Love the combat from this series and I'm glad there are physical cartdriges for the whole series on Best Buy except for "Travis Strikes again".

This game is truly phenomenal I never should have questioned if it would be worth it or not. It's a true work of its own and a masterpiece. It's very fun to play and has such a great feel to it from art to motion controls. It's almost like having a hands on motion control arcade game at home at all times! Each slash is so satisfying might I say. The characters are so unique and believable. Travis Touchdowns style is impeccable. The best of the series in my opinion. I love riding the bike around , something that was missing from No More Heroes 2. It doesn't even feel like it's over 10 years old the game feels new to me and ultra enjoyable. I highly seriously recommend it!

So this isn't a bad game, but it is not as good as the first. It's still just as fun but none of the characters in the game have any real personality. In the first you got to see, learn, and understand who a character is, in this game you get a "Let's fight" and that's it. This game of being goofy but grounded in it's own reality threw it out the window and is basically an anime trying to be as wacky as possible. The final kill are now random Wiimote shaking which makes it less satisfying to see your reward after beating a boss. They killed the overworld so now it's just a menu, so that's something everyone seems to like. You can change weapons mid battle which is rather nice. Jobs are basically pointless now unless you want to buy clothes or try them out. I find the Gym a bit difficult, so upgrading your stats is either not worth it, or will be an annoyed. It's still fun, they just removed a lot from the first game and took the joking to the extreme.

It's not GTA, it isn't it has its own quirks and it is a bit challenging and not giving the win to you too easily. This game makes you work for it on some measure .
The art style is some what refreshing like the main character is a bachelor going about the city .

The games oozes with vibe. Everything has a unique style and that makes it bery memorable. You basically switch back and forth between boring parts earning money abd crazy boss battles. Can be very violent so definitely not for kids.

Toilet humor, violence, “adult themes lol” it’s a great remake to a great Wii game. It’s not for the kiddos, but it’s a blast for the older crowd.
