Good but hard to install

No remote

Once he was ready to install the two center dividers for the electric heater, the dividers are two of the same letter C’s instead of C and D. Very disappointed. Now my son will be back in a week.

Damaged/ missing items

Noticed the instructions were missing. Only to then realize majority of TV stand was missing. The pieces that did come were damaged. Do better Best Buy!
