Best scooter yet. Solid frame, nice suspension and speed. I recommend it.

Very impressive with the scooter handles easily well and it reaches 24mph !!

The performance is very good, the speed is enough for medium-long journeys.

Quality of the scooter itself is great, but the assembly line needs improvement. 1st scooter had 1 missing part, (stem grommet), and that caused the coating on the brake cable to be rubbed off. I exchanged it. 2nd scooter had the screws that hold the brake light on missing. Standard screws so I installed them myself after removing the rear fender. Goes up the hills in my area without any problems.

Fast and charge holds. Great for weights 200lbs and above

Recomended this product l like it my first scooter

35 miles later… it seems like an overall good scooter and well built. I like the 3 different drive modes because it allows my kids to drive it a little on the eco mode. It doesn’t quite hit the miles per charge it advertises, but still does very well. I’d recommend it for a simple commuter scooter or first timer.

It’s really great, speedy and goes up holds fast. I was a little scared because of how fast it can go in speed but it was nice to find out that you can customize the speed and start up speed on the app. It made me feel a lot safer for my daughter in college. I would 100 % recommend this scooter

Wow amazing, I love it super fast, good for commuting.

This is the 4th NIU scooter I have purchased in the last 5 years. I did not have great luck with the first three for my daughters, but decided to roll the dice one more time on this one for myself. First, let me tell you that all the issues that are online about the older models are 100% true: I’ve had them all happen. Throttle cable issues, stuck power button, flat tires (worst fix ever). Now for the new fancy one. Bought for myself so my daughters and I could all ride together year round in Florida (moved from Minnesota). We decided to take this awesome paved trail from Sarasota Florida to Venice. Mapped it out. 20 total miles round trip, should be no problem at all on a full battery. WRONG. On the way back, my battery depleted from about 50% to zero in less than two miles. Yep, dead battery at 8pm 6.5 miles away from home on my BRAND NEW scooter in the land of gators and snakes. My daughters had to ride home, grab a vehicle and pick me up after a 3 mile walk to the next station. Since I’m older and patient for whatever reason, I decide to do a firmware update and give it another chance on the trail. Did the update, now the scooter won’t even turn on. I’ve tried every online trouble shooting tip and nothing. Now it’s just wait for an email response from the manufacturer. Which is a road I’ve been down before. Is there a warranty? Yep! Does it cost $300 to ship it off? Yep! Don’t buy

Its great to be outside and have fun. With this scooter you can ride around with your friends.

So far it has been such a great investment. This scooter is able to travel 7 miles in 25 minutes which is great if we compare it to a bike which would've taken me 45.

My 11 year old son loves this scooter. Will live in a hilly neighborhood and his old scooter struggled making it up hills. This one conquers them no problem without compromising speed to climb them. Very sturdy, well built and easy to use.
