This movie is great for the whole family! It is clean, funny, and entertaining. I don't think I stopped laughing through the whole movie! It has some great old names (well old to me anyway). Andy Griffith, Don Kotts, and others. Andy plays Will Stockdale, a "country bumpkin" who is drafted into the Air Force. The whole time he is there he makes a mess of things, but somehow always works out for him. He has a knack for getting into trouble and getting others into trouble too, especially Sgt. King, who wants nothing more that to get away from Stockdale. The whole thing is just a bundle of laughs! If you like the good old shows than I think you will love this one.

This movie is one of the most funny films I have ever seen. Even though it is in black and white, it was filmed so well that it doesn't really matter. It will keep you laughing so hard you won't even notice or care that the picture is not in color. Overall, it is truly a classic that all can enjoy.

This is an early comedy film of the great Andy Griffith which was used as inspiration in developing the series Gomer Pyle, USMC.

If you liked Andy Griffith in The Andy Griffith show you love him more in this movie. He is sooo very funny in this movie you can’t stop laughing.

I had been searching high and low for this Andy Griffith Classic, I had'nt seen it since I was a kid and knew it was full of stars and full of laughs. Thanks for making this an easy and affordeable way to bring this home to me to keep forever..........................

If you have never seen this movie, it is a must see for all! this is the movie that started the big time for Andy Griffith.
