading several positive reviews, hoping it would be the perfect fit for my needs. Unfortunately, after a few weeks of real-world testing, I am quite disappointed. The Range Issue: While I understand that the advertised 22-mile range is a "best-case scenario" (flat terrain, lightweight rider, optimal speed), I am barely getting 5 miles of range at most. Getting less than a quarter of the promised distance is a major letdown. Build Quality Concern: After just a couple of weeks of regular riding, the throttle grip became loose and started sliding around. I constantly have to regrip and try to force it to stay in place while riding. I suspect the underlying adhesive failed, which is a bad sign for long-term durability. The Positives: On the bright side, the speed is as advertised and the actual ride quality is quite pleasant. You do have to dive into the companion app and adjust a few settings to unlock its full potential, but once you do, it easily reaches its maximum speed. The Bottom Line: If you only need this for very short trips (under 3 miles round-trip) and don't mind potential grip issues, the speed is great. Otherwise, the low range and quick wear-and-tear make it hard to recommend.

If you are looking for a powerful long range and easy solution for your transport , this is your choice . I have always have the problem that for my size the standard scooters were not meant for me, until I found NIU, these are amazing , lightweight powerful scooters that are worthy of what you pay.

We picked this item up for our 13-year-old daughter and our nine-year-old son and so far so good. They’re very happy with it.

thank you for a great idea like it save steps no time to ride it yet see them all the time it's gone be all good

Very good fo the price, fast and battery lasts long.

Its a good scooter. I’ve been using it to get to my workplace and it’s fast and efficient. The brakes they’re good too. The battery as well. It was worth the price.

Its nice and fast for the price. Im around 260lbs and 6'2" and finding a scooter thats budget friendly and has a good weight limit with it being well suited for tall people is hard to find but this has worked well for me!

My son loves this scooter. He's 10 and this is a much faster scooter than hus last but it gets him out of the house and enjoying outside. We had to repair the dashboard and it was very simple to repair. The customer service department made the whole process seamless.

Awesome purchase for the price. I’m not sure how it holds up long term but close to the weight limit and it has good battery life and still hits and holds 16-17mph fast at max weight

My 15 yr loves it she says it's rides smooth and handles well it holds a good charge.

Excellent for a teenager specially for start in this new world of electric transport.

Great product easy to ride with very safe good battery it last a long time

Rides very smooth, easy to assemble and carry about

We really like it! It is comfortable, simple to use, and high quality. I honestly didn't expect it to be this good for the price.♥️

Amazing features but mileage was not great. Mileage was about 10 miles on a good day. I got 7 miles once with 80% charge. The scooter is amazing though for a quick commute; it has cruise control, dynamic speeds, head lights and regenerative breaking.

This is a great scooter for those who want one that will not be considered a "toy" e-scooter. I weigh over 200 lbs, and this device will get me moving at about 25 km/h. Battery life is good. Decent off road handling too.

Good entry level scooter. East to connect to app with customizable ride settings.

My nephew is enjoying this electric scooter. He is driving to the school and having fun with his friends. It was a great deal to buy this product

Rides very smooth, my son loves it! It’ ajso gas a sleek design.

Easy to set up. Perfect for day and night. Holds great charge. Very reliable. Definitely recommend to anybody.
