This was so simple to setup, literally took minutes. Most of it was assembled already, we just snapped the handlebars in and tightened it with the screws & wrench that was provided. Also included is a nozzle adapter for inflating the tires. The inflatable tires give it a smoother ride. The throttle is on the handlebars & is easy to use. I found that my arm was getting a little sore after awhile so I turned the auto cruise feature on, I highly recommend using it because after 5 seconds at the same speed it kicks in & you can let go of the throttle, this is on till you brake. The brakes are front drum & rear ebrake . I think disc brakes would be better but it stops well & it has regenerative braking which controls deceleration & can be set in the app. There is only one brake caliper. I like the turn signals which are bright & beep but sometimes they’re a little hard to turn off without turning the other one on. You can set what speed you want to kick start at, I have mine at 2mph. This can be turned off in the app but I’m keeping it on so the scooter doesn’t get away from me. This collapses for storage & the handlebars also fold down. It’s not a light scooter, it’s quite heavy, at least to me, I’m a small person. It goes well in grass & on slight inclines. There is a bright LED headlight with daytime running & a taillight. A small bell is on handlebars . Maximum speed is 18.6mph, I haven’t worked up to that yet, I’m at 15 mph. There is an app which is a must & the scooter must be on to customize it. There you can change from kilometers to miles, however the scooter itself still reads km. The app shows you how many miles you have left on your charge, you can set an alarm, it shows your riding data and you can also set your lighting, preferences, cruise control, customize your ride to kickstart limit, battery charge limit, and maximum speed. This is a real fun, smooth ride, easy to set up & use. Go have fun & ride one!

The lack of inclines that it can handle is annoying. And suspension could be better. But everything else is great. Charge time. Speed. Miles per charge are all accurate.

I bought the schooter so I can get to work . simply because I kept getting stranded after work on my way home from work and it was cutting into my personal life and relationships with my son and daughter. But my mom got sick so I had to return the schooter so we could put in for the serigury. Best buy policy is so good that they let me get my full money return hopefully it all goes good I love my mom . But don't have enough to buy another schooter I'm bummed out for that reason now I go back to being stranded after work and loosing time with my kids but my mom's will get better soon I hope .. I love you best buy thank you for coming threw when moms needed it the most you guys rock ..

Overall performance , Battery life last longer than other

Extremely great scooter for getting to & from work. Great way to get around downtown in small areas. It’s also fairly quick & haven’t really had any issues with speed. One thing that I love about it is that it can fold up. Makes it so much easier to carry in stores if I need to & so easy to take on the train. Truly a commuters best friend.

Love this scooter. Bought for my husband to commute to work, and he absolutely loves it. Reaches 20mph, easy to learn how to drive. Charges great, has a travel distance of about 30 miles before needing to be charged again

The scooter is spectacular quick ,sturdy great high for each turning,blinkers .brakes are great overall a great machine.

I researched other scooters and decided on the NIU KQI 200P for my son to navigate his college campus. He loves it. It's been reliable, holds a good charge, a good size for his weight, and is easy for him to handle. He's had no complaints, which means I have no complaints. I recommend it.

I love how fast this thing goes! The turn signals are a plus. Not to mention the mileage off a full charge makes this a great deal.

used along the greenbelt recently and it is fast so be careful on the speed you select. excellent scooter even tho i lost out on the sale price. :(

Had it for about a month now. Very reliable, stable, and easy to ride. Slightly heavier than expected, so it is difficult to carry around with one hand. Fits in the trunk of a small sedan. Highly recommend this product if you ride less than 10 miles a day.

Great quality scooter, possibly the best one you can buy for under $500. At full throttle (20mph) I can get around 15-16 miles, on eco mode (10mph) it’s closer to 25-30 miles.
