My son has had several scooters and this is by far the best quality one we have come across. Would definitely recommend.

In terms of price quality it is a good option for someone who does not make daily use of it. But the performance in everyday use is not the best. In the first 3 uses, the battery was downloaded 12% in just 5 minutes. The accelerator is somewhat uncomfortable because it is not with the finger, but you must use the whole hand and lose grip on the balance.

I mean really hold. The KQi 300P has a kick when you start it up.
First Impressions
The first thing you notice when you hop on the KQi 300P is its solid build. Unfolding it is straightforward, and the scooter feels sturdy and well-balanced from the get-go. The handlebars are comfortable to grip, and the deck is spacious enough to stand on comfortably.
Smooth and Responsive Ride
Once you start riding, it’s a quick and smooth acceleration. It handles well on various surfaces. The 10-inch pneumatic tires do an excellent job of absorbing shocks, making it a smooth ride even over minor bumps and cracks.
Speed and Maneuverability
Its fast and really fast feels exhilarating yet safe. The scooter is responsive to handlebar inputs, making it easy to maneuver. I would be careful in crowds and close spaces. I think it will take a little getting use too
Battery Life and Range
One of the highlights of the riding experience is the impressive battery life. With a range of up to “30 miles” (Im not 100% sure on that) I can see me using this for a week and not charging it. When the battery does need recharging, the process is straightforward, though the 5-6 hour charging time means you’ll likely want to plug it in overnight.
Safety Features
The dual-braking system, combining electronic and mechanical disc brakes, ensures you can stop quickly and safely, even at higher speeds. Just hold on. Newton's First Law of Productivity. First Law of Motion: An object either remains at rest or continues to move at a constant velocity, unless acted upon by an external force. So your body will continue going if you don’t hold on The bright LED lights enhance visibility, making evening rides safer and more enjoyable.
Convenience
Folding the KQi 300P is quick and easy, making it simple to carry into buildings or store in your car. However, the scooter is heavy not for little kids.
The KQi 300P Foldable Electric Kick Scooter delivers a superior riding experience that combines practicality with fun. Its smooth performance, long battery life, and user-friendly features make every ride a pleasant and hassle-free adventure. If you’re looking for an electric scooter that enhances your daily commute or leisurely rides, the KQi 300P is an excellent choice.

Total disaster and Best Buy is an awful company to do business with. This is the last thing I will ever purchase from them. The scooter stopped working properly 17 days after purchasing it. When I went back to the store, the told me I had to go back through the manufacturer to get it resolved because I didn't buy the Geek Squad warranty. So now I am stuck trying to resolve my issue with China. Instead of standing by the products they sell. This is why Best Buy will be out of business in 5 years joining Circuit City, The Whiz and all the rest of the lousy electronic stores from yesteryear. I hope Amazon continues to eat your lunch! Crap experience with a crap product sold to me by a crap company!

The range isn't actually that, unless you go slower than walking speed.
I am having batteries issues as well. I thought of spending more for a better scooter but it doesn't seem to be it.

The NIU-KQi 300P is a decent scooter at its price point. I am overall happy with the scooter and its performance. I have rated its biggest areas on a scale of 1-5 (5 being the best score).
Battery (4/5) - Charging the scooter is simple, if you run the battery all the way down it will take you some time to get back to a full charge. On average, it took me just over 5 hours from a dead battery.
Range (4/5) - A 30 mile MAX range is advertised, I hit between 26-28 miles on average. I am at 6'2" 250 lbs, so I do think my size is why the scooter did not hit the 30 mile range, but it does very well.
Speed (4/5) - Again, due to my size, the scooter did not ever hit the advertised top speed of 20 miles per hour, I maxed out at 16 miles per hour, which is plenty fast enough. The longer you maintain full speed, the faster the battery will drain thus, lowering your MAX range.
App (5/5) - The App is very good. I had no issues using the apps features which have security features, battery info, range.
Safety (5/5) - This scooter has a wonderful daytime running light, a night time headlight, rear lights, and full turn signals. The breaks are great, even at full speed.
Portability and storage (5/5) - It is very quick to lower the handle bars and stow away the scooter, it will fit in a majority of trunks or back seats which make it a very nice option if you're spending the day downtown and don't want to walk every where.

I am highly dissatisfied with the NIU kui300p. The handle design is poorly thought out, making it uncomfortable and difficult to use. Additionally, the battery performance is subpar, failing to hold a charge adequately. Although it features left and right signals, the setup renders them almost unusable, significantly diminishing the product's overall functionality.

The NIU - KQi 300P Foldable Electric Kick Scooter is pretty wow! It's just like having one of those scooters you rent in the city, BUT you actually own it and aren't charged by the minute for it's use.
Assembly was quite straightforward and easy out of the box. A few allen head screws with included tools. Check tire pressure with included adapter. The tires are beefier and more comfortable due to being inflatable to your liking and comfort level. It has hand lever brake controls. Brake lever activated brake lights, rear running lights for safety, head lights, and even built in handlebar turn signals which is switch activated. so it does come with a plethora of safety features.
It is a sold and stout scooter. On my initial ride, I was thinkiing it's alright...I thought it would be a little faster. Upon coming home, I noticed it was on ESave??...Pushed the power button and ESave went away. Gave it another ride and wow....twice as fast. 184lbs and it showed a steady 33kmh for me, I haven't figured or tried to hard for it to switch over to mph. This scooter is the real deal. It is real torquey of the start so be careful to not over twist the wrist on take off. The wheels handle little cracks, dips, bumps and drainage grates pretty well. Honestly, if it were a negative to be said, it's not a little child/kids scooter. But, for me, I love it. It's definitely a big boy scooter.
