Loved this scooter from the minite i opened it...It had Great Style, Great Size, and Great Power...or so I thought. Started out fun after the 10 minute tutorial you have to do thru the app and the scooter. Scooter was Quick and Solid. It quickly failed me as the app was hinkey at best. It never got anywhere near the rated miles or MPH that it stats. And becasue of the size every bump feels like a punch to the head. Ended up returning it for the Inokim 4 with shocks.

I've wanted one of these since jumping on a Lime and scooting around downtown Denver, and after doing some reviews and research, landed on this one when it was on sale. So far, I can't complain. It's a bit pricey, and the app isn't great or intuitive, and only seems to work when the scooter is powered on and VERY close by due to bluetooth, but the scooter itself is great, zips and easy to use, store and charge.

THIS SCOOTER IS DOPE AND ALWAYS CATCHES PEOPLES EYES. PEOPLE INSTANTLY KBOW THAT IT’S MY SCOOTER AND NOT A CITY OWNED SCOOTER. I ALSO HAVE THE NUI SCOOTER BAG THAT ATTACHES TO THE SCOOTER AND THE SELL PHONE HOLDER. THE SCOOTER IS PRETTY FAST MAXS OUT AT 32 MPH AND THE BATTERY IS AMAZING. HAS A COOL RING LIGHT SO YOU CAN SEE AT NIGHT A BELL TO CLEAR THE WAY AS WELL. SCOOTER FOLDER DOWN AND PRETTY EASY TO CARRY. LISTEN GRAB YOU ONE OF THESE SCOOTERS.

I got this scooter for my son and he is very happy. It goes far and the battery life stays charged. The locking feature is one of my favorite things. He can lock the scooter thru the app on the phone if someone messes with the scooter it will let him know. It lives up to it true speeds and I love the light on the front it is nice and bright when dark. He is very lit up so people can see him. Although best to maintain safety I feel extra secure with those extra features to help with safety along with the bell to give people a heads up he is coming. It was pretty easy to use. He had everything figured out within a day even how to switch to mph.

This is the best midprice electrc scooter you can buy. This is for occassional scooters and probably isnt the best if you plan to use this to commute daily. I take it with me on trips and occasionally ride it to work and it does just fine. If you’re looking for suspension and a better ride for longer trips, you should splurge for a high end model. However the NIU k3pro is just fine for occasional riders like me.

[Employee of bestbuy] Amazing scooter. Incredibly well built, accelerates fast, headlight is bright.

The folding lock slider is hard to push once locked,(I think it is a issue for this one only because I don't find the same thing in the other niu scooter I bought before). Everything else is satisfying, long battery life and carriable weight, easy to speed up to 20mph, nonzero start and many useful features on the app.(Though their app needs to be improved for scooter users)

This is the best scooter, range and stability of this one is soo good that a teen or an old adult both can ride on this with an ease. Bestest buy from best buy.

I have a Onewheel GT and my partner didn't want to try one. I looked at scooters that match the specs of my device and this was perfect. The range, speed and portability are all there at less than half the price. So far have tested paved and packed dirt/ gravel trail and handled both terrain perfectly.

This scooter gave me a little trouble on setup. Some of the screws in the stem didn't want to line up properly. The scooter itself was quick and carried my son and I around the neighborhood at 20mph. He weighed 45 lbs at the time and I weighed 226. It has no issues. I rode it from the gate at my job when my wife dropped me off and it was great. Saved me a five minute walk through the parking lot. I rode it home and to work a couple times and that's when the issues began. Mechanically the scooter was great but there was comfort issues for longer distances. I live 5 miles from my job and just that short distance had my ankles and knees hurting from all the bumps due to the lack of suspension. It also felt sketchy riding it on the side of the road but that's a personal problem. If the invest in suspension in future models I'll give it 5 stars. Also upgrade the water resistance rating please. I don't wanna worry about the scooter if I get caught out in a thunderstorm on the way home. I returned it due to those issues.

As someone who commutes a bit for work, this electric scooter sounded perfect to get me to my destinations while navigating the streets. I am 5’7 and weigh 160 and I found this product very easy to use. I would recommend this item. The only downside is that it is a bit heavy, but I still find it manageable.

Rides very well. Pretty decently powerful and fast.

I bought this Niu KQi3 Pro Scooter because of all the Rave reviews… I didnt see a single unfavorable You Tube video on this… I will say it does have great build quality as everyone says and the ride is stable… BUT….. I bought the Segway Ninebot es4 for my wife and was expecting this to be much better as reviews suggest… To my surprise, I dont notice a huge difference… This feels stable but I feel perfectly stable on the Ninebot…. I thought this would be quicker uphill with 20% rating and I dont have any complaint, but the Ninebot seems to do the same with a 15% rating… The true real life range seems about the same between these scooters but the KQi3 Pro is much heavier, taller folded up, and bulkier,,. You even need the kick stand out to store it folded up… I wouldnt mind all that bulk if there was performance differences in above noted areas… One huge disappointment was the app. It is a lowsy app… You can record rides and I was happy to see the Grade metric, but it doesnt work, stays at 0% uphill… When you record rides you see the last ride but when you click on it for more details there is a blank page… Clearly much is to be desired in the app. Segways app could be better too but doesnt have these flaws…. Overall I enjoyed this scooter but not any better than the much lighter and slimmer Ninebot… Granted that one has horrible suspension so I an getting the upgraded e45 which should have a more cushy ride and I already returned the Niu.

I'm a proud owner of my very first electric scooter and I'm so happy I choose this particular brand. Its of excellent quality. Goes fast enough to get me where Im going without any issues. And for the price you'll be hard pressed to find anything similar.

Bought this for work and at first it looked funny riding this down to work but I actually get there faster with it, it goes 20MPH and you have to get the app for more options like locking it into place if you need to go in the store real quick overall it has a good battery for a couple hours and I used it while it was raining and still works just fine.

I love the scooter. I ride it. I ride on it to work. I do everything on my scooter. I go make groceries and then sometimes I just like to ride and listen to my music and just let my hair blow in the wind. I live in New Orleans so it’s a great place to ride in sightsee. I just love my Scooter. I feel free and then buy me being an older person and makes me feel young also and I always just wanted to just ride like a motorbike or something something that goes with a little speed so it’s awesome.

This thing is fun to ride on. Word is warning, repairing it is more like a tech repair than a vehicle repair. They use single-use adhesive so if you need to change the tire, you gotta heat up the adhesive if you want to reuse it. Otherwise you've got to buy new adhesive.

It rides really nice. It holds up well in the rain and it folds up so I can bring it on public transportation

Built like a tank, this thing won’t break unlike other scooters (such as Apollo and Hiboy or Gotrax). Value wise, at MSRP it’s not too bad but when on sale it’s a great deal for sure. Range are good, I get about 24miles per charge which is expected since i weight on the heavy side and drive at 15-20 mph.
