Its reliable, the battery lasts for to 20 miles for an hour, and the charging is whick as well, i use trhis to commute to work and back home on a single charge and it still has battery when i come anck home, i work around lake forest area so that should give you an idea of distance, id easily buy amother one and recomend for anyone looking to get into an alternative transportation

I purchased my scooter on July 2nd, 2023. My scooter started giving me an accelerator issue code , the entire scooter would jolt as I’m riding & start shaking & the back tire wasn’t holding air in. I called customer service & i was told to come back to the store i purchase my scooter , tell them who i spoke to , what issues my scooter was having & they’d give me a new scooter. Best buy said the scooter itself doesn’t have warranty at the store but had warranty with the manufacturer as i was still within the first year of my purchase. MIND YOU , WHEN MY SCOOTER STARTED HAVING ISSUES , I ONLY HAD IT FOR 4 MONTHS. So i had to contact them. When i contacted the manufacturer , they were literally no help & they couldn’t repair my scooter. I told them i had an accident on my scooter because of the issues it was having & replied back saying they’re sorry for the inconvenience. THIS SCOOTER IS NOT WORTH BUYING. THEY SAY IT HAS WARRANTY FOR A YEAR BUT WHEN SOMETHING HAPPENS , THERE’S NO WAY TO USE THE WARRANTY FOR ANY REPAIRS. WASTE OF MY MONEY!

I had a lot of problems with this scooter at first and I had to return this scooter 3 times because it had done problems like, the metal part of the tire was bent and it was slowed down the scooter. Now I had got a new one and it’s doing fine, its really fast and has alot of battery. If you get this, be prepared to take it back to refund it and get it again.

I bought this scooter with pure excitement and trust. it came on time, but it wasn’t the product i purchased. It was a cheaper, older, and overall less version of the NIU - KQi3 Pro i ordered. First thing i noticed was it came in white, which is not what i ordered or even the app or website had. Then i was shocked to see the name of it, only being KQi. i immediately got into contact with the customer support which made the experience worse. The call bot wasn't able to process what's going, and kept looping over the same words. After a long wait from asking to connect with an agent, someone finally connected, but oh wow its only text. Communication is horrible between this company and its customers. The agent asked me to commute to a best buy store and return the item, he also said there is a 15% restock fee if the box was opened. I havent opened the box, but what if i did without knowing as this is a trusted store? overall, this is is extremely unpleasant, and i wish for best buy to improve. What i just is pure feedback and unsatisfaction from this company.
